Our first call to another service to correct an internal house leak as we returned from travels was to wait 4 days for a plumber. Fortunately the water to the house had been turned off by good neighbors but we needed water.We called Countryside and things were corrected the morning after our call to them.Very nice folks with reasonable rates.We told the person who did the work they weren’t our first call but they will be should there be a next time.This is a strong recommendation.

Countryside Service and in particular Jack, Jason and Ryan went above and beyond. We needed a 3/4 bathroom installation (toilet, sink, and shower) and a bar sink, utility, and outdoor spigot installed in our steel shed. Jack came out the same day and did our first of three estimates for the job. Ended up they were the most reasonably priced and we had confidence they could do the job in a timely and professional manner. To make the job even more challenging, the bar sink was in an old oak wine barrel and the shower was a three wall sided piece that we wanted converted to a two wall sided piece. Jason and Ryan didnt bat an eye and took the challenges head on and did a great job. Overall, great communication, timely, professional, and reasonably priced work. Would definitely recommend Countryside Service for any plumbing needs.

I called Countryside Service yesterday afternoon and the tech, Ryan, came first thing the next morning (though they offered to have someone come that very afternoon, but that didnt work for me). Within an hour and a half, the required repair was identified, a part was purchased, and the needed repair was completed, all at a reasonable price and less than what I had anticipated. This is the second very satisfied experience weve had with Countryside!

In my own opinion, I would state that my experience with Clark Stewart was very positive. He performed his job to the best of his abilities and to the extent that his equipment could operate as best as it possibly could given that circumstances beyond his control would not allow him to get a direct fix on the absolute certainty of the problem. We both did agree however that the probability of a certain situation consistant with the issue at hand was most likely the direct cause of the main issue. Clark was very polite and informative on his assessment and his recommendations, and he carried a wonderful attitude about him! To me that is always a pleasing thing to encounter and I give much respect and gratefulness to Clark for his time and his professional demeanor while at my home. Phil saved me over $10000.00. I was told by the city water that they thought I may have a leak as my meter was running at a higher than usual and constant rate. My son found a leak in a garden line. We werent sure if that would use that much water. I called a plumber in town who came out and with out testing anything told us Ithat we definitely had a leak in the main line and it needed fixed and since it was old should be replaced. For a small fee of $110000.00. I called countryside plumbing for a second opinion/bid. Phil came out and spent over an hour testing lines and checking the meter and found no leaks in the main line or other. Thank you Phil for being so thourough And Honest !!! Your kindness will not be forgotten.

Ryan and Clark did a great job installing my new water heater. They communicated well about their arrival time, showed up when they said they would, and got the job done in less time than I thought itd take especially with having to do extra work because my original tank wasnt installed to current code. They took time to answer questions and were patient. They even answered some basic questions about my boiler and let me know they dont service them but steered me in the right direction for who to call in town. Awesome service. In a time of panic, I called them about a sewer main back up. Madilyn was awesome getting someone to me quickly. Kory and a wonderful young lady (cant think of her name) had the equipment needed to do a clean out and found my main line clean out for me as well. They got my sewer working in about an hour and the pricing was very reasonable considering what they had to do!

We really appreciate the folks at Countryside. We have an older house with older plumbing, and Countryside has helped us clear clogs and complete a construction project to replace a portion of our piping outside. Today, they really saved us. We had an accident at the house in which one of our toilets was broken (into pieces) and we needed it fixed immediately for a member of our household that has a physical disability and cannot access any other bathrooms. The project wasnt easy and we called at the end of the day, but they got the job done, charged us fairly, and allowed our family to return to normalcy in just a few hours. They are timely, professional, kind, and effective. We appreciate you!

I totally thought I left a review for these guys already, and just realized that I did not. So this is long overdue (like 6 months). I was selling my house and part of the deal was having my sewer line scoped and take any recommended actions. We had TJ come out, super professional, super friendly, and very knowledgeable. He scoped out line, and recommended a few things, but overall there wasnt a whole lot that needed done which was nice. He recommended a couple minor things and routine maintenance. He didnt rake me over the coals suggesting fixing things that would costs thousands but didnt necessarily need fixed yet. I was super appreciative of that. I would certainly call these guys again if I needed sewer line stuff looked at. Thank you!

I have had these guys at my house twice now. We have a home warranty and this is who the send for issues like water heater or frozen pipes (our specific issues theyve come for) Im so glad they use this company because this company is amazing. This week we had a shower that stopped working. Ended up being a frozen pipe (home warranty company does not cover those) they didnt try nickel and diming us. They even fit us in to their busy schedule which Im sure prevented the situation from becoming disastrous. So glad they are who we get to use.

I called Countryside Service for help with a clogged shower drain after another local company couldn’t resolve the issue. Jack came out for an estimate and followed my lead with COVID safety measures without a second thought or being asked. He was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue below the ground level of my crawl space from a photo I took during a recent remodel when a section of floorboards above the drain were removed. Several feet of galvanized pipe and an outdated floor drain were replaced in tight quarters under the house. Jack showed me the old hardware and it was clear he made the right recommendation from the start. There was a misunderstanding about the amount I owed Jack for his work, which took less time and fewer people than indicated on his estimate; however Countryside Service takes their reputation for an honest price seriously and their team wasted no time resolving the conflict to my satisfaction in a very professional manner. At the end of the day it was clear that they are NOT in the business of taking advantage of their customers. I would certainly hire them again.

Nothing like coming home to a flooded house after a mini vacation! Although the water to the house was shut off during our time away, we turned the water on took a shower and headed off to the market to purchase groceries. During that short time away a pipe fitting came apart behind the shower wall and flooded the house.I immediately shut off the water and phoned Country Side Services explaining the situation and within 30 minutes Koda Marx arrived (after their business hours) made the necessary repair returned our water to service.Although we are now dealing with drying fans, carpet and hardwood floor removal, we are able to stay in our home rather than a hotel while we monitor the clean up, thanks to Koda at Country Side. I highly recommend Country Side Services, for any plumbing needs one may encounter.

I was in a pinch with an underground water supply line break. Koda and Jack made did the impossible! First off, Contryside fit me in at the last minute because they could tell I was stressed about our main like being blocked and pipes braking under the house. They showed up and nothing seemed easy to me but, they had it fixed in an hour. Sewer lines are no walk in the park and certainly not a fun thing to end your day with, but Koda and Jack had me enjoying a shower by 5pm. Thank you all for your help and if ever needed again, be sure I will be calling you.
