My experience from the first phone call to pro Rooter totally amazing. Eva was so kind and calming as she immediately told me price (which was so surprisingly reasonable). She also said she would send the crew out that very afternoon. . I was so relieved. When James and Jacob arrived, I could see how professional they were . . They answered all my questions and were so kind. They handled the roots in sewer so quickly . . They were gone within 30 minutes. . Again I was so relieved . . It was so easy. I want to add , I Called two other companies . . They added to my anxiety by saying there would be a $49 - $59 dollar fee at once And they would not give me an approximate quote. . Such a great experience. Was able to get a tech out the next business day, the tech was friendly and knowledgeable. The clog was removed, and he took his time, checking the clean out, the sounds of the plumbing and gave reasonable recommendations to improve flushing. As a renter, I rely on the property manager to handle any issues. When my kitchen sink became backed up, I filed a work order. The next day Pro Rooter showed up to evaluate the issue. Pleasant conversation, professional attitude, and worked quickly to remedy the clog. Before going to bed, I checked my security camera, only to see he had returned to work on the pipe outside as well. I can not stress enough how pleased I am with the plumber, and this company! I only wish I had gotten his name so I could call him out for outstanding work!

Absolutely the best plumbers in the valley and at a price I didn’t have to second mortgage my house. Just had another plumber install a new sewer pump, $6000. 6 weeks later my entire drain system backs up.The great guys from Pro Rooter show up on time and within minutes, my drains are flowing and they reset the incorrectly installed floats to the pump so this won’t happen again. Pro Rooter has my business for life. You know they are respected because the first plumber I called told me he couldn’t do the work and suggested Pro Rooter as his first choice. 5 stars is not enough!!!

My sewer backed up and they came out and did an awesome fixing it. Customer service was great, they showed up on time, fixed the problem very quickly, and even called me over to show me why it was backing up. I now have a better understanding of what’s going on and was given solutions to help fix it. I went to Roto Rooter last year and they charged me $450 for the same job and didn’t explain why it was happening. Pro Rooter is the way to go!

Very easy to set up an appointment in the very near future for maintenance of my leach field pipe. The crew arrived promptly at the agreed time and went to work immediately. Unfortunately, they ran into a situation that they couldnt get the hi- pressure jet hose very far down the pipe. At this time, I dont know if their work helped or not.. waiting on septic tank to fill to see I still have a problem.

We enjoyed working with this company. They were ethical and very knowledgeable! We had our sewer line cleaned and a 2-way clean out installed. They suggested starting with a cleaning rather than jumping straight to lining the sewer line. This saved us close to $13,000 because all they needed were to be cleaned (no roots or cracks)… while another company did not mention cleaning the line and said the lining was needed. I highly suggest using this company!

We were uncertain as to the extent of our sewer line issues. The first Pro Rooter technician, instead of being misleading, stated that he wasnt comfortable trying to correct the issue and recommended a more experienced technician evaluate the problem. We werent charged for this house call. The second technician not only completely resolved the issue, he prepared a quote to install cleanouts that would make it much easier to resolve any future problems. All this for an extremely reasonable price. We are completely satisfied.

This is a five-star service. The owner came with the right equipment the same day I called and cleared 40 years of debris out of my drain 100% even though it took a long time to get through the pipes.His price for the service was very reasonable and my drain works better than it has EVER worked before.He was super friendly and explained everything that was happening.When you have a plugged or slow drain, Pro Rooter is the #1 place to call. Period.
