    My water main broke under my house. Perfect Pulmbing, Heating, & Air came out and replaced it. They were on time and did great work. They had the line replaced in only 2 days. They installed a new back flow system as my old one was inaccessible and buried 12 in the ground.The longest part of the process was waiting for the inspector.Henry Huffman and Justin Gonzalez are really good at what they do. I highly recommend Perfect Plumbing.08/21/2024 - UpdateMy front hose bib broke and was leaking water under my house. Robert came and replaced it for me with an upgraded brass bib. The old one qas worn out and mostly plastic.Also, one of my AC ducts had fallen off. DJ came out and reattached it for me as part of a warranty repair.

    Jay did an awesome job. We had our kitchen sink and laundry room sinks backing up with water after running the washing machine, so we called them up. Jay was efficient and thorough. He checked the pipes in the crawl space and found the cause of the backup, then cleaned out the stagnant water and made sure everything was flowing as it should. He was professional, considerate, and very personable. We are grateful for the great work he did here!

    This service call was excellent. First, perfect sent a text in advance with a picture of the plumber and some background information. Billy showed up on time. He listened to my concerns and then looked at the issues. Within a few minutes, he had evaluated the issues, shared his thoughts and came up with a plan. I had several options to choose from along with the prices for each. Billy was amazingly conscientious. He wore booties inside the house taking them off when he went outside to his truck and putting them back on when he came inside. Billy was organized, knowledgeable and very pleasant and approachable. All the work required was done effectively and efficiently. Billy has a great work ethic and assured that I was completely satisfied. It was a pleasure dealing with Billy and Perfect Plumbing. I would strongly recommend them.

    Chris did a very thorough inspection and explained each potential problem area in my aging furnace. He even has great handwriting so I could refer back to the paperwork. Ive used other companies in the past that did little to ensure my confidence that they werent just trying to take advantage of me or the situation. The way he sharedhis knowledge and went through his findings made me very comfortable and confident that I was dealing with a reputable company. I highly recommend at least getting a quote from these guys if you need anything.

    Our plumbing tech, Robert Wolf, was knowledgeable, skilled, professional and punctual. He diagnosed the condition of our plumbing and provided multiple estimates, so we had a clear understanding of our repair options. He completed our crawl space supply line re-piping in a day and returned the following day to repair a leaky drainpipe that he discovered under the house. Robert was friendly, polite and easy to work with. He has excellent communication skills and took the time to keep us apprised of his progress, throughout the job. We especially appreciated how he patiently explained what needed to be done and the reasons why. We’re delighted with the work he did and will ask for him when we need plumping repair in the future.

    When I called Magic / Perfect over the weekend after I noticed my A/C wasnt working, I certainly expected prompt scheduling and service. I got that with a very smooth booking process and a callback first thing on Monday. What I didnt expect was to find out that my slipshod furnace setup and end-of-life water heater needed to be replaced. To be honest, I knew beforehand that both were in rough condition but like many, I was trying to avoid addressing the issues.On Monday, JASON and TONY came out and delivered news equivalent to being told about late-stage cancer during an appointment about indigestion. JASON was awesome as I even helped him make his observations and diagnoses. When TONY arrived, he walked through everything with me as I accepted what needed to be done. I was given all the options and not pressured in any way. Both of them were very straightforward and personable about everything. Financing was a smooth as you could hope for and I was satisfied that I didnt settle for a $200 temporary fix, despite the huge financed sum.On Wednesday, DAKOTA (electrician) showed up to do some electrical work to prepare for the big install the following day. He did quick and excellent work and was very considerate during his short visit.On Thursday, DALLIN and HAYDEN (HVAC) showed up on time for the install. They were extremely friendly and clearly knew what they were doing as they tackled the project. In the end, we were able to share some great conversation as they answered all my questions and dropped a lot of knowledge of the what and why of the work they were doing.They were joined a bit later by SAM (plumber) who worked alongside them installing the water heater. He was extremely proficient and knowledgeable with the install. During and after, he was very thorough about showing all the ins and outs of my water situation at the house, including testing the water pressure, hard water, and giving me options for work I might consider in the future. Awesome and friendly, just like his teammates.Theres a reason I keep coming back to MAGIC / PERFECT. Its not just the efficiency of having all the trades in one place. But the system they have set up to communicate, insure you know your tech is (complete with pic and bio via text), and all-around to take care of you is just excellent. Despite the unexpected price tag, Im satisfied with all of these folks earning every penny in the work they did - and theyre great people to be around as well. I would highly recommend and definitely use MAGIC / PERFECT in the future.

