    When I came home from work my house was very warm. I checked the thermostat (Nest) and saw it was not working. Haining sent a guy over within the hour to replace the unit. Nobody wants to be without air in August. Other places I called couldnt come over until next week. Thank you Haining for caring enough to get my air up and going so quickly.

    I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Haining. I lost a capacitor on one of my a/c units and shortly after my call to the company a service tech showed up and replaced it. He had the part in his truck and less than a half hour later, he has the unit up and running. For me, it was money well spent.

    I had a line under the house start leaking at 9:30 at night. By 10 a technician had shown up and had the leak clamped off. He made arrangements for repairs the next day (needed a specific part). The next day they called and scheduled an afternoon appointment, but had a job finish early so they called and came out. The tech had the job, including putting the siding back up, finished before I knew it. And for the emergency visit, temporary patch, and actual repair, I was very pleasantly surprised on how extremely reasonable the bill was.

    We had some unexpected repairs when we tried to get our swamp cooler up and running for the year. Haning got us scheduled right away and got everything fixed and running perfectly!     Haining is great! I called for an unexpected issue with my furnace and they got me on the books quickly, despite the busyness of the winter season. Then, two days later I called them back after my furnace fully stopped working, and they were able to get someone out to my house later that same afternoon to take a look. Their tech, Brian, was very kind and professional, and he got my furnace back up and running in no time. As a new homeowner experiencing my first winter season, I was especially appreciative of how nice he was to answer all my questions so that I could learn a bit more about how my furnace actually works.Thank you, Haining!     Haining is awesome! The guys were great! My basement flooded, destroying everything. I had to have Haining completely re-do my plumbing. William and Angel did a fantastic job of installing my new furnace and AC. They were professional and friendly. I let them into my home when I wasnt there, and they were completely trustworthy.     I had a new propane furnace installed in my home, with all new ducts, registers, venting, gas line, electrical and condensate drain. It was a big job, a retrofit on an older home with no existing heat. Julio and Lynn, my installers, were both great guys and great professionals. They worked hard to keep me informed on the process, work around my locations challenges (a remote, snowy canyon above Glade Park, off-grid and off the beaten track), and demonstrated remarkable competence. The morning after installation, I got a call from Haining asking if everything was working as expected and whether I had any questions. Super customer service and super reliability. Im glad we used Haining, and will definitely call them with our future projects.

    Haining called early in the spring to set up a time to start the air conditioner and I appreciate being able to schedule it early on. Repairs were done with no difficulty and I was impressed with the professionalism of Matt and his partner Noah and particularly the fact that they took the time to make repairs that I had requested during past appointments with Haining over the last three or four years. Matt explain what he could do and he appears to have done a very good job of correcting the water leakage I have been identifying over the past several years, even since initial installation of the AC unit. Both Matt and Noah were very professional, not intrusive but took the time to do what needed to be done and explain it to me.

    Absolutely By Far Most Amazing Company with the Best Technicians in Grand Junction!..They came to cover an emergency situation, they were dispatched same day! We had absolutely a huge painful pipe situation. James was Amazing as Was outside Bob. We had a small hiccup that had absolutely nothing to do with Haining or their staff. It was the worst situation, But without James and the operations & office staff, we wouldnt be as happy as we are today. Ive never been more happy with workmanship, communication in a long time! The techs even offered Days off to work, that in its own way shows the pride they have. We arent to the final stage just yet, but it must be said . We will be forever grateful for your help.     We have had Haining out for quotes and their staff is one of the most professional Ive come across. Our boiler went out, we called our home warranty, was thrilled they use Haining who put us on a cancellation list and wound up coming the same day. They found the issue quickly, got the part approved and got our heat back. Jessie was a great technician, we would definitely recommend them and use them again.

    Hainings customer service, sales and service technicians have provided a great experience.     Had Haining install a new furnace (American Standard). Install was done by Julio and Jacob. They were both professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend both of them and Haining. However, after install we noticed there was an irritating whistling noise from the furnace. Turned out that the blower motor was causing the noise. Haining ordered a new motor and Quinn replaced the noisy motor. No noise. We are 100% happy with the work that Julio and Jacob and Quinn did and our furnace is now quiet and very efficient!

