I am very pleased with Sam (one of their plumbers) and his repair to my leak and replacement of angle stop valves in my kitchen in my vacation condo in Breckenridge. My building is old (1960s) and the conditions related to the repair included a cumbersome crawlspace that was not ideal but Sam was professional and persistent in getting the job done. My engagement with their customer support and logistics team was also great.As part of the service, I requested an assessment for future work which Sam was transparent about what potential complexities existed that would make the job require more labor time and the potential impact on my neighbors at the time of the work.I would recommend Sam and Wieronski Plumbing and Heating Services without reservation. I appreciate that they are local, experienced, and professional. They will be coming back to do finish additional work on my unit and I wouldnt hesitate to refer them to my neighbors and friends.

After waiting several days for a local plumbing company to call to schedule a repair for a toilet leak, I heard from their scheduler who informed me that they did not repair toilets. It was frustrating, because the issue had been described to them. After peeking at Best Of Summit & reading reviews, I called Wieronski Plumbing. I talked with Nicole, who was great! She was able to set up an appointment the very next day. Jeremy and Sam came out and fixed the leak. While they were at my house, they checked all the other toilets to see if they needed tightening up. One did. Leak avoided! They arrived on time, wore booties to protect the floors, exhibited a high degree of care and professionalism, were polite and friendly...I highly recommend this business!

Jeremy & Sam performed a difficult job disassembling and then reassembling the incoming natural gas line to my water heater which had a minor leak. It was extremely tight working space in the water heater closet but they handled it very professionally and were very personable. I appreciated their great attitudes and for fixing the problem.

Our water heater blew in our short term rental and because we left the Wieronski card where our guests could see it they called and yall came right over to prevent further damage and made a temporary fix to keep our guest happy. Five stars doesnt begin to cover the rating they deserve!Nicole, Warren and Dominic have all exceeded my expectations and gone above and beyond to help me with an ongoing project. We had a gas leak and when I was unable to get back to the house to handle the situation immediately, they made it out within hours and made sure all was right before a huge snow storm. Nicole has been incredibly kind and responsive, while also seamlessly handling our ongoing saga with Xcel energy, while Warren made it to my house in record time to assess problems and make sure the house was okay during dropping temps. Dominic (exceptionally good natured and patient) is meticulous in his work and communicates the situation so well.I cant say enough great things about them and their work and they are unfortunately, stuck with me and my high maintenance house for life.

We initially called on Wieronski Plumbing and Heating to give us a quote on a replacement water storage tank for our condominium boiler system. We were getting other estimates but only Jerome at Wieronski noticed that our boiler system had been water damaged by the water tank failure at that the entire system needed to be rebuilt, saving us weeks of lost revenue from potentially catastrophic failure in a rental unit.The entire estimate that Wieronski quoted us was significantly less expensive than even the insurance estimate. Because theyre a well established local business here in Frisco they were on the job with a full compliment of technicians every day until completion. We were under the gun with rental deadlines and they did not disappoint. Working in a cramped mechanical room one could not even stand up in could not have been easy! The owner Walter Wieronski made special road trips to secure hard to find boiler parts so the job could be completed on time.The end results were a new boiler system, professionally installed on time and under budget. Jerome, Mike and Walter turned what could have been a time consuming and financial nightmare into a manageable situation. To say that we were pleased with the results would be an understatement.

We called Wieronski yesterday on an emergency basis and they responded quickly and efficiently. We had our kitchen faucet disconnected, new sink installed and could not get the 30 plus year old shut off valves to close because the valve was stripped. Our property manager had to shut off the water to our entire building (15 units) and to the clubhouse for hours. When we called Wieronski, they pulled Michael off of a job in Breckenridge and sent him to our place within 45 minutes. Michael assessed the situation quickly and called his boss for parts, who delivered them right away. We had the new shut off valves installed, faucet hooked up and the building water back on within less than 2 hours of our initial, desperate phone call.Michael was very skilled and personable. Althoughthis company is not the least expensive in the area, I have had a number of services provided by them and each time the work has been of excellent quality. I have a boiler that provides radiant heat for the house as well as domestic hot water. First I noticed no hot water. Went to check the boiler and it was down. Called Wieronski and they sent tech Mike G out. He ran though everything and determined the heat exchanger in the boiler was cracked. They went over all of my options. Replacing the boiler was required. Mike reviewed options both before and during installation to make sure that I had input on areas that mattered to me. Everything went great. My wife and I were at our cabin in Kremmling over Memorial weekend and after being gone over the winter months and charging up the water lines, we had a leak in the pressure release valve on the hot water tank. We tried several plumbing places in the area with no response. We then phoned Wieronski Plumbing & Heating and Technician Peter Knowles called back and responded same day and at the exact time he said he would. Wieronski Plumbing & Heating did a great job in replacing our 23 year old furnace. They are one of a few who know about high altitude burner orifices for furnaces. My old furnace was installed with standard burner orifices that work well up to 2,000 feet. Wieronski changed out the new furnace with the correct burner orifices that work well up to 10,000 feet. Walter also provided me different choices as to the type of furnace. He explained the additional costs for each furnace due to the age of my original installation that needed to be modified. Walter also did an extensive measurement of our living space, number of windows, doors and height of ceilings to determine the correct size for the furnace. Turns out my old furnace was undersized for the area it was intended.Andrew did a great job on the installation of the new unit. Kept everything clean and explained the different things he was doing during the installation. Overall I am very pleased with the pre work and installation of the new furnace by Wieronski Plumbing and Heating.