    September 2024-I was in need of a new furnace and air air conditioner. I called Perfect Plumbing, Heating, And Air. They were able to work with me on a time that worked in my schedule. On September 23, I had David and Connor come out to install my new units. They were here on time and gave me the opportunity to come out and ask questions if I had them.     We had a lot going on today!Cole came and inspected our HVAC units and Bruce and Keaton came for our Water Heater inspection.All three gentlemen were a pleasure to work with. All were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable AND no one was pushy, nor did they try to “upsale”.A couple of problems were found and the problems were explained.We opted to fix one problem and the other problem will be discussed with the builder as well as the problem we got fixed.Since moving into our home in April 2023, we really didn’t expect to have to “fix” problems so soon.I digress, the service was exemplary and we were so pleased with the service, that we enrolled in their maintenance program.We are going to rest much more comfortably this winter knowing that our equipment is working smoothly.     These guys were awesome to work with. Will Thompson came out and did a very thorough inspection and explained everything in detail on what he found. We set up a meeting with their project manager Tony and he walked us through what we would need and explained all our options. We ended up getting a new Air conditioner, furnace, and water heater. They were able to get us in the following day and got everything installed and working. The whole process was quick and everyone was very pleasant. We had Will Thompson and David W. Come out for the HVAC needs and Jonah G. Came out for the water heater, he even went and checked our pipes under the house again before he left. I will be recommending Perfect plumbing, heating and air to everyone needing any of their services in the future.

    Jonathon did an. Outstanding job! He was thorough, efficient, and went above and beyond. When he found a broken connector to an outside faucet he called his manager and asked about repair charges and learned this was covered under a ten year warranty so there was no charge for the repair. When he learned that the delivery guy who had the replacement parts couldn’t arrive for an hour he drove back to the shop which was only 10 minutes away , picked up the part, came back and had the repair done in under 30 minutes Jonathon showed me pictures of what needed to be repaired and why and gave good advice on how to prevent this from happening again. Excellent customer service!

    We had to have our whole HVAC system replaced. Perfect was perfect! Tony came out and gave us the estimate and he was super knowledgeable and helpful. Our installers were Dallin H. and Will T. He had mentioned they typically do a complimentary home inspection, which is fantastic, but we did not know about this prior, so we passed on the free service as we were not prepared for it. Mentioning this prior to the appointment would be super helpful next time. We were also notified that the technician was on his way at about 8:15, which was earlier than expected. We quickly tried to finish getting ready for the day, only for the tech to show up about 9:20. A bit closer time frame would be helpful.

