I worked extensively with Mr. Torres to design a new addition for my childhood home. He instantly recognized how important this project was for me and my family. He worked tirelessly to make sure that we got everything we wanted out of this project. Mr. Torres was the ultimate professional and we could tell that he cared about us and he cared about doing a great job. The crews that he brought in were all very professional and personable which made this huge undertaking a less stressful process. My family and I are very satisfied with the work that was done and we are thrilled to be in our new and improved family home. Most importantly, we were able to keep the character of the home as it was built by my grandmother. This is a special place for us all and now we have room to grow in it. Thank you Mr. Torres for everything that you put into this project!!

Torres Homes, LLC did a major remodel for us. They completely remodeled our kitchen, added a structural beam and filled in an open two story area with a floor system. They completed all of this within two months with an awesome, attentive team that worked tirelessly and even on the weekends! They made an uncomfortable, dusty, experience into the best it could possibly be with amazing communication and cost transparency. Sam is wonderful and youll be very happy with his proffessionalism, kindness and the final product!

I will start with..We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom that came through to our kitchen ceiling on the main floor.WE GOT SO LUCKY when my wonderful friend and Realtor/Broker Lisa Fuqua recommended TORRES HOMES LLC to us! I don’t have the words to say how much we appreciate him!He is great at communicating who was going to be at the house daily. He is honest and very trustworthy as were all his subcontractors. Sam was there almost every day check on the progress and critique the work. All the subs were respectful to our property and mindful of cleaning up any mess at the end of the day.Sam even helped us with picking out tile, and giving us ideas for the bathroom remodel which we love!!! The kitchen looks great too!We are planning on using Torres Homes LLC to build an addition on our house and to remodel the master bathroom.Not only do we think of Sam as the best contractor ever, we consider him a friend!

Sam’s crew did an amazing remodel on my daylight basement family room. It is now a beautiful apartment for my daughter. Everyone who sees it compliments the work man ship. Sam always makes sure you are happy with what has been done. When and if I need another remodel I would call Torres Homes.

Sam Torres completed a full renovation of a rental home for me. This job included all new plumbing, upgraded electric throughout, redesigned bedrooms, restoring floors, and the addition of a bathroom and laundry room. His workmanship was spectacular. As a general contractor he was extremely professional and did a fantastic job managing the subcontractors. His pricing was fair, and I always felt that he was working on my behalf and in my best interest. Sam is honest and trustworthy. Without question he will do our next project and without reservation I highly recommend you consider him for any renovation.

The outside of our entire home was painted by Sam’s crew this summer. We could not have been more pleased. He communicated daily with us and came by almost every day. His crew was conscientious and courteous. Even though it was very hot when they were here, they were diligent in working. They brought the paint and all the supplies needed. Sam even came back a week later to follow up on a spot he noticed( that we did not.) He had another supervisor on sight who made sure the job was done perfectly. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Sam and his crew again for any job, big or small for our home.

We needed 2 specialized landings built down a steep hill. We had Difficult terrain & the landings had to be totally customized to our site. He was exceptional in staying in contact w/ me & the other company, which helped reduce my fears & worries. The final structures are very solid & look great!I gladly recommend him & his company

Tired of hearing horror stories about working with contractors? If so, read on!Sam Torres is, above all, a genuinely fine person. He listens to what you want and makes every effort to help you to make that happen. When your expectations are unrealistic, (and ours were) he spends the time necessary to guide you into making good choices.It started with our master bath renovation. There were quite a few mid-course corrections, but we ended up with a space we both love and one that is much more functional than the original. We were so happy with the bath renovation, that we hired Sam to replace the roofing and gutters. Then all hell broke loose. The areas of rotted siding, fascia and soffits, we knew about, turned out to be much more extensive than we ever dreamed. Replacing all of this required time and expense, and of course, painting. The good news is that the exterior of the house looks beautiful. The important thing here is that we have protected our investment as well as making the appearance much nicer.There are always glitches in any project. Almost all of ours were the result of missed communications. Happily, when these happened, Sam was on the job, immediately making corrections and always doing so with a positive attitude.How often can a homeowner say that doing this much renovation and repair resulted in making a new close friend? We can and we did.We cant guarantee that anyone else will have the same positive experience that we had. However we would encourage you to talk with Sam.John and Connie Hildebrand, Big Canoe
