    Weve used Burton and Sons in the past for small repairs to our furnace and A/C and have always been happy with the service. So when it came time to replace our furnace and A/C we had them quote us along with a few other local companies. Burtons price came in competitive with everyone else so due to our previous experience, we went with them, and we couldnt be happier. I know it seems simple, but EVERYONE that works there is nice. Through our experiences weve worked with Alan, Todd, Mitchell, Greg as technicians and Shelly, Kelsey, and Carol in the office. Every single person was professional and nice. Again, I know it seems simple, but it is such a nice feeling to trust a company to be in and around your house.In regards to the actual service, they arrived on time both days they needed to work. They worked quickly and cleaned up everything once completed. The price stayed exactly to what they quoted, and they are taking care of rebate paperwork through DTE for us like they said they would. I felt like full replacement of AC and furnace would have been a stressful and long process, Burton made it very easy on us. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Burton and Sons scheduled a tech to come out the same day I called and needed them. David came to my home, explained what he was doing. He took the time to answer all of my questions and he was very professional, and friendly. He finished the job thoroughly and quickly. My air was up and running in no time.     I just had my water heater replaced and despite the situation, Burton & Sons took awesome care of us! The person that answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give me an estimate for what was needed right over the phone. The repair person, Todd, came out the very next morning equipped with a new unit and all tools to fix the problem within 2 hours. I will definitely be using their plumbing services again and highly recommend them! Thank you for doing such a thorough job!

    We highly recommend Burton & Sons to all of our friends and family. Our technician was extremely helpful and provided all of the technical expertise we needed when our A/C unit recently failed. We called other repair service providers and couldnt even get a service date scheduled for over a month out. Burton & Sons had a new A/C unit installed within less than a week time frame. We were extremely pleased with the pricing, customer service, and overall technical knowledge.

    Very impressed with the service we received today from start to finish. I called this morning and Eric was at my house within 2 hours to fix our heating issue. I was worried about wait time and cost but there was no need. Very reasonably priced and they are submitting a rebate on my behalf, so I even get money back. I would definitely recommend Burton and Sons!!!

    We recently had Burtons & sons out twice. The first time was a plumbing problem that Griff took care of by replacing a part n our kitchen faucet simply that we were concerned would require a big plumbing problem. The second time Jalen came out to check our A/C on our maintenance agreement which we get every year, and did a wonderful job of checking everything and cleaning it. Wonderful job guys. I would recommend you any time.

    I recently discovered that the toilet in my new house has been slowly leaking underneath, so I called Burton & Sons based on the positive reviews on here. Now I understand why they are held to such high regard. They had someone (Mitchell) out to my house within an hour. I then scheduled for repair and they were flexible and timely. Todd came out and he was very friendly and went beyond what was expected. Great experience and will do business with again.

    We used Burton & Sons to get our house ready to sell, and they were great! We had a lot of back and forth with the buyers realtor and Burton & Sons helped us out through every step.When we had furnace issues at the new house we moved into, we knew exactly who to call. Coincidentally, Jalen was our technician at the old house and the new house. He is outstanding! Extremely knowledgeable, and he explained everything he did.     I scheduled a service call for a cleaning, inspection, and repair of my AC unit. The office team was very helpful in scheduling a service appointment and my assigned service tech was Greg.Greg was very professional and friendly to work with. He took time to talk with me regarding the symptoms I observed from my AC system and he was very upfront about the costs of his service. Greg also took the time to keep me informed as he made observations regarding my systems performance. He also took time to educate me regarding the refrigerant my system uses and the upcoming phase-out. Finally Greg was very informative when I had questions about other goods/services that Burton & Sons could provide in the future.The bottom line is that the office staff and the service tech (Greg) did an outstanding job providing a quality service for a reasonable price. I will definitely be recommending Burton & Sons to my family and friends in the future.

    I am extremely grateful for these wonderful workers. Jalen, Dave and Duran came to our home to install a hot water tank. They were the BEST I have encountered and being 70 yrs old I can tell you I have had many repairs, restorations ,installations and these men are so professional, helpful, patient, cordial and go above and beyond to be helpful. They are a terrific asset to their company and the company is so fortunate to have them They worked tirelessly with the best attitude I have seen There was also a young man ( plumber) who came and gave us an estimate on our bathroom.     The individual that came to our house on Tuesday 1 May 2018 worked on our system but was unable to resolve the, he took his time in explaining to us what he found and that he would have another technician come out the next day since it was already late in the day. We understood from talking with him that he was still kind of new to this work and ensured us that the tech that would come tomorrow would get us fixed. The next day your company sent a different tech and you used great foresight in sending the tech from yesterday to learn from a more experienced tech, I commend you and your company on taking the time to train your team members, we felt very good with the work performed and the manner in which your employees worked hard to resolve our issue. Please give both Techs a pat on the back and a job well done from our family to them, we look forward to our continued relationship with your company.

