    Avalanche was a great company yo work with. Jim gave the estimates and provided multiple options that fit what we need and our budget. Justin and Armani did my install of the Air Conditioner handler and compressor.They were very professional and accommodating to our needs and responded quickly when I reached out with questions. They also let me know daily what the plans were and how things were progressing. I had a couple of service calls to Avalanche after install and they responded quickly and fixed issues that I was having that ended up being a simple defect with a part that they quickly rectified.Front desk staff were very responsive when I need to have a warrantied issue resolved.I would use them again!!!

    We just purchased a home that needed a whole host of plumbing and HVAC work done that included furnace/ac/water heater/fireplace service, adding water pressure regulator, removing gas line, and moving branch lines on HVAC trunk.     Avalanche is awesome!! Tanner went above and beyond to make sure my ac was working. My ac had not been winterized in a long time and when I got to my building what we thought would be a simple job wound up being extremely difficult, he did not give up and made sure everything was back to fully functional order and was transparent with cost and what was done and needed to be done.     I had avalanche plumbing come out to service my central air unit.The tech was kind, courteous and respectful.He explained everything to me and asked if I approved of work being done before I was charged.I had a company come out last year and they had told me I needed to replace my entire unit.Tanner took a thorough look at everything and said I, in fact, did not need a new unit, just a good cleaning.Thanks Tanner and Avalanche for saving me thousands of dollars!!I would recommend you guys to anyone!

    From this point forward Avalanche will be the only plumbing, heating and hvac company we will use.     The Technician was very conscientious about cost but wanted to provide a good outcome and solution to repair our AC system. He explained to me what he was finding every step of the diagnosis process. When everything was completed I felt confident in the solution and that the job was done right at a fair price.

    For at least the past seven or eight years, Avalanche HVAC has been been our “go to” company for all of our heating and plumbing needs. Over the years, their crew of highly trained, extremely polite and friendly service technicians have done countless small and large jobs for my husband and I—both of us long officially senior citizens. Every year it seems that we have an Avalanche truck parked out in front several times, doing small jobs like starting up and shutting down our cooler each season, changing out a kitchen faucet, replacing a heating element in our water heater, and also the bigger jobs like replacing old pipes under the house, installing a new furnance and a wonderful new Breeze Aire cooler a few years ago. Their Master Plumber on a couple of occasions, has done some skillful replumbing that saved the need for extensive exterior wall damage and repair, and we felt so grateful! Regardless of the needed work done, our house is left clean and my husband and I feel happy and relaxed having always familiar technicians in our home and feeling that in our opinion, the best HVAC company in the valley is on the job.

    I have had very good service from Avalanche on my air conditioner and my evaporative cooler. They always show up on time in the prearranged window agreed upon at the time of my initial request for service. The office sends out reminders well in advance confirming service day/times and actually letting you know which service tech will be coming to your house. The guys have been very knowledgeable and courteous. I am very pleased and have recommended this company to my friends that have asked me if I know of someone who can do this type of service.

    Highly recommend for HVAC. They serviced our swamp cooler and most recently, replaced our furnace. The furnace job required them to remove our giant, old furnace and use a new crawlspace access hole to install the new one. They did a great job of coordinating with a framing company to create the new crawlspace access hole. They were very timely, professional, and performed high quality work.

    Started using Avalanche fall 2023 to shut down swamp cooler and then for start up in spring 2024. They have also replaced our cooler and roof jack. Had a roof leak and they came and inspected twice to diagnose where the leak was coming from free of charge. The have always been prompt, friendly and have done an amazing job! They have our business locked in for all of our cooler needs!

    Our above-the-garage bonus room needed better temperature control. Avalanche came out for an estimate and recommended a mini split system to control the room. The install went really well, with them able to pass all the lines into the crawl space and then up to the attic next to our air handler in the garage. So, minimal outdoor line exposure and no conduit running on the exterior of the house. They recommended Buzz Electric for the electrician work, and I was very happy with their work as well. Overall a clean install. They cleaned up any construction debris, no mess left for us. Really impressed!

    We first started with Avalanche when we decided to replace our furnace and add AC to our house last year. We got three different bids and found Jim to be the most professional of all the estimators. We really appreciated that he gave us three choices for both the furnace and AC units and then was very helpful in explaining each choice.We have been very happy with our system and everything worked great until about two weeks ago when our WiFi thermostat quit working properly. Brennen, the owner, came out to look at the situation and in the end replaced it with a new one under warranty.     I have used Avalanche several times over the last couple of years. They have always been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about my mini-split AC. Right when the summer heat started this year, something went wrong with my system. They squeezed me in quickly, correctly diagnosed the problem, and did a “patch job” to get us through with cold air until they could send someone out to fix it a week or so later.     My name is Lloyd last summer I had a swamp cooler installed in my home I don’t know anything about HVAC but had a hunch something was up. I happened to run into my friend Kyle Fullerton that I worked with at a previous job delivering HVAC supplies I noticed he was driving an Avalanche truck and asked if he would be willing to come to my residence and take a look he agreed . When Kyle arrived at my home the following weekend he was surprised at what he seen and explained to me everything that was wrong with the install. He was even more surprised when I told him what I was charged. With Kyle’s advice and knowledge I was able to get a full refund from the previous company. So again I asked if he would be willing to help with no hesitation he was on it and managed to find the only side draft swamp cooler in the valley and sacrificed his weekend to help me and my son. What came next was RAD the ductwork Kyle built going from my SIDE draft cooler up into the SIDE of my home is just amazing and everything works great and it was literally half the cost of the previous company HC. So huge thank you to Kyle and the owner of Avalanche for allowing Kyle to use the things he needed to get my job done on a weekend I’m looking forward to do more business in the future.

    Fantastic company to work with. Was recommended by a coworker. They re-routed our external swamp cooler line for us and were very honest with the condition of our swamp cooler and recommendation to change it out as it wouldnt last long. They were able to keep it running for another few months while we decided what cooler to go with. We chose to get a Breezair through their recommendation and couldnt be happier. Technicians were all fantastic and our house has never been this cool, We dont know why we waited to long to get this upgraded...And the Excel rebate was nice too!.. Thanks again Eric and crew!

    I contacted Avalanche Heating Cooling Plumbing about our central air that was suddenly not functioning well. One day this week it did not seem to be cooling the home as it had the day before and temperatures were growing warmer inside by the minute. The technician was courteous and professional and was able to do a same-day complete repair for us to get our a/c up and running again.
