I put my house up for rent in the summer and needed an inspection done for a reported leak. Trident was able to come out within a timely manner and they were honest on their findings and their recommendations. Today (10/21/24), the tenant reported an issue without hesitation I called Trident and they were able to have someone come out the same day. Matt has been the technician both times and I fully trust his recommendations. Highly recommend!

Sean and Dakota replaced my water heater and a fill valve on a toilet. They arrived Timely and were very thorough on the work to be done and all necessary charges were laid out in advance. They discovered termites under my water heater pan. And made immediate effort to connect me with a pest control service, so I could have the situation inspected. All the work went very well and Im extremely happy with the results. Im also incredibly impressed with the quality of the technicians. Not just their expertise but there thorough communication with the customer! I am so happy with this companys service, that I am making them my new home to Plumbers for all future needs! I am leaving a five-star review, because it is truly deserved. I hope others will benefit from this information. Expertly trained and honest services are very difficult to find.

I called Trident to resolve a leaky kitchen sink drain and scheduled for a Wednesday. I was surprised to receive a call Tuesday morning saying they had an opening and could come earlier than originally scheduled. Wow! I was able to accept the earlier schedule offer and was even more surprised when they were prepared to arrive even earlier. I am so accustomed to service providers being late, so this was a certainly a welcome change of pace. At any rate, the service technicians were among the friendliest and most professional I have ever experienced. They immediately identified the root cause and then thoroughly explained their findings and plan of action. They had everything needed to fix the issue and tested their fix extensively before telling me they were done. The invoice was just as impressive -- everything that was explained and done was thoroughly documented on the invoice for future reference. I couldnt have been more impressed and satisfied with how everything went and will consider Trident my preferred plumber for any future needs.

Wonderful. That was our Trident Plumbing experience. Steven is a master craftsman and we 1000% trust his experience and knowledge having utilized him a few years back for a different plumbing issue. This go around, my husband and I had heard noises coming from our pipes occasionally when we ran the faucets. He immediately identified the issue, tested to verify it was in fact that and nothing possibly else, explained the repair and provided the estimate to us. Steven and his apprentice (CJ) then completed the repair. We truly appreciate their attention to detail, skill, and customer service.

Sean and Roman from Trident visited our home this afternoon to address issues we experienced with the water pressure in our pipes. Both entered our home with foot coverings and listened to our issue before explaining the problem and offering an immediate solution which was addressed before the end of the day as their truck had all the tools and parts needed to complete the work, thereby avoiding the need to return another day. Both were professional in their interactions with us as well as our barking dogs. We would definitely recommend Trident and this team in particular.

With winter approaching soon I wanted a pressure check done to my gas lines. I wanted to make sure because of this dry summer and movement of my house that my gas lines were still intact and there were no leaks. I contacted Trident plumbing to came out and performed a pressure test on my gas line. He not only performed the pressure test, he also checked the gas lines connected my appliances ( range, water heaters, HVAC system etc.)I must say that I’m very pleased with their professionalism. He eased my worries and explained to me step-by-step into what they were going to do. (by the way NO leaks were found) :-)Very friendly, very knowledgeable and fair pricing. Trident plumbing is now my go to Plumber, the only Plumber that I will trust and recommend.

Vlad and Tegan were highly professional throughout the service. They initially ran into an issue with the main water valve on the street, as it had shifted, making it difficult to access the valve slot and shut off the water to my house. However, Vlad was able to solve the problem using a wrench. Afterward, they replaced the old, leaking faucet at the back of the house. They did a great job, cleaned up afterward, and even provided helpful tips. Additionally, they insulated the new faucet to protect it from freezing and caulked around the faucet. Would definitely hire from Trident Plumbing again and would even request both techs for any future work. Great example for the company.

I highly recommend Trident Plumbing. Matthew is amazing! He was able to detect a shower pan leak the first time we used him. I was in a time crunch the next time he was needed and they were able to squeeze me in to fix the shower cartridge which caused a leaky shower head. Highly recommend!

I had an outside faucet that was dripping and they were here when they said they would and the faucet was replaced in a timely manner. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for good service at a fair price.Today I used Trident for a second time for a stopped up sewer problem. Kelly McGinn and his helper cleared the blockage and will come back tomorrow to fix the broken pipe.Broken pipe was replaced, work was inspected and approved by the city. Kelly and his helper came back the next day to fill the dirt back in and cleaned up, also swept the walkway and porch of dirt.Both were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Am very satisfied with their work.

I’ve worked with Steven and others at Trident Plumbing since 2020 in commercial and residential settings. Trident performs quality work, they follow plumbing codes, and pricing is great. I’ve never called them back to fix something. I’ve had them do everything from simple faucet installation to a fairly complex commercial backflow preventer. All work is professional grade, workers review and price what’s needed prior to start of work, work is completed on time, and inspections always pass no exceptions. When my undermount sink fell off the granite, I contacted a number of contractors and “pros” who couldn’t do the job correctly. We literally couldn’t use the kitchen sink for almost a week... and with a family of 5 that’s rough. You don’t really how great a working kitchen sink is until it comes crashing down less than 2 years after install.Daniel came in and fixed the undermount sink, fixed the poorly done adhesive job then redid it masterfully, replaced my leaking faucet, replaced my broken garbage disposal that cracked when the sink fell in on it, and then redid all the piping and water valves under the sink. He also reattached the water filter that I have connected under the sink.. and made the under my sink look like a work of plumbing art!After seeing the work ethic and attention to detail that Trident Plumbing put into this project, I have officially hung up my hat as a YouTube fix it guy when it comes to my homes plumbing. I wish I could give 10 stars.If you live in Little Elm or Frisco and need a plumber... call Trident.