    My husband and I had a great experience with Burton & Sons! We are in the process of purchasing our first home and called Burton & Sons to complete a furnace inspection. Our realtor called on December 23 and spoke to a very friendly woman on the phone. Despite our request being made right in the midst of the holidays, Burton & Sons came out first thing in the morning on December 26. They did a very thorough inspection and really reassured us on our home purchase. When they found out that our parents had used them in the past and were the ones who referred us, they called and offered them free movie tickets as a token of gratitude. Burton & Sons is a great business with wonderful customer service, and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

    Our hot water tank started leaking on 12/22. They were able to schedule us for first thing on 12/23, even with the holiday chaos (and no extra fees). So thankful we didnt have to wait until after the holidays! Jalen was courteous and did a great job replacing our tank. We have used Burton & Sons before and continue to be satisfied with their service!

    Top notch customer service. My furnace broke down on a Saturday and they were able to come out and service it same day. They tried to fix it but it was a 20 year old furnace and was beyond repair. They gave me a very fair quote on a Bryant furnace and brought over some space heaters as they wouldnt be able to install until Monday.Another company came out and gave a better initial quote so i went with them on the furnace. When I called Burton and Sons to let them know, they were kind and helpful and even offered to match the price. I would have done it if I hadnt already agreed with the other company. Every part of working with them was fair and honest and I appreciate that. You wont regret working with this company.

    Fast and Professional. I have used Burton and Sons on two separate occasions and both times I have been more than satisfied with the service. This last call was on one of the hottest days this summer and my air conditioning went out. The dispatcher said there was a technician in the area and she would dispatch to my house on THE SAME DAY!! Once the technician arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my unit. The technician was polite, clean, and professional. Two thumbs up!

    Top notch! Woke up to the hot water heater leaking this morning. Called Burton and Sons around 10:30am and Kathy was very nice and got someone out right away. They were here before noon and done by 2pm. Both guys were very professional and took great care to protect the carpet and took the time to answer all of my questions.     I have been doing business with Burton & Sons for nearly 4 years now. In 2013 we bought a 60 year old California Ranch. Our Inspector discovered the furnace was leaking CO. and needed replacement. The water heater was old and most of the plumbing shutoff valves were stuck in the open position. Todd Burtons sales person gave us a very fair estimate and the installs and repairs were expedited so the move-in could occur. I should mention the sales person was actually one of Burtons professional installers so he knew the equipment and repairs like the back of his hand.We have purchased their maintenance agreement every year since and never regretted the decision nor the price. The service people and office people are not only very professional; they are extremely nice! You cannot go wrong with Burton & Sons Plumbing and Climate Control.- George

    Our water heater was not heating the water. I found Burton & Sons, by Googling water heater repair near me and their name came up and they were only a mile away and their service charge was under $60. It was Friday afternoon, 3:15, and I called to see if Saturday we could have service. Their very friendly receptionist said we could possibly have same day service with their “Dave.” He was going to be available soon. By 4:00 he was over and found our problem. The best news, he was able to get the needed parts from his truck and fixed it. He was great and a very qualified and friendly. It was our lucky day.

I just got a sump pump I purchased put in by Todd, one of their exceptional plumbers, accompanied by his apprentice/trainee. He did an outstanding, high-quality job at a very reasonable rate!     Our furnace went out and we reached out to B&S via their online form and they contacted us within a couple of hours and scheduled a same day appointment.     Our technician was knowledgeable about the Moen faucet product line and about the lifetime warranty. He was able to obtain the same faucet at a hardware store and replaced it quickly and efficiently. We contacted Moen and found out it did indeed have a lifetime warranty.     Used this company for over 25 years and would never consider calling any one else. Every team member and staff are outstanding and honest home town people. Every one has been to either one of my homes and was I completely satisfied! Joe talked me through a minor problem over the phone at 8:30 pm and came out once to replace water heater at 5:30pm.     Nothing but good things to say about Burton & Sons and their plumber who came out (Greg).We had the inflow pipe to our hot water heater spring a leak, and we found out about the leak yesterday. We called the emergency line, and Greg called us back very promptly to get more details. (Since it was the inflow pipe and not the HWH itself, he wouldnt need to get to a supply house, which were all closed yesterday. But, unlike RotoRooter, he was willing to find out those extra details, and do the job.) He was very prompt getting here, jumped right into fixing the problem, and cleaned up his work area very nicely. Awesome job fixing the pipe, especially on a holiday weekend. Ive gotta talk it over with my wife, but I think weve found our new plumber.

    Called them to install a gas line and check out the blower motor per our house inspection. The first person who came installed the gas line and was very professional. The second guy came the next day to diagnose the furnace and blower motor. He brought a new blower motor with him assuming it needed replacing. He found there was nothing wrong with it but a few things were loose and rattling on the furnace. Tightened everything up and it very quiet now and runs smooth. Plus passed inspection. In the end they saved us $550.00 by not just replacing it as most companies would have done just so the can charge us. Both guys were great and very respectful. Thank you so much. Only negative was the pricing. To be sure, I believe the pricing was about market value. I could have gotten something similar for a little less - but I have a company that I could trust. But over the course of the process I actually received 3 different price points from 3 different people inside the company.