We called Wieronski Plumbing and Heating to check out the old boiler in our rental property. We determined that it should replaced along with the hot water tank that were both located in a small small.We worked with Mike on this project and he was great about keeping us informed on the process and next steps. By the following week, Mike had the the boiler and hot water tank installed.When the inspector came out and said that there was an air flow issue related to the rental property (NOT the installation), Mike told us he was going to calculate the air flow numbers and come up with some solutions. Once we decided which solution to go with, the changes were quickly implemented and the installation passed inspection.Best company we ever worked with especially since it was a rental and Mike had to coordinate with us and the renters. Great communication and ability to handle issues as they came up.We highly recommend Wieronski and plan to use them to maintain the new boiler in the future.

We were very pleased with the service provided by both Jerome and Miranda for our recent boiler replacement project. We started using Wieronski Plumbing 3 years ago when we first encountered some issues with our heating system. They were always prompt, courteous and took the time to explain the problem and options available to us. Jerome met with us for an hour to go over the new system and make sure we were satisfied with the work. Miranda is always pleasant on the phone and returns calls promptly. We are fortunate to have a local business like Wieronski that provides a quality product and excellent service.

Five stars for quality of service! I take one away because I felt the price was too high. Everyone I dealt with from start to finish was wonderful! When I called, someone actually answered the phone (something I was unable to get Ben Franklin in Dillon to do) and they quickly and cheerfully made me an appointment. The plumber who came out (Mike) was very friendly and professional. He showed up on time, was quick, efficient and pleasant. He even ran out to the plumbing supply warehouse and tried to dig up some old parts for my obsolete 1970s zone valve so that he could repair it at a lower cost instead of having to replace it (and didnt charge me for that time). Unfortunately that didnt work and the charge to replace the valve was just shy of $900 which I feel has to be too high. Mike did tell me upfront as soon as he realized what needed to be done that it was going to be expensive and he told me before he had the thing taken apart and it was too late to say no. I didnt get a surprise bill at the end, total transparency by them just to be clear.I tried to ask around with some other plumbing companies to see if $900 is reasonable. As mentioned, I couldnt even get Ben Franklin in Dillon to answer their phone, after calling half a dozen times throughout the day and just getting voice mail I gave up. When I called Ben Franklin in Breck, a woman rudely told me that they would not even give me an informal ball park estimate over the phone. I did manage to get in touch with one place in Vail that gave me a rough estimate of $500-600. So I think Weironskis rates are probably high compared to others. But, theyre the only ones in Summit County that would actually show up to fix the problem. So kind of a wash I guess.Update: Had them out a second time to replace leaky valves under the kitchen sink. Same experience. Very highly satisfied with their customer service! Andrew was professional, courteous, efficient, and upfront about the pricing. I still felt the price was a little high. But again, they were the only people I found in Summit that would actually show up to fix the problem. So Im changing my rating to 5 stars. They charge what they are worth. If you have a plumbing problem that actually needs fixed quickly, Wieronski is your absolute best choice in the county. Very highly satisfied customer!

Ryan visited us the day before our appointment to install a new kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposer. He measured all of the space underneath the sink to confirm the items we purchased would fit. The day of the appointment he brought the extra fittings that insured the installation went well. He advised us how everything would work, and left our kitchen as clean as before he began. Everything is working well and we do not have any follow-up items that need fixing. Wieronski is our go-to company for all of our plumbing and heating needs!!

Yesterday my Buderus boiler stopped working. First indication was lack of hot water. I called Wieronski after office hours; I left a message asking for help. Ryan called promptly and said he was on an emergency call in Keystone but would come as soon as possible. I called later, and Ryan again assured me he would come as soon as possible. At about 1am, I heard the Wieronski truck pull into the driveway; Iwent down and opened the garage door and welcomed Ryan. We wentn down to the equipment room, where Ryan proceeded to disassemble the boiler and troubleshoot. The boiler panel was dark - no indications. Ryan concluded that the problem was in the fan assembly; it was causing shorts and thus blowing fuzes and killing power to the panel. Ryan left at about 2:30am, assuring me he would follow-up after businesses opened. Ryan did call after businesses opened, and he had found a replacement fan assembly. Ryan arrived later with the replacement fan assembly; he installed the new assembly and started up the boiler - demonstrating the coprrectness of his troubleshooting the night before. In summary, Ryan was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about boilers and troubleshooting them. He was very capable and reliable.
