Shawn worked very efficiently on our kitchen faucet replacement and clearing up our drains, explaining everything perfectly as he worked and telling us our options. The price was also quite reasonable. Will highly recommend Hagen to anyone!

I called in the morning on a Thursday because I had a seriously clogged kitchen sink. After saying the soonest they could come was Monday, they said they would call me back if they had any cancellations. A couple hours later I got a call back saying they could come between 2-3. The plumber showed up on time and after trying his 25 foot snake, he was unable to get the clog, but said they could come back first thing Friday morning with a longer more powerful snake. They showed up the next morning and were able to get to the clog at 28 feet. The plumber was nice, professional, and gave us great advice on how to stop this from happening in the future. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend them.

I called to see if they could help me in quick time frame. My wife was on a business trip, it was 11:30 and I needed to pick her up at the airport at 4:30. They promised they would call me back as their guys had just gotten to a job. Less than 15 minutes later they called and said they would be here by 1:30. Not only were they here by 1:30, but they fix my issue by 1:30. Amazing!! Shawn was great and their rates are more than reasonable. I think I have a new plumbing company!! We had our countertops and sink replaced, so we had to have our plumbing disconnected before and reconnected after. Holly was super helpful getting the scheduling coordinated and finding the faucets and parts that we would need. Peder took care of all the work. He installed a new garbage disposal, faucet and RO faucet. Everything under the sink was old and much of it was worn. Peder did a great job correcting and updating everything for us. Very friendly, professional and thorough. Were very happy to have a plumbing company for any future needs. Highly recommend!!

I would highly recommend Hagen Plumbing. They were very knowledgeable - I could tell they were experts in the field. They also had great communication. My water heater went out right before I was about to go out of town. They didnt have an opening for a few days, but called me later that day to let me know their plumber got done early with one of his other jobs so could squeeze me in. I really appreciated that! I ended up needing a new water heater, so they were quick to get me scheduled and fast to install. They were professional and very friendly. My husband was out of town for work, so I was happy to get this all resolved by myself before her returned! Thanks for your help Hagen!

I needed a new sink installed where the original sink was older and pipes needed to be specially cut to fit new sink. They did it perfectly. Peter and Connor knew exactly what they were doing. They were so fast that they were able to also install a water softner that was never installed in the house before. Shawn also assisted once the sink was set to install new faucet. Extremely friendly, clean, helpful suggestions and all around great plumbing experience. They are my go-to plumbers!!!

Hagen was able to come out for service the day after I called. Peder arrived and was able to repair the pipe within a short time. He informed me he had a lot of time left (minimum one hour labor charge) and asked if there were any other issues. Incidentally, there was an issue with the kitchen drain that I had intended to attend to myself. He was able to take care of that, also. The only additional cost incurred was minimal to cover parts. I highly recommend this company.

Peder was fantastic, he was here in a timely manner, professional, and explained everything he repaired. Pricing was very fair for a new gas line for our stove and laundry hookup upstairs. Called at noon for someone to come out for a sewer backup in our basement. Company was very responsive and had someone out to our house by 2:30. Other companies couldnt come out until next week. So thankful Hagen Plumbing was able to fit us in on short notice.

This is the first time we used Hagen Plumbing Service. They were recommended by Mestan Contracting. Ray installed three new bathroom faucets for us. He was great and very efficient. Holly who did the scheduling was very professional and responsive. The price was right! We will definitely be using Hagen Plumbing Service again. I highly recommend them!

I woke up this morning with a puddle of water under my sink. In a panic, I called Hagen plumbing--I am glad I did. The plumber was on-time and very nice. He explained the situation to me, and fixed it in such a way as to ensure that any future work would not have to replace the valve that he was installing. (I explained to him that we would be changing-out our dishwasher soon.)I was not charged for the supply run. Additionally, I was not charged for the time that the plumber took to explain the situation to me. He was finished in under an hour and the charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend Hagen Plumbing. (I worked for 4 years in remodeling. I can tell you, these guys are great!)

After a call for help due to the previous owner’s lack of skills, Peder saved the day by installing a sump pump and repiping all kinds of wrong while at it. He also installed a ‘bitch of a toilet’ in the 2nd floor bathroom. A fifth star would have been earned if he had followed up on my quest for a new kitchen faucet. Perhaps that will happen now.
