    Yā€™all, when I moved into my house it had a water filtration and softener system and Superior is the company they used to service it. I just kept it simple and continued to use Superior. They came yesterday and I am so impressed with the service. They could easily tell me I need something and sell it to me as I wouldnā€™t know but he told me that all was good. Thoroughly checked out everything and cleaned up everything before he left. Iā€™m a fan!!!

    Jeff Fields did an excellent job installing our new EcoWater filtration system under our kitchen sink. He called in advance of his arrival and well within the 2hr appointment window.Jeff was very courteous and made sure the custom-ordered dispenser was what we wanted. His plumbing work and the cut in our quartz countertop was neat and site cleanup after the install was excellent. He explained all the connections to me so I could understand the systems operation and maintenance.We are very happy with Jeffs and Superior Water & Airs professionalism and work product.

    Larry from Superior water and air came to our house Repair our reverse osmosis system. It was not giving the volume of water that It should. Larry was quick and diagnosing and fixing the problem. Plus he also modified some of the installation that was not done Properly. I wouldnā€™t hesitate to call them again if I had plumbing problems.

    We recently moved into a new home with a reverse osmosis water system. Jeff with superior water tested our water, educated us on how the system works along with the water softener. He replaced the filters that needed replacing and explained how often we need to replace them in the future, reset the water pressure tank and told us when to add salt to the softener. Jeff was very nice and professional. I highly recommend him and will request him next time we need service.

    Fantastic experience from the estimate to the installation. This started at CostCo when I inquired about a soft water system, a reverse osmosis system and additional plumbing services. Alec came to my house and thoroughly explained all my options and provided me with a great deal! Gary arrived a few days later. He was on time and ready to go. The best part was that he treated my home like it was his motherā€™s house! The care, attention to detail and precision was that of a master craftsman. Gary was aided by Liz and Gabe and they were as good as Gary. I couldnā€™t be happier and I canā€™t say enough good things about Superior Water and Air. Let them take care of your plumbing needs and thank me later!

    Great experience with Superior Water through Home Depot. The sale pitch for the unit was a bit long, but the installation was quick and efficient. The installer listened to my requests for location of unit and did a great job installing.

    Got in contact with Superior Water & Air because theyā€™re the local installer for Costcoā€™s EcoWater and Home Depot water softener systems. A sales rep did the initial consultation where he tested our water and recommended water softening systems based on the size of our household. Didnā€™t go for the EcoWater because it was just too expensive for us but according to the rep itā€™s one of the best performing system and a great warranty. We decided to go for Superiorā€™s own system which is made by EcoWater but significantly less in cost. Additional, we opted for their system instead of the cheaper (cost wise) Home Depot brands because we wanted a more heavier duty system with a longer warranty (10 years instead of 1). Jeffrey Field showed up 2 weeks later to install the system and did an exceptional job. During the installation I can tell he identified an issue and was not happy about it. He pointed out to me that the salt tank lid hinge was damaged either during shipment or manufacturing process (fyi, the system was unboxed in my garage before install so itā€™s brand new from the manufacturer). He still completed the installation and later told me that the salt tank will be warranty replaced. After a few days, I inquired with Jeff when the tank will be replaced and a service manager told him it will be ordered direct from the manufacturer which could take a while. I was not happy about this initial decision because I was told they have the full system in stock so I shared my slight frustration with Jeff and asked why should I wait instead of them pulling one of the tanks from a full system thatā€™s in stock. Jeff was able to coordinate this effort with his service manager so he came by the next day to replace the tank. Overall, weā€™re very pleased with the system and of course the softer water! I highly recommend Superior Water & Air and I wouldnā€™t hesitate calling them for other services. Special kudos to Jeff for his professionalism and advocating for us, thanks Jeff! FYI, 4 bags of salt were included with the install to get the system started.

    Jeffrey arrived on time, always a plus. He removed the water softner we havent used in over a year.He checkd our water filter system and informed me we did not need the primary filter which saved me quite a bit.     Johnathan was so kind. He called before he got to our house to let us know he was on the way. He got there and removed our old, worm out and heavy unit. He did such a wonderful job installing the new one and cleaned the huge salt mess up that the old one left behind. He was so efficient and thorough. He made sure to explain everything to so that I understood how it all worked. We were very happy with the service we received and would recommend Superior to everyone! Our water is soft and the unit fit perfectly in place of the old one. The whole experience with the team from the sales person to the install person was wonderful.