He unfortunately found numerous problems with our 20-year-old system. He walked me through every single component and came up with three options for repairs, but in the end we settled on looking at a completely new system. The service Will provided me was amazing. I never got that idea that he was fly-by-night and quickly suggesting expensive repairs. You could tell he cared about his work and what it would mean to me and my family if the system failed during a hot spell. He arranged for Perfects project manager to come a few days later.Tony was here for a few hours walking us through all the options regarding our complex situation. We walked through all options and he helped evaluate the pro/cons of each. While the system is expensive, I have confidence that it is the right system and that Perfect will do a great job.     Great service! I had issues with my furnace and was without heat. I called perfect heating and air and they sent someone out the same day to help me. Everyone was amazing to work with from Andrea in the call center who booked the job, Katelyn in dispatch keeping me updated on when a technician would be heading my way and then Jason Almeida showed up and solved my simple thermostat problem in a matter minutes and walked me through everything he was doing and explained the reasons as to why he was checking them.     My water heater went out right after the New Year. After some research we found Perfect Plumbing. Out of all the websites my wife and I researched we found that Perfect gave us an estimated cost of what it would take to get a new water heater installed. So, we decided to give them a shot.Tom Scott was our plumber. He was amazing to work with as he walked me through the reasons my water heater went out and was leaking. His ability to walk me through all of my options and take the time to help me make the best decision for my house was what made the experience so thrilling. He walked me through the financing options and made it seamless. Within hours I had a new water heater and the experience was worth every penny.Since we purchased our water heater through Perfect we received free check ups on our furnace as well. I had just had my furnace maintenanced on Dec 3rd 2019 so i didnt think i needed to have another maintenance done so soon, but a second opinion never hurt plus it was free.Donovan Sayler was the Technician that showed up for the maintenance check. Donovon is the epitome of customer service and a large reason why my wife and I will stay Perfect Plumbing Heating & Air customer. He was thorough, kind, and very knowledgeable. He literally took my whole furnace apart and found sheet-rock from when my house was built 14 years ago still inside. I just had my furnace supposedly maintenanced last month and from the things Donovan told me was wrong with my furnace and how dirty it was internally really was frustrating to hear. My furnace blower was going out and looked like it had never been cleaned or looked at, there were cracks in my heat exchange, and my furnace was to large for my house. Donovans attention to detail and the pride he took in his work was a blessing. His advice and trusting approach to our needs was what made the decision to move forward with getting a sales rep out to our house to explore furnace options an easy decision.Tony Dyer was the Design Consultant that showed up to our house the next day. Tony has to be one of the coolest dudes I had the pleasure of meeting. Not only did he walk us through the needs for our house, along with the issues we would have to overcome, but I got the pleasure of getting to know him personally and just how genuine and caring he truly is. The challenge we faced was that a new furnace would be a substantial smaller then the AC it sat above and Tony took time to explain to us not only the challenge but the difficulty in merging the old with the new. Tonys ability to re-assure and educate on the needs of our house made doing a total over haul of our heating and cooling system an easy choice. Tony made my wife and I feel like he cared more about what was best for us then for making the sale. It was a breathe of fresh air to work with a professional like Tony and still feel valued and appreciated.Willie Man and Chris Tilley were the two specialist who showed up to our house to install our new furnace and air conditioning unit. Willie dismantled and re-assembled the furnace and air conditioning in my garage while Chris dismantled and replaced my air conditioning unit on the exterior of my house. They both were superstars! Willie walked my wife and I through how to work our system once it was installed. He was attentive and knowledgeable which made understanding how to work our new system so much easier.     Had some issues with our breaker tripping repeatedly for our AC, the front desk at perfect plumbing heating & air was easy to reach, friendly, and set up an electrician to come out the same day. Communication was great with text messages double checking that we were home before someone headed our way and sending a picture and bio on the technicians before they arrived so we knew the right person was at the door. Cameron Woodside came and checked everything, upped the amp on our breaker and scheduled a HVAC guy to come out to check that side of things. Cameron was efficient and personable! The next day HVAC tech Tyson Stucki came over and double checked everything, quickly identified the problem, was excellent at communicating throughout the process, replaced the problem part and gave us lots of tips for helping our house run efficiently!     Perfect used to be great (had an annual membership from 2014 to 2024). I dont know what changed, but it was a really bad experience for me. So much so that I decided to write this.• The last Perfect technician that was out here misdiagnosed our problem, twice• He came out here, and tried pushing a $5,000 repair and improvement on us (he even recommended installing an entirely brand new system on top of the one they already installed for us!)• On top of that, we had a competitor come out here and legitimately prove that this technician was blatantly lying to us; he said our blower, fan, and coil were the dirtiest he has ever seen and the competitor took pictures showing why they were verifiable false -- clean as a whistle; the competitor tech literally said you could tell me this was recently installed and I would have believed you, its that clean• He also lied about dual zones, our zone board, and more• Beyond that, he discovered Perfects original install of our entire furnace was done poorly (competitor took pictures of the poor leveling and install job), and there were leftover fuses, wires, and literal trash were up there• Instead of paying 5 thousand for a repair and enhancement, we paid a competitor 250 dollars for a simple clogged drain. That was the problem: the stupid drain (that was also poorly installed by Perfect) was clogged so he just sprayed it out and the whole problem was solvedNow our house is a cool 73, my newborn is happy, and my wife is happy.EDIT 7/1/24: I was contacted last week by the HVAC director who was very regretful about the situation. From the sound of it, this was a singular individual (technician) problem and it was solved on their end. Additionally, they went to great lengths to rectify the situation and make things right for my family. They seemed genuinely concerned about everything and more than happy to go above and beyond. The technician that was sent out this time, Chris Ridener was personable and fast.Thanks for making a bad situation good in the end, Perfect.

He even tested our smoke alarms when he changed the batteries and alerted us to the fact that our detectors were a couple years past the 10-year replacement mark. If Tyson were the only technician to ever work on our system from now on, that would be great!
