I usually dont write too much review, but I am so pleased I want to give Ricky a good review.Welcome to Dallas Hard Freeze/Snow Storm!! Feb 2021.Water leaked into the house, I quickly shut off the main. Then the hunt for a plumber started found Ricky; he came to find the leak (Busted Outdoor Water tankless heater), and through the pipe, the water came inside the home. He told me he could order, or I can order ASAP or call for a Warranty. I did order, and luckily I found one in Georgia and came in time. . I called him again, he came to my home on a Sunday and replaced the unit and resealed the pipe.I highly recommend Ricky. He is honest and a genuine guy.

I called at 11am and a plumber arrived by 1pm! I was so excited to get same day service. Phantom repaired my faucet in 30 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

1) Amazing work on fixing my tooilet leak, was able to identify the root cause after multiple plumbers could not do it. Service was exceptional, quick and thorough.2) did a phenomal job replacing the water heaters in my house which is in the attic. exceptional quality !!
