Wonderful service and employees. Elijah in particular was great. He was thorough, knowledgeable and honest. Elijah made sure to explain things and quell fears about possible issues with our sewer/septic/ house waste elimination system. Jason came and quickly found the tub drain leak source, and spent great effort to cut and remove the old rusted p-trape. It’s tough work up under the ceiling with awkward access and super tight old piping joints, but he just kept working at it until it’s done perfectly. Jason and Roman were on time, friendly and patient on explaining the issues. The cost was reasonable and a good quality job. Would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

My water heater pilot wouldnt stay lit.I called on a Friday and they were able to come out that afternoon and fix the problem.Replaced the gas valve and thermocouple.Very knowledgeable and responsible tech.Not bad cost considering Friday afternoon.Will use again.Definitely recommend

Had a backflow inspection performed at Nutrien. Had a new device installed. It didn’t take long about an hour or so. Very professional explained what was done and pricing for the job.Alphonso James was the plumber. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Jason was early (scheduled time 8-815a), which is great. As I was leaving to bring my kids to school I informed him I would only be about 15/20 min he said that was absolutely fine and to take my time. When I arrived back he immediately got to work. Went to our toilet and did his assessment. He spoke clearly and explained everything to me. Jason was professional and personable. When he was finished he cleaned up after himself and even gave my one dog some love. I recommend Catons to my friends and family.

Called with plumbing repair on early Saturday evening. We had turn off our water and felt we wouldnt be able to find anyone who would be able to respond quickly. The service representative took our info and said someone would be able to come in 45 minutes. Jason arrived on time and went to work our sink fixtures in the bathroom. Jason was pleasant, polite, informative, gave us a quote and went right to work. In an hour had finished the job of fixing the leak under the sink installing new shut off valves, lines, and faucet fixtures. He left our place clean and took all the debris away. Couldnt of have asked for better service. Would definitely call them again.
