On Friday, 10/11/24, I was sad that it costmore than quoted at the beginning of the job, $326 but factually $347 but still very, very pleased anyway. He, Charles was on time (early afternoon) and remembered me and my dogs. He was very informative, kind and finished working within a hour. Your worker Charles is a wonderful, polite and hard working individual! I liked him last time and that is why I requested him again! I also really appreciated Star and her communication with me when the truck broke down and they had to reschedule for a day later. I have been used to paying $95 dollars with a different company whom sold their business a couple years ago. I found that they were very quick and it didn’t stay unclogged long enough. I believe when I found you guys last time it lasted for a little over a year.I did notice that Charles didn’t use the blades this time compared to last. I am hoping for as excellent lasting this time. Thank you very much!✅😃✅

Manuel came to video my sewer line. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. He confirmed that my line was in decent shape all in all. He also explained alot about the CIPP process for my 4 pipe and about the epoxy process for the 3 pipe within the house. Fortunately neither is needed now. All good and thanks to Manuel.

Josh was SO helpful. We had called out a different plumbing company for an issue with sewage backing up into our basement from our laundry machine drainage and they couldn’t find the issue. We called Roto Rooter, had someone at our house in just a couple hours, and Josh had an action plan within 5 minutes of looking at it. Turns out there was a big sewer blockage in the city street affecting the whole neighborhood. Josh called the city and got it taken care of within a couple of hours, after we had been having issues for a month that stumped other plumbers. Will definitely use Roto Rooter again and recommend to others!!

Charles N. was the best! Came promptly to our house for clog from grease that went through our entire water line, it was causing our kitchen sink to leak really bad. He worked hard non-stop trying to get unclogged. He is a lifesaver as we were having 5 family members (on topcoat of already being a family of 4) staying with us that night and needed our sink for dishes. Thank you again for all your hard work, you are a lifesaver!!

Their snake wasnt long enough to reach the blockage, so they returned, and actually had to cut dry wall out of the ceiling & finally found the blockage in the crawl space. I had two tanks that needed pumping. one of wich had no idea where it was located. They sent out two technicians Gregery and Kiefer and it was amazing service. They were both worked hard and were honest and even though we were unable to locate the tank (a broken line and frozen ground prevented anything from going right) they did everything to try to solve the problem. I have Greg coming back up now that we were able to use an excavator to find the tank and I am excited to work with him again. 10 out of 10 on everything.

Big shout out to Joe and Charles!! We were having issues with our water heater and me being a guy was just going to fix it myself.... I didnt need no certified professional plumber to do what I could for free. Well I broke one of the valve handles in the process and decided alright thats a sign I dont have time for this. So I called up Roto-Rooter, Joe and Charles came out diagnosed my issues. They were extremely knowledgeable, shot me straight, no BS from these guys. They had the issues fixed and taken care of that day. They warranty their products and work. So glad I called these guys and didnt turn a few hour project into a week long headache of a project that would have ultimately ending up costing me more. I would highly recommend using Joe or Charles for any plumbing need!

Charles (and Assistant) had a challenge figuring out how to clear a drain line from our tub to the waste because the plumbing is bizarrely designed. After going through a sink next to the tub, he was able to access the clog through an upstairs drain. The clog was hardened filamentous food waste which had built up in a nearby waste line and then dropping into nearby laterals. It was horrible. But Charles cleared it finally and he gets our FPE (Favorite Plumber Ever) award.