Superior and more specifically Larry and his team did an incredible job replacing our two end of life water heaters with a more efficient Tankless system. Larry kept us totally informed throughout the entire process. They worked from 8:00am straight through to after 8:00pm to complete job. They came back the next day to install our new soft water system. We are super excited about our new systems and appreciate how Larry and team over delivered on our expectations!     She was fantastic. She came out and found that we had a broken bladder in our existing tank and went all the way back to the office to get a new tank. First, we had them put in a whole house water purification/ softener system that we are very pleased with. Then we called them out again, and Gabe installed our under the sink RO system. He was excellent at his job, very friendly and thorough. He made sure that he was doing all that I requested, and that I knew what to expect. We had similar systems installed in a previous home and the quotes and prices were fair an reasonable.     One of our two 50-gallon hot water heaters gave out after about 12 years of use. We knew we wanted a tankless system and looked around. Superior wasnā€™t the cheapest, but the rave reviews were hard to ignore. We decided to get a quote and were happy with the price. They were quick and able to get us on the schedule very quickly. Larry was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and got the old units removed and new unit installed in about half a day (4 hours) with another technician. He explained our system after the install and gave us all the info we needed. Our system comes with a 25 year warranty and is transferable. Absolutely nothing bad to say about our experience with Superior!

    We recently had an emergency with our water heater late on a Friday night. The next morning (Saturday), Gary Engstrom personally reached out to us to see how he could help. He talked through all the replacement options in detail, as well as his immediate availability. He was able to get us in his schedule that very day. He was complete with the water heater replacement by 2:30 that same day. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Personable, knowledgeable, and fast. Would HIGHLY recommend.

    I had a issue with my water softener not draining. Jeffrey Troupe from Superior Water & Air out of Boise came out that next day and fixed the draining issue. It only took him 5 minutes! Jeffrey also called prior to arriving and asked if he could head over an hour early to do the repair!While doing the repair, Jeffrey explained what he was doing and was polite and punctual while doing so.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

    Probably one of the best experiences weve had with someone coming out to replace or repair something in our home.Matt was friendly and courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do and why it needed to be done.     Phenomenal. Simply phenomenal. Let me start off by saying I purchased my entire water softener and water filtration system over ten years ago from Superior. At the time I was strongly encouraged by my spouse to purchase the highest quality system. Purchasing such a system entitled me to a lifetime warranty with a small $50 deductible. Today, I had to use this warranty. The softener was excellent quality but had run its course with my family of seven. Allison in the service department did an awesome job of scheduling someone to arrive at my home within 48 hours. The professional serviceman who came to my house was all that anyone could hope for. Mike Parry was his name. Mike did an outstanding job of listening to my problems, asking more detailed questions, then swiftly moving to repair the problem. I truly felt that my problem, was his problem. It is because of this man that I will purchase future products from Superior Water & Air. Mike was skilled and knowledgeable. He repaired my water softener, performed maintenance on my filtration system, and possessed a genial attitude. I dare say this was my most pleasant experience with a service call in my entire life. Mr. Parry was an outstanding example of courteous, professional customer service. Thank you Superior for having a service technician as amazing as Mike Parry!

    I could not have asked for better service from Superior Water and Air. As a company, they were prompt and polite with responses. Matt Dealy was our technician and he was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and also very prompt with his responses when we had questions. He installed an electric tankless water heater for us and did a great and efficient job. It was a pleasure to have him do our work. I wouldnt hesitate to use this company in the future. I highly recommend.

    Just had my yearly water treatment system service and Mike was exceptional. Called for his arrival, arrived before the expected time, and was very thorough in his service and inspection. Even noting and connecting a forgotten water sensor wire to my water heater. Plus, he gave excellent tips on places to eat!!Update 05-2019Larry has been to our home for maintenance the last couple of times and he, as well, is excellent. Like the professionalism of the service people.

    After getting several bids to replace our water heater we decided to use Superior. Matthew was on time and professional for the bid and for the replacement of our water heater. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and addressed any concern we had too. We will be using Superior for all our plumbing/water needs and suggest you do the same. Matthew is truly a professional who takes pride in his work.We also used Matt to replace the pipes under our home. Matt showed up promptly and performed the job faster than promised.     Guy came out to help educate us on using our water softener since weve never used one before. He was very educational, kind and helpful. He not only addressed the issue with our softener but offered to look at other plumbing through the house since we are new to home owning and Idaho. I would def recommend him and this place for any type of plumbing service they have to offer.

    Before buying the water softener and RO system, I looked through reviews on Google, Consumer Reports, the Better Business Bureau and numerous vendor sites. The common theme for complaints was rarely about the manufacturer or product itself...but about 95% of the time it was about the sales person, or billing process or the installer.However what I found interesting was that Superior Water and Air received overwhelmingly positive reviews for their staff..and that is what sold me. Cliff (our salesman) explained benefits, features and costs extremely well. Once we signed the paperwork, there were TWO (2) calls to confirm the installation date and time.And Jake showed up five minutes early to begin the installation! I have never, ever had a contractor or repair person show up early before. Jake explained exactly what he would need to do, what would need to be cut, where he expected to run the lines, how long he expected it to take, any issue he thought he might run into and also the features of the system. And when he finished, he cleaned up the dust and debris!Again, Ive never experienced that before. We have an old house and it was not an easy installation, and I feel it was done perfectly and on time.Its too early to say if the softener and filtration system exceed our expectations, but Jake and everyone at Superior certainly validated that we picked the best company for sales and installation.