    My very old Breezair cooler limped through last year so I ordered a replacement to be installed before the new cooling system. It took six tries to find an install date due to conflicts and weather but it was finished today. Julio and Lynn did a great job, quick and clean. And great faster than expected.     I cant say enough good things about these folks. They call just prior to service time to let you know they are on the way; all employees are polite, very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Our water heater was originally installed incorrectly causing no end of problems and Haining literally took the thing completely apart, found the problem and fixed it. This company is tops and Ill never use anyone else for the services they provide. They dont quit until its fixed.

    Nights got chilly so I turned on my heat and discovered I didn’t have any. I called a plumbing company to check it out, and after replacing a couple of parts that didn’t make the boiler work, I was told I needed a new gas filter. They would have to order one and could install it 5 days later at an unbelievably high price.I took a picture of the part, took it to Haining Plumbing, and Ben came and expertly installed it sooner than the other company would have for several hundred dollars less. Nights are warm again. Thank you Ben!

    They were able to get a tech out the same day I called when my AC went out and 100 outside. The tech was great, he did a excellent job letting me know the issue which was blower fan motor failed. He was able to run and grab a new one quick and get it put back in fast. Haining will be my new go to in the future.

When we called (after 5:00 of course) they were able to come within an hour and repaired it quickly.     Kevin from Haining came and quoted for replacement of two furnaces and two central A/C units, and removal of two swamp coolers. He was very helpful in explaining what had to be done and very knowledgeable.A time frame was established and true to their word, Drew and his co-worker (darn Im bad with names) showed up to do the work on time as scheduled. They were very considerate as they had to be in the house frequently to replace the furnaces. The work was completed in four days as promised but due to a faulty A/C unit they had to come back and swap this out. No payment was requested until all the work was completed. They also has hired a roofer to cover the holes in the roof where the swamp coolers had been.I commend these two young men who did a fabulous job with the A/C and heater replacements and removal of the swamp coolers. They were very efficient and cordial and definitely knew their trade well.I would recommend Haining for anyone needing heating, or A/C work.

    I called Haining to receive an estimate for a new furnace and a new AC. Trevor arrived on time the day scheduled. I escorted him telling him the furnace and the refrigerated air systems were each over 20 years old. Trevor returned to his office and in a couple days emailed me a bid that was in the range my wife and I expected. We accepted the bid. On the days scheduled Haining staff arrived, removed the old systems installed the new systems and left with having done exactly what I had agreed to and operating without difficulty. Two days later I was contacted to discuss if I was satisfied and so they could answer any questions. What a great organization! Anyone should give Haining a chance to bid. Tim

    Nice service, nice staff, responsive. Cost was not broken down on bill. ($59 for emergency service call; $560 for parts & service). They did respond quickly on a holiday and brought in a temporary heater as we had to wait for a part. Not sure what the breakdown was for labor, parts, heater rental?? We have used them twice now and feel their response time and service is very good. Their breakdown on billing could improve.

    Our fairly new Mini-Split air conditioning system had a condensation leak. Thirty minutes after the call to Hainings office, the friendly and capable repairman Mike came to our house on a hot Friday afternoon. He fixed the problem in the extremely hot attic in a very short time. Since the system was still under warranty, there was no charge.We are very appreciative of the quick response and the professionalism shown. Thank you, Haining!!

    Our original Geo-Thermal heating/cooling system (installed by others) failed and after determining that the necessary replacement parts could not be obtained Haining had a new system built to seamlessly replace our old unit. The installation went well and the new unit appears to be running much more efficiently than the old unit ever did. We are very pleased with the results.

    We move into a Summer Crest Ct year ago our unit was built 2003 by a builder who used the cheapest HVAC units. Our Air condition was so loud we had to turn it off to use the outdoor tables.I call our HVAC company and two company’s for quote to replace the unit. My company sent a email quote another on with a quick look at the units and hand written quote with two options. I ask for email readable quote and never heard for him. I didn’t feel comfortable with guy.Haining Home Service man spent about half hour explain why I needed a furnace and AC unit. He gave two options with a formal quote. His company price was less. They showed up on time removed the old units and installed the new units in about four for five hours.We can not eat outdoors and the unit is very quite.I can recommend Haining strongly and will changed my HVAC, old company with them.     My water heater was leaking on the top, I had a handyman who said it wasnt fixable, thinking calling a plumber was going to be expensive. Well, I should of just called Haining Plumbing in the first place to save money. I called, next day I had them there and fixed my issue and tightened a drain in my sink, as well. All I have to say, hire a professional that is trained, I have a piece of mind. Also, they were very affordable and the tech was awesome and professional.
