I’ve been using Coppersmith for about a year. I’ve yet to be disappointed. They recently installed a new swamp cooler and they were easy to work with. The office staff is outstanding. Jessica filed the paperwork with Xcel for a rebate and I had a check within a week!

Ive used Coppersmith for years and they have always been honest and delivered with good quality work. Recently, my high efficiency boiler stopped working. I called Coppersmith and they couldnt get out until the next morning. Because I was out of heat I decided to call another 1 Hour plumbing company. I paid extra for a dispatch fee and was charged $200 for diagnostics. I was told by the Plumber that the boiler needed a lot of work and a new gasket kit. I was initially quoted $1400 for the repair but when the Plumber called the next day he told me he had looked into it more and it would be $2200 for the repair and I would have to wait 5 days to get the part and reschedule the service call. Thats 5 days without heat and hot water! I told them I would get a second opinion and called Coppersmith back. They came out within an hour and had my system up and running within 2 hours. Im super grateful to have a plumbing company that charges fair prices, is knowledgeable, does good work, and most importantly, has integrity!

Copper Smith plumbing provides quality work and fair pricing. The office staff is professional and knowledgeable. Service team is responsive and does quality work. I look after a few different properties here in Grand Junction. I consider coppersmith plumbing a valuable asset and keeping them all in great shape.

Boiler out the middle of the night (IT WAS VERY COLD 😰) . Called into dispatch at 5:30am, phone answered by Jen. She pleasently informed me Jessica would call me back ASAP. Received a call about 6:30am informing me Noah would be there at 8am. That is customer service.In the meantime, I had reset the system and the boiler starting working.When Noah arrived , he immediately started his complete system check out. Found no alarm codes, etc.He then did a complete system flow overview with me. This will very helpful with future troubleshooting.Noah was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.Again - excellent customer service.I highly ecommend this company for any hvac service in the future.

Best plumbing company I have EVER worked with. Reliable, excellent quality work, always work me in when I have a situation develop. With an older house, having a 5-star plumber is invaluable. They have worked on our tankless water heater, boiler, re-routed plumbing, hooked up new fixtures and all kinds of issues that an old house develops. Thanks for such great customer service!

Reliable and honest plumber. They are willing to fix things, not jut replace them. And they fix it right the first time. Had a water heater go out and they replaced the heating elements. They show up when they say they will. Chris M. is probably the best residential boiler tech in the valley. Really knows his stuff.

The men called at 9:17 and said they would be there soon. At 9:25 they were in the driveway. They went right to work they had to go get some parts when they returned the job got completed. They figured out what I owed them. We paid the bill. It was then 10:40 . We would like to thank Joe andKalin for ajob well done at an at a very reasonable price. Coppersmith you guys rock

I have called them out 3 times for 3 different issues I have had. all 3 times they have showed up on time or early and did excellent work! they are the only plumbers I will call to work on my house and the only company I recommend for any plumbing issues.
