Cam is an asset to his plumbing business. Why? Because he takes an interest in his customers, shows he cares, and has good business sense. I felt comfortable with him, as he pointed out exactly what he was doing inside the toilet tank. He takes pictures with his cell phone, so he remembers exactly what he did, in case he needs to come back. He has pride concerning the way he was raised and talks favorably about his family. Furthermore, he always wants to leave the customer with a favorable impression, so they ask him back. This is what makes him a success.
