I have had the experience of Gainesville Turnover Specialist for over one year and I am very pleased with the services they provide. I have a 3 bedroom, two bath one story home that they have mastered the cleaning in each room in a 2 hour period. The ladies are especially nice and ask questions when needed. I didn’t give them a 5 star rating only because of punctuality sometimes being a problem. Overall I am pleased and would recommend this company.

I am absolutely thrilled with the cleaning and grout treatment services I received! As a first-time homebuyer, I was amazed to discover that my grout was actually white. They are also very punctual and keep the customer in the loop.The one aspect where there is room for improvement is supervision of apprentices - they need to be paired with experienced handymen to learn their craft. Maybe Jorge could start an apprenticeship system?

The guys came at time t they have us. No delays. They came ready to work. The entire job only took less than one day!Georges crew did an excellent job fixing our garage ceiling. They removed the drywall that was cracked and then replaced it. The new drywall looks great. They put a skim coat so itll be easy for us to paint. It looks fabulous. And I know it will last a very long time.

Very, very pleased with the results. My wood flooring was looking pretty grungy. Our home is 16 years old and even though I regularly vacuumed and cleaned the floors, the grain and seams were very dirty looking. Gainesville Turnover Specialists have them looking practically brand new now. They were very thorough, professional and detail oriented and did not do a rush job. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

What a wonderful company! I had them do a deep cleaning on my house (2400 sq. ft) before I had company from out of town. They were meticulous and attentive to all the areas of my house. My bathrooms were especially disgusting. The tile was so dirty and discolored. When they were finished, you could have eaten off of any surface. The tile was white and gleaming! I now have them clean monthly. They clean so well, we are able to do the maintenance between visits. I highly recommend them.

We got GTS to fix some wood rot in our cedar trim along the roofline of our house. We had already bought the right pieces of PVC trim (with a fake woodgrain finish) to replace the rotted wood with, so Will & Jesus only had to cut away the rot and replace those sections with matched pieces of the PVC. They did a great job, and only took a day and a half. They carefully avoided damaging the soffits and roof shingles, and properly caulked around the new PVC pieces, so everything was flush and neat. Half of the repair was at the top of our 2-storey house, so they also had to build a 30 high scaffold on-site, and do the repairs way up high. Didnt faze them at all. Good job guys!

They showed up right on time and the cleaning was SO thorough - my place wasn’t even this clean when I moved in. They even pulled the oven out and cleaned behind it, and I’ve never seen anyone do that before.The price was so reasonable for the amount of work and quality of work. I highly recommend and would 100% book them again for any cleaning service. I wish I had known about them before - I would have happily paid for the high quality monthly cleaning.Also, the owners are amazing humans and fantastic community members. :)

Everyone was very professional and pleasant. They arrived at 10am, began working at 10:30a. Took lunch at 12:30p for 1 hour then started working again. I have a small house, so I was very surprised at the length of time it was taking for 2 people to clean my house. They were doing a thorough cleaning and did a good job but spent most of their time in the master bedroom and bathroom. When I mentioned the time at 3pm when the supervisor came by to check on them, they worked quickly, and their supervisor joined them to clean the rest of the house. They worked about 5 hours on a 1700 sq ft house. It did need a good cleaning! I would hire them again now having a more realistic idea of the time it takes to clean my house I would plan my activities accordingly.

Love these guys and the array of services that they provide to my client referrals. The most versatile and customer-friendly company in this space, hands down. I would give them 10 stars if I could.On our most recent referral, GTS painted multiple rooms, repaired some damaged drywall, deep cleaned the entire property, steam cleaned all carpets, repaired a sink fixture, did an o-zone treatment to address an animal odor and spruced up the exterior landscaping. All of that on one estimate and invoice. You cannot beat the convenience of this service!

They answered my call, and scheduled the cleaning within a couple days. They new the managers of the appartment complex and how to get the key once I called for approval. The Turnover Specials are a professional and honorable company. I recently purchased an older home that Was completely remodeled from floor to ceiling. They painted, inside and out. They carpeted the home and repaired rot in numerous places. The house looked brand new due to the unbelievably professional job. If you’ve ever gotten a really really dirty car detailed and your like “wow!” when you pick it up, this is how it felt after the Gainesville Turnover Specialist cleaned my post construction windows and door. My doors are huge sliders and huge six panel accordion Anderson doors. The tracks were full of debris and sawdust and the frames were coated with concrete dust, etc. (You get the point). When the cleaning team was done, they looked like they just came out of the box. They did a perfect job. Very detailed.

I cant say enough good things about them! I had substantial wood rot on the two columns in front of my house, didnt really know what to expect or how extensive the damage was. Rodger came out, cut away enough trim to examine the supports, determined the supports were solid. The next week he came back, applies fiberglass mesh and liquid waterproofing material, the next day he rebuilt the wood trim, painted, etc. Looks like new! I know it was done correctly so I wont have the problem again!!! Great peace of mind! Excellent experience all the way around!!! Thank you!!!!

After having my wood floors restored there were particles of saw dust literally EVERYWHERE!!!! I contacted Gainesville Turnover and was able to get an appt just 2 days before Thanksgiving! Another Wow! Two representatives arrived promptly and literally performed some sort of wizardry the likes of which I had never seen!!!! Walls, ceilings, blinds, windows & window panes, floors & baseboards, books & bookcases, ceiling fans, you name it, they cleaned it! I hardly even heard them working unless the vacuum was on!
