Our heat was not working at the beginning of winter - Jayson came same day to sort out the issue & offered a great short term fix. We scheduled with them for repairs. Domonic showed up on time, was efficient & polite. He worked very hard all day & the issue was fixed by the end of the day. When he left, the space was immaculate, and I had instructions for what to do moving forward & when to do maintenance. During the entire process from scheduling to completion I was met with professionalism from each person at the company I encountered. I will be using them for all my HVAC needs moving forward!

Recently moved into our home which had a 15 year old water heater. Sooner than we were hoping it started leaking and needed it replaced. I got quotes from a few different people around the area. Of course it started leaking on a Friday when most places closed for the weekend. Jason was very responsive, was the first ones to call back on my request even on a Saturday and their quotes were the most reasonable. Ali was super accommodating to schedule the replacement as it was a bit of an emergency given the leak was so bad and they fit me into their schedule asap. Elijah came out and did great work. Was very friendly and knowledgeable. Going to have them do some work on my boiler as well. I think I found my new go to plumber. Thanks to the entire Mountain Goat team

Mountain Goat (MG) provided outstanding service when our furnace stopped working in Feb. 2024. Our furnace needed replacing and MG provided us with a competitive bid. MG kept our pipes from freezing in very cold temps. while they replaced the furnace on time, as scheduled. We received exceptional service from the entire team: Jason, Ali, Peter, and Elijah. We plan to work with MG again for several plumbing projects this summer.

In early November 2023 Jay and his crew replaced an aging boiler with a new Triangle Tube model. They were very organized and neat and got the job done in two days. They got the inspection ordered right away and the boiler registered with the manufacturer. The system has been working perfectly ever since. They answered the phone or promptly returned the call and always acknowledged text messages and emails. I couldn’t be more pleased with a mechanical contractor and plan to continue using them in the future.

Great company. Took care of my hot water problem when another company looked at it and said I needed part replacements and it would be a few days before they could get me hot water. Getting a plumber these days isnt easy. Mountain Goat picks up the phone and they went above and beyond to squeeze us in when we had to accelerate our timeline to get the work done. Summit County contractors tend to act like theyre doing you a favor but Jay and the whole team made us feel like customers they valued.
