Earlier this year our screen enclosure was struck by a small tornado. I contacted Payne Construction and requested a bid for reconstruction from Chris Pickering. Chris was quick to respond and within a few days, we had his bid proposal to compare with others. We chose Chris and his company and are so glad we did. His overall price was very fair and the repair team was scheduled in a timely manner.The reconstruction team were very professional,friendly, and their work was excellent. Our screen enclosure looks beautiful and even better than original. We definitely would use Payne Construction again and highly recommend them. Ed and Andra Higgins

The customer service is impeccable! Responsive, timely, and they do an outstanding job making sure that the work is done right The quality of the work is second to none! We couldnt be happier with the work done to our home and we keep going back to Payne for more projects that need to be done. Chris (the owner) is fantastic to work with. He takes the time to listen and make sure that the work is being done correctly and to your liking. He spends a lot of time personally overseeing the project and is very responsive to your needs. We recommend Payne to all of our friends and colleagues.

We recently had a kitchen remodeled-renovated by Chris and his team. Upon completing in late April they proceeded to our master bath changing our tub to a shower which turned out wonderful.They drew the architect plans and completed this large project for our family that was very professional. Thank you for a great experience with your group!

They converted my garage into a bedroom. The final result was excellent. The job included an electrical upgrade from 100A to 200A for AC, installing a high quality window and French door, making a built-in 16ft long floor to ceiling bookcase with a ladder on a rail, adding electrical outlets, and staining and painting. Also added was a CAT 6 ethernet outlet for smart home control for wifi Lutron light switch. The quality of the work is outstanding. I am particularly pleased with the stained custom bookcases. The stain on the bookcases complements the light shades in the wood look vinyl flooring. The crew was very responsive to little changes I would make as the work progressed, such as drilling holes to allow the ethernet cable to run from the outlet to the location of my table/desk and modifying the design of the closet. Chris was responsive to my text messages on any issue.
