Jeff Meyers and Eric Ramirez came out to evaluate what I thought was a problem with my sewer line. They tracked down the problem and turns out it wasn’t my sewer at all!! The other plumbing company I spoke to didn’t investigate anything and was planning to dig up my yard and bust up my sidewalk without even trying to figure out what the problem was to begin with. Jeff and Eric were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They were also very pleasant and easy to work with! I am sooo thankful I didn’t let the other company come in because they were already planning to tear up my property and probably would have charged me plenty to do it!! These 2 guys definitely put the customer first! I will be calling back for another project and most definitely recommend Tatro Plumbing to anyone looking for recommendations! Thank You so much!!

We called Tatro this morning with what we thought was a serious hot water heater issue. (More than a leak). They came right out and took care of the problem. Jeff Meyers was the plumber that came to our house. He was very knowledgeable, neat, and kind. He called Ryan, Tatro HVAC guy, as he needed some input on our furnace to better serve our needs. We appreciated that he asked for help when he needed it and that Ryan came. We will call them again and request these guys. (Sorry, didn’t catch Ryan’s last name)
