    We had an urgent plumbing emergency last week late at night that required immediate attention (a sewer backup) and I couldnt be more impressed with the service I received from Atlas Plumbing and Heating! At midnight I encountered a sewer backup that was threatening to cause major issues and within short order of calling, the team arrived at my door. They handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and efficiency, swiftly diagnosing the problem and taking the necessary steps to resolve it. Despite the late hour, they were calm, courteous and clearly experienced in managing emergency situations. I appreciated Atlas clear communication, explaining the issue and the steps they were taking to fix it. After working the lines, the backup was cleared and everything was running smoothly again. It was evident that they take great pride in providing excellent service, no matter the time of day or night. I couldnt have asked for a better experience in such a stressful situation.     Anthony runs a team of super professionals. I just moved to a new home which had a whole house filter system already installed by another company. The filter was stuck, we couldn’t get it open. Anthony answer to the call, his arrived within the given time frame, were extremely professional and polite. They even thought of wearing the shoe socks in a rainy day. Anthony went above and beyond, he came to meet me once the job was done and even gave me some tips on my sprinkler system. He is a Garden City local and is definitely comforting to open a door to a neighbor. I highly recommend his services.

    We recently had our hot water heater fail, resulting in a 2-inch flood in our basement on a Saturday night at 6 pm. Desperately looking for a 24-hour plumbing service, we made several calls with limited success. Then, we contacted Atlas Plumbing & Heating. Anthony, the owner, answered the phone and arrived at our home by 7:30 pm. He quickly assessed the situation, ensured all water was turned off, and capped the pipes leading to the hot water heater to prevent further leakage.Anthony and his team returned on Monday to replace the hot water heater with a better unit and performed some much-needed upgrades to our bathroom and kitchen plumbing. They also made sure all our shower and sink faucets were flowing properly without any residual sediments. Additionally, Anthony connected us with an excellent restoration company that arrived that same night to start the water remediation process.Atlas Plumbing & Heating is one of the best plumbing and heating services around!     Ok let me just start by saying WOW!Highly recommended to say the least. I have a busy schedule, Before the work even started, professionalism on the phone, email and text with an ETA day of with who was showing up. I mean come on feel like every other trade shows up when they want. Work wise was spot on and better than i expected. Definitely did not do it the easy way but the right way. Even suggested installing a redundancy pump just incase there was a mechanical failure during a rush we can still run seamlessly without any intervention.Great job. Highly recommended

    I cannot say enough good things about Atlas Plumbing & Heating. Recently we had a sizable flood in our basement. What sounded like an explosion turned out to be one of the water pipes breaking away from the main water line. The clamp just broke, and water came gushing into the basement. It was a Saturday night at around 8:00 p.m. We looked up plumbers with 24 hour service and desperately started making phone calls, with limited success. And then we called Atlas Plumbing & Heating. The owner, Anthony answered the phone! Anthony came over that night himself to assess the problem. Ultimately, he and his crew made the repairs and also some sorely needed upgrades. They were not at all pushy, but merely made some suggestions about a few helpful upgrades we might want to consider. Anthony also helped connect us with a great restoration company who was on the scene that night to quickly begin remediation.     When our dishwasher started to leak water and eventually stop working, we desperately needed a plumber to disconnect it and eventually install our new dishwasher. Alex arrived promptly at 8am and was polite and professional. I appreciate that he wore disposable covers over his boots when he entered our home. The service was done efficiently and cleanly.     We own a small business in the New Hyde Park area and recently worked with Atlas plumbing and have nothing but terrific things to say about them. The toilets in both of our bathrooms stopped working at the same time. With a staff of 13 people this was a huge issue. Anthony was able to send people over to us with in a couple of hours of our call. They quickly determined the problem, discussed with us what was needed, provided a competitive estimate and completed all of the work in less than 24 hours from when we first called.     Atlas plumbing was able to quickly respond to our issue - a nonfunctioning boiler - in the middle of a cold winter night. They diagnosed the problem, were able to quickly arrange a crew to install a new boiler, and did so very quickly.     I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night. I called the plumber who installed my boiler when new. No answer full mailbox could not leave a message and could not be reached. So I had to find a new plumber. I am extremely grateful that I found Atlas plumbing and heating. It was late when we spoke and Anthony told me he would be out first thing in the morning. He is true to his word. First thing the next morning he came in and accessed the situation. Unfortunately the boiler was to far gone for repairs. We had an informative conversation about my different boiler options and an agreement was drawn up and the boiler was ordered and an installation appointment was set for the earliest possible due to product and technicians availability. Wednesday morning Anthony and his exceptional team showed up at 8 am and worked all day till around 9pm. They were neat cleaned up every scrap of trash like they were never there. This boiler was for my tenants and they were impressed with the speed at which the repairs were made.I cant say enough about Atlas and Anthony and team. I called they came and delivered. I now have a new plumber and Im happy to be with them.

    We called in the Atlas team based upon high recommendations from a number of friends. The issue was a slow leak on the washing machine line. While diagnosing the leak, the professionals identified a number of issues which we were unaware of (ie. uncapped valves and the like). The level of professionalism, transparency and efficiency were unlike any other service teams I have experienced previously.     Great to deal with and very professional! I received an email confirming that the technician was scheduled, and he arrived on time and was courteous, he quickly resolved our main sewer clog which resulted in water backing up through our basement shower.     Called and phone was answered right away along with an appointment within the hour. Problem was surveyed and confirmed with a camera thru the pipe. Broken waste line under the garage floor. The next day, Saturday, 5 men showed up , broke thru the garage floor and dug down to the pipe, which had separated. They excavated the site and replaced 20 feet of pipe, rebar, stone and new cement laid the same day. So basically in a day and a half I had a major job completed in the most professional way at a reasonable price. Dealt with Anthony and Victor owners of this business. Highest of recommendations, it was a pleasure. You took a difficult situation and made it easy. Thank you!
