    Woke up to a puddle of water on my kitchen floor, I traced the leak back to the water heater. I shut off the water supply and hopped on google. Saw that MoCo Plumbing had 5 stars so gave them a call for an estimate on repairs. Edgar said he’d come out between 10am and 2pm. He was ringing my doorbell at 10am. He thoroughly explained the issue and the best course of action to take. The cost estimate seemed reasonable to me so went ahead and gave him the green light. By 1:30pm I had a new water heater and hot water. Water heater appears to be high quality. The space looked cleaner after he was done than when he first arrived. In other words, he provided a high quality product with top-notch service. I highly recommend MoCo Plumbing.

    MoCo plumbing is truly amazing. Edgar came out so quickly to help with a leak in my ceiling. He fixed a relatively large stretch of plumbing in half a day and for an exceedingly reasonable price.     My tenant called me on Thursday evening to inform me that the water heater was broken. I did an online search to find a contractor who could install a new water heater as soon as possible the next day. MoCo Plumbing LLC responded quickly and came out on Friday morning to install a new 50-gallon electric water heater. The installation was completed by 1:00 PM that same day. They did an excellent job, and I really appreciated their professionalism and how quickly they got the job done.

    MoCo Plumbing replaced our water service line and did an excellent job.Since the line was underneath our foundation, they had to dig two holes in our yard: one seven feet deep, the other six feet deep. They also had to jackhammer a third hole in our water heater room.After replacing the new line, they refilled the holes and repaired the concrete in the water heater room. They cleaned everything up and we only have to relandscape where the holes were.Their job would have been easier for them to have dug the one hole into our driveway and brick walkway. They avoided doing this to spare us damage.This job cost a lot of money. However, of our five estimates, MoCos bid was the second lowest. Our highest bid was $16,000. One company that came out for an estimate sent us a letter stating they dont have the means to do our work.We highly recommend MoCo Plumbing. This was technically a very difficult job. They aced it.

    Great, quick service! Edgar was able to come out and check our leaking water tank on a Sunday within a few hours of us giving him a call, gave us an extremely reasonable quote compared to the first guy we had come out, and able to replace it next day. We were scheduled from 10-2 and he arrived right at 10am. He walked us through the process and made sure we were familiar with everything he did. Not only did he fix the water heater but made sure our other systems were up to code. We had him replace the out of date fire sprinkler back flow. We could not recommend him enough!

    Neighbors on the NextDoor app recommended MoCo Plumbing. At the time, I didnt need a new water heater. It was 18 years old and not showing any signs of failing. The proposed prices were significantly higher. I contacted MoCo and they could schedule my job in 72 hours. I am extremely satisfied with their service and their product.     Dec 2022: We had a leak last weekend with our water heater. I called Moco Plumbing and Edgar was able to squeeze us in on a short notice. He gave us a very fair price and even installed the water heater and replaced our backflow valves earlier than expected. I am very happy with the service provided.Update July 2023: Unfortunately our unit stopped working last Thursday (7/13). We called Moco Plumbing and they came out to check it the next day. There was a leak in the unit. With the warranty we were able to have our unit replaced today (7/17). Everything was done on time and earlier than expected. It was such a great job, and the replacement was free of charge. I am thankful to know a plumbing business that I can trust. I will always return to Moco Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs!

I searched online for a 24-hour plumber. After calling so many places NOT one business had a plumber to send me for my emergency need. Edgar was very responsive when I first contacted him (he replied in less than an hour to my message), and he came to my house a day later to give me an estimate for a new water heater. His estimate was exactly what I had to pay. He was also quite patient with me because the day before he did the job, I decided on a different water heater that we selected in the first place.     Edgar came and installed a new gas line for a pool heater. He did professional quality work and took the time to troubleshoot and fix something that didn’t work right away. I’ve known a lot of people who would have said the problem is with the equipment and walked away. Edgar did not. He double checked everything found the problem and took care of.Additionally I had him re-plumb a hot water heater that I had installed in an emergency and was done using shark bite connectors. Not only is everything now connected correctly and strongly, but his work is beautiful. This wasnt a rushed project or difficult: simple pipe cut and sotter to fix leaky washing machine pipe and replace an iron sewer cleanout that was coming away from wall. Another company quoted 2.5X price of MoCo, even if I supplied them with all materials. MoCo showed up and 1) knew exactly the issue and how to fix and make best for price 2) gave estimate for the labor AND materials and even showed he was calculating supplies in this estimate on his phone (so not upselling price of materials). I decided to return mine and use his because it came with a warranty...just in case. 3) no pressure. He gave me estimate. Answered my questions. Gave business card and left. 4) was knowledgeable about whole house autoshutoff systems, whereas other company had not heard of that.The work went so fast, less than 2 hrs and went above and beyond. 420 for both projects. There may be a few other companies that might be slightly cheaper but would have had to pay a fee for estimate or waited longer instead of immediate service. Get estimates. MoCo quality of work and experience is top notch though!

When we were looking to replace our water heater we received estimates from several companies but Edgars competitive price and his patience answering all our questions as well as his excellent service made him the clear best choice. He just installed our water heater today and again did a great job. He was prompt, left the area cleaner than when he started, provided us with a high quality water heater, and minimized any disruption to our day while the water was turned off.