I got Daniels contact from a co-worker when my water heater failed and leaked all over my garage. Even though he was working other jobs until 6pm, he came out to my house and bypassed the busted water heater and hauled off the old water heater. He then fit a spot in for me on Saturday morning, instead of making me wait over the weekend. He was already booked up with jobs for Thursday and Friday. He did not charge any off hours premium either.When he came out to replace the water heater, he even rerouted the gas supply to put it in a more convenient location towards the front of the water closet. He drilled through the exterior wall to add a drain line for the drain pan hose, in case it ever leaks again. He also added mortar around the new drain, PVC, and the existing pressure relief line, which was just sticking out of the brick, to seal them. He added insulation around the cold and hot supply lines as well.This guy is a high quality plumber that is going to do things properly. Everything he did was neat and clean. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him.

Great plumbing company. They came out to fix 2 burst outdoor faucets. They had to dig out the mortar between the brick and put in a new pipe and faucet on both sides of the house. Their employees were extremely curious and helpful. They suggested I contact a restoration company to check for potential water damage. I did and fortunately no damage and a free assessment. I really appreciated their advice. Also, Trident-plumbing was the best pricing we found. This was for my daughter’s house in The Colony, TX. My daughter was away at work so I dealt with the company. This company is amazing. I originally, without reading their reviews, had SWAN Plumbing go to the house and they said I needed to replace the whole piping system (on a 20 year old house) for $14K. After I choked on that for a minute, I went on Next Door to get a neighborhood reference and saw that Trident got some good feedback. They found the gas leak and repaired it. They took care of getting the inspection done as well - the inspection passed due to their thorough work. The cost was fair and reasonable - nowhere near $14K. Amazing customer service and have been able to come out to my home quickly when needed. Have had them out twice. First to fix a leak in a pipe in a wall behind a bathtub faucet and second to fix a clogged sink after I tried to use Drano and a snake. Most professional experience with a plumbing company I have ever had. Alex and his team consulted with me throughout the entire troubleshooting process, clearly demonstrated why he knew where the problem was, provided options for resolution and cost estimates, kept me updated on status and solved my problem in a very creative way keeping the costs reasonable. Well worth every penny and absolutely did not ever feel like I was being taken advantage of or overcharged. This is the most professional, honest plumbing company I have ever used and will not hesitate to engage them again no matter how small, or big, my plumbing issue is.

Im a first time customer, and well definitely be back for our future plumbing needs. We had an AMAZING repair experience! I called on Tuesday for a repair hoping for same day service. The scheduler told me that the first available opening was Friday. It wasnt great but I booked the appointment as the estimated pricing was more reasonable than a competitor quote Id already received. I received a call later in the day to let me know an appointment opened up for Wednesday and I was elated. Schuyler was our plumber and was extremely professional, starting putting on shoe coverings when entering our home. He introduced himself and his apprentice. I explained the issue we were having. After he checked the problem, he explained what he thought the issue was, what might have caused it, what steps he needed to take to address it, and how much it would cost. He was very transparent around the cost breakdown for the repair, which I greatly appreciated. He looked at our water heaters as a cursory service and gave us feedback and recommendations for them. He also invited us (me and my mother-in-law) to watch him and his apprentice throughout the process and welcomed questions. He completed the repair timely, checked that everything was fully functional, and made time to answer some additional questions we had regarding plumbing concerns around out home that were not yet issues. Even when he mentioned other services provided by Trident, it felt more like I was being given information rather than being sold something. This was one of the best customer service experiences Ive had in my many years of home ownership. While I do not openly welcome more plumbing issues into my home, Ill have no problem with welcoming Schuyler and Trident Plumbing when I do have a need.

Amazing service! Had a kitchen faucet emergency and my home warranty sent me a plumber that couldn’t do it and if they could would have cost me an arm and a leg. Suffice to say Trident pulled through with Liann coordinating the schedule and Vlad our plumber getting the job done!! Oh and their prices are reasonable and they will work with you!As of 1/17/2024Once again Trident did not disappoint. There was a mix up with scheduling (new system I heard) but regardless they were still able to send someone same day and did not make excuses of not being able to deliver. This time Alex the plumber came in to help and assessed the issue (had a 2 day deep freeze - made the mistake of not dropping the kitchen sink!) suffice to say customer service is awesome and why I keep coming back to Trident!

Not only were they able to come early, they were very professional, friendly, and completed the job much faster than expected - and for less than what they originally quoted. The office staff were friendly, communicative, and extremely helpful in a time of stress for our family. They promptly reached out to a technician (Preston and Vlad) who came out timely to repair our exterior leak. They cleaned up the space they worked in so that it was practically the same as before they started.
