We have used Gainesville Restoration in the past with our clients and had no issues. Just recently we were out on a call at 2am and I called the owner, Chris. I had informed him about an issue where my customers home was flooded with sewage. Within 35 minutes Chris arrived and started doing his assessment. By the time I left, clean up was well underway. The next day we received another call from the customer informing us of the great care Chris and crew provided for them. Great Job Guys!!!!!!

Came back from week long vacation to find a pipe had burst and flooded our entire home. We called Gainesville Restoration and they were there within 30 minutes, they worked through the night to get our home dried out and the damage repaired. They took one of the worst experiences of our life and handled it with ease. We could not be happier with professionalism and speed in which they handled this disaster for us. We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants only the best to handle there home in a time of crisis.

I recently had my 200 sq. ft. back porch completely restored/updated by Gainesville Restoration & Remodeling. Chris was very professional, prompt in communications, and patient while I tried to make up mind what I wanted. The job was scheduled within two weeks. The work crew was a work of art to watch - truly a team, performing their specific task like clockwork. I expected a big mess but they worked neatly and cleaned up very thoroughly. The job was well priced. I was very pleased and would highly recommend this business for any remodeling.

Amidst absolute crisis, Gainesville Restorations team, saved the day. We had a major leak in the wall of our kitchen, and we did not realize it until damage was done. I gave GRR a call and in less than an hour they showed up. They were so kind and helped put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. Hopefully the next time I call them, it will be for a remodel.

We had a flood with water damage from a slab leak that occurred while on vacation.There was an inch of standing water on our floors damaging our cabinets and flooring. Mold was on our furniture and starting to discolor our wood floors.Gainesville Restoration was referred by our insurance carrier on their preferred list. They came out within 1 hour after calling them, and packed out our house.They replaced our cabinets and flooring within 1 month, we were amazed.Thank you again for all your help with our slab leak repair.Thank you Jan P.

I used Gainesville Restoration twice and they did a great job both times. The first was Christmas Eve. The house was empty and one of my neighbors observed a water leak at my house. He turned off the water supply and called the realestate agent who was attempting to sell the house. He called me, and I called my insurance company who sent Gainesville restoration to the house. They went out to the house Christmas Eve, removed the damaged floors and walls, dryed the house and made the repairs quickly and effectively. The second situation was after a house inspection by a perspective buyer found some damage in the exterior walls that needed to be repaired quickly in order to finalize the sale. Again the work was done quickly and well. I reccomend them without reservation.

Chris and his crew did a great job installing our roof and remodeling our home from tree damage restoration.The repairs were done in a timely manner. At times we were having problems getting the money from our insurance company. However, Chris and his workers didnt stop the repairs. They continued working and completed the job. Im truly grateful to have had such an honest person working on our family home. Thank you for the great work!

Contacted them for install of a glass shower door. Was placed on the schedule within a week and the workers were on time and finished the work in one day. The shower door was apparently a difficult install and took longer than anticipated, but I was not charged more than the agreed on price (which was less than other competitors in the area). The silicone compressed overnight, so there was some leaking, but they sent the workers out immediately the next day to place more silicone at no cost. There is now no leaking, the door looks great, and Id be willing to use them again.

Called on a Saturday gentleman answered the phone and I inquired about having some repairs done fairly soon he was up front and explained that they would not be able to begin any new work for six weeks. If you cant do the work as requested this is the proper way to respond. Still gives a favorable impression that may lead to work in the future.

We have had a great experience with GRR. Professional, timely, thorough and the work is excellent. Chris is very responsive and easy to work with. He takes the time to listen to you and makes sure the work is done to your liking. He spends a lot of time personally reviewing and inspecting the work being done and will do whatever it takes to make sure the job is done right. We have had him and his team work on multiple projects both inside and outside our house and we couldnt be happier with the results. We would highly recommend GRR to anyone looking to make improvements to their home or business.
