I had a drain back up on New Years Eve with no one available on the 1st. I received a referral to Zoom Drain and I couldn’t be more pleased. Brody, the tech was very knowledgeable and professional. I was kept abreast of the time he would arrive etc. the price was extremely reasonable! With a previous issue with our cast iron pipes I was nervous about another huge project. Brody explained everything on the camera which gave me relief. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain!!!!

As a Realtor, once the inspection period clock starts ticking time is of the essence! I had a quick close transaction and needed a sewer scope ASAP. Todd was able to make an arrangement to have Brody come out same day!! Brody walked me through the process and explained the difference in sewer scopes. He started on the roof and realized he would get better results going through the closet flange (pulling the toilet). Brody was very thorough, patient and diligent. I had my inspection report and quote for repairs by the next morning! I would highly recommend working with Zoom Drain!!

After purchasing a new home, within 4 days, the drains were clogged. Zoom was fast to respond to the call. This was a tough one! snaking alone wasnt getting it done (Ill spare the details.. but Im an engineer and serious DIY guy.. so I know they were on the up-and-up). Zoom (Todd and Brody) were TENACIOUS at working a solution. We discussed various options. They worked long hours and were very pleasant to deal with at all points in the process. After a positive outcome, I was quite happy at the cost given the time that was spent. Id happily work with them again.

Our sewer backed up after partner showered. Called a few people & Zoom Drain said they could come out today. Brody called to let me know he was on his way & also received a text.Brody was professional, polite and cleared out the roots from our 70+ year old sycamore. Brody laid down carpet protection and cleaned up the laundry room floor. Brody is checking with his boss on a jet option to reduce the roots down the entire pipe. I highly recommend Zoom Drain.

Zoom really came through for us! We were referred to Zoom by another plumber who could not get to us in a timely manner and Zoom was able to send someone the same day, and actually within the hour! Conner was fixed our toilet quickly (and cleanly!), then asked us if we had any further questions. We are very satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again! Great work!

We had a small drain clog in our kitchen and needed it cleared before we left on vacation. Zoom Drain was able to get us on the schedule quickly and resolved our issue so that we were able to leave without stressing about the plumbing on vacation. There was a small mess left, but when I contacted the company, the owner himself reached out to me and assured me that this was not up to the standard his employees were held to, and offered a full refund and assured me it would never happen again. The owner was professional and friendly and obviously cared about his business and his clients. It was overall a very positive and encouraging interaction and I would recommend Zoom Drain to anyone.

The Boise Zoom Drain did a great job today to meet an URGENT problem. The office folks were friendly in setting up the appointment. The plumber was knowledgable and efficient. He fixed the problem and tested the system to make sure water was draining into the sewer. The price was reasonable. I will call them again.

Conner was great. He was clean and got the job done quickly. He showed up in exactly the amount of time we were told. We were very pleased with the cost of the work too. Our main line was clogged and backing up into the floor drain in our basement. We have some experience and tried to clear it ourselves but had no luck. Our only regret was not calling them sooner. Dont wait like we did. Call them now!

Nothing bad ever happens at a good time! That’s what happened to our shower, it stop draining. I called several plumbing outfits and none of them could get to me on short notice AND a weekend.My wife received a Hometown Values Flyer on her phone which had the contact information for Zoom Plumbing. I thought, why not, gave them a call and had a plumber standing in my shower within 3 hours - problem solved.Price was comparable to most and less than some however what pleased me most was my shower drains well with 30 day warranty and a 10% off coupon should I need them on something else.Zoom Plumbing maybe be the new kids on the block but don’t underestimate them for quantity work and reasonable prices.Art - StarPS - GO PACKERS

Must read!! I had a Plugged drain that zoom struggled with and was unable to clear. But were determined to make sure the drain was cleared and running properlate. they came back the next day with different solutions on how to fix and Unclog the blockage and did it successfully. I would use them everyday any day in the future. They did a great job and were pleasant to work with, Connor is Educated on the plumbing system. Great job boys!

The inspection of all drainage areas and cleaning of all drainage systems was impeccable.2 hours of efficient line cleaning took our clogged sink and slow gurgling drains to fast, quiet and efficient draining.The neighbors were admiring the amazing truck and the low impact to the neighborhood while being professional with their work. The truck contained their equipment making for a reduction of noise.Very neat and tidy, after they left you could not tell they were there.

Not sure how one could have a good time rooting a septic drain, but Jay made the experience painless and left me thinking we may have had fun ??? He showed up at our house in less than 45 min ,we had house guests going into the holiday weekend when all the toilets were backed up not a good thing when company is over . But Jay to the rescue he dove right in and had us back on track in no time,of course our company had many of wise cracks to lighten the situation and Jay handled that like a pro. I had a clogged sink drain on a Friday and called around to multiple rooter/plumbing businesses to try to get a quote on solutions to the problem and quick action. Most businesses couldn’t come out till Monday, and I couldn’t go a whole weekend without a usable kitchen sink and dishwasher. Others could come out but later in the day and for a pretty hefty price. Zoom Drain was the last number I stumbled upon and I’m so happy I did!They assured me over the phone they could come out and give a quote for free and do the work on the spot if the price was right. Within 20 minutes of being on the phone I had Brody at the door and he did an excellent job. He was very thorough with making sure the problem was truly solved. We ended up getting the drain jetted and it costed less than what it would’ve costed to have other businesses snake the drain, and was much more effective. Brody had to get on our roof to access the plumbing vent on a hot day but had a smile the whole time and didn’t cut any corners or call it quits till he was certain the pipe was all cleared. He made a stressful situation much more bearable with his expertise and friendliness. I’m super happy I found this service and will certainly be recommending them and using them in the future!
