    Had a clogged kitchen sink requiring an electric snake. Company Ive been using quoted me 50% higher than before. Decided to call GPS Plumbing because they are family-owned, based in Frisco, and had great reviews. They were courteous when they called back and the communication was spot on from beginning to end. Steve was the tech and he arrived on time. He informed me of what he would do to figure our the severity of the clog and answered my questions along the way. He was tidy and worked in my house like it was his own. The quality of work exceeded my expectations especially for what I was charged. I would recommend GPS Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable, responsive, and fair-priced plumber.

    Excellent service. Came, did the job and was complete in less than 90 minutes. The price was as quoted.We’ve had this new toilet in a box in a room and I just didn’t get around to install it.     I called GPS out to fix a poor job done by a different company. They showed up on time, had all the parts they needed with them, and even removed a holly bush Ive wanted gone for years. They installed a new shutoff valve and pressure regulator in about 2 hours, and were pleasant to talk to the whole time. I would have no hesitation recommending them in the future, and they have earned my business for as long as I can give it. Excellent work!

    My water heaters suddenly stopped working and since we got new heaters a few years ago, I can’t even see a pilot light anywhere on these and wasn’t sure that was even the problem. Called GPS Plumbing and Donna was super helpful and said it was probably the pilot light and walked me through relighting it over the phone. They easily could have scheduled and charged me for a service visit but they helped me with a simple issue over the phone for free. They’ve earned a future customer and I will definitely be calling them for future plumbing needs. Thanks GPS!

I was slightly panicked and the lady in the office was calm and understanding. She helped me relax. They were able to be at my house to replce my hot water heater in 4 hours and complete install took 1.5 hours. The price was exactly what was quoted, which was lower than I expected. They didnt try to upsell me.

    Incredible service! Quick reply to our request, same day service. The toilet could not be used until help arrived.     I called after-hours after we found out that we had a slow water leak behind our fridge. Someone answered the phone right away and got us on the schedule the next day. Fisher came on time, fixed the problem and was very professional. The water leak was coming from the water line connected to the fridge, close to the water valve. He just cut the plastic waterline and reconnected it back. I also asked him to check the loose/ wiggling tub faucet upstairs and he said it all just needs to be tightened and he also fixed it.     Steve Getzner went above and beyond my expectations! My hot water tank (11 years old) went out on me last night and started leaking into my home. I had to shut the water off to my home in order to protect it from damage. I reached out to GPS Plumbing in Frisco (I live in Frisco) and Steve immediately responded. He gave me a quote, offered to be at my home before noon today and showed up early and prepared. He did everything needed in a timely and efficient manner and when finished invoiced me a price under whatever he had quoted! AND HE WAS $250 LESS THAN WHAT (4) OTHER LOCAL PLUMBERS QUOTED ME!!!THANK YOU GPS PLUMBING AND THANK YOU STEVE GETSNER!!

    Frozen Burst Pipe-GPS Plumbing is my new GO-TO Plumbers. Justin and Sergio were very professional, diagnosed the section of burst pipe within minutes and had repairs done in 1 hr.They even found a drain pipe that was leaking a bit due to worn or lack of teflon tape and quickly fixed.Besides all of this, the price was VERY REASONABLE for plumbing work. I definitely recommend if ever you need a plumber!

    The plumbers arrived promptly and were able to immediately find the source of my problem. They explained and showed me what was causing my whole house to vibrate and turned off the source so we didn’t have to stay in a hotel. While they could have easily tried to upsale me on something I didn’t need, they did not. They will be my “go to” for any future plumbing needs.

    Amazing Company! Starting with Donna taking time to message me on a Saturday Christmas Eve. I scheduled with Steve, the Owner to come out for a few things.
