Earls was able to get out same day and install a new faucet to replace the old one that had our busy kitchen sink shut completely down. They did a fantastic i job on with phone and text communication. The price was pretty close to what we expected and a good value especially since we’re outside of town. We’ll definitely use them again!

A perfect score of 5.0!!!. They came out same day I called and repaired a main water leak that another company “fixed” 2 weeks prior. After I got the run around from DP I called Earls and could not be happier. Instead of patching the line like the other company they replaced the line to the house and raised the shut off value to make it easier to access. The first picture is what DP did for $1800 and the second is what Earls did for $800. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND EARL’S.

We had a water leak after hours. Justin came within 30 minutes of call. He was very professional, and he has been in business for 13 yrs as a plumber. He found the leak and another issue we had promptly. Plumbing could not be fixed at the time, so he shut off the water and am now awaiting a call this morning. If needed, we will be calling Earl’s Plumbing again.We recently found out we didn’t have a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) on our house that was built in 1993. The pressure was way too high coming into the house.Called Earl’s and was given a quote over the phone. After checking with several other companies, they were the only one to give us a confirmed price range. Called them back and they got us on the schedule the very next day.The next day I received a text during the window of time I was promised with the name and qualifications of the licensed plumber who was on his way to our house. The plumber arrived and explained exactly what he was going to do and exactly what we needed to do (turn on faucets).Several hours later he had us turn our facets off and open just one faucet on the tub. We then checked the pressure on all our faucets and we were good to go.Because we didn’t have an access box in our flower bed prior to Earl’s work, the plumber had to dig up enough dirt to fit one in. There was a lot of excess dirt, so he asked if he could spread it around. If you ever need this service and you recently added mulch, I recommend you rake the mulch away. We need mulch, so the dirt spread around was fine with us. It may look a little rough in the pictures with dirt spread around, but I understand he’s a plumber, not a landscaper.We have water at a pressure that won’t hurt our plumbing and we now have an easy access to turn off our water (hopefully we never have an issue that needs us to that)! Thanks Earl’s!

They were also very respectful of keeping our home tidy, wearing shoe coverings when walking through areas of our home to test the water, and laying down runners from the front door to the upstairs attic area where they were working. We had to have a gas line rerouted in a hurry and Earls Plumbing delivered! The technicians, Richard and Bradley, were prompt, efficient, and friendly. The lady that coordinated everything (sorry, I forgot her name) was very patient and competent. They coordinated with the gas company and city inspectors so beautifully, that I didnt have to worry about a thing! The guys kept me informed as the project progressed, and left absolutely no mess! Finding Earls Plumbing was like finding buried treasure. We were in a jam with an auger that got stuck and a clogged drain. Rachel took our call and promptly got a team dispatched. Michael and Eric responded and they were fantastic in so many ways. They were courteous and upbeat, they were knowledgeable, and they were great listeners; they seemed to have our interest at heart. They unearthed a problem with old cast iron, and gave us options to resolve the problem. We have found the team that will take care of our future needs and I strongly recommend them for anyone in need of a qualified and proficient plumber.

Earl’s Plumbing was awesome! We had a pipe burst in our attic, fortunately it was over the garage, on Friday, 12/23. We called Earls’s at 2 PM and Danny Tucker was at our house by 4:15 PM and had the pipe fixed and water up and running again by 5:30 PM! Since we were not established customers, we really appreciated the quick response. Earl’s Plumbing saved our Christmas as we had family arriving from out of town that evening. We were pleasantly surprised with how reasonable the service was, too! Highly recommend!

This is our first time using Earls Plumbing and was pleased with the level of service and professionalism. When booking the appointment, I spoke at length to the gentleman on the phone about our situation and options. He was very knowledgable. Justin came out to assess the issue with our water heater. He was very polite, professional and informative. He patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. We talked about all of our options and he was never pushy to up sell. After weighing our options decided to replace our water heater which was installed by Jason and Cooper who were also very professional and took the time to communicate the job. For the most part, all plumbers have access to the same products so what sets them apart is the service and workmanship that they provide. It was a great experience with Earls Plumbing and would contact them again for our plumbing needs.

Highly recommend!!! I have used Earl’s in the past but forgot to save their contact in my phone and ended up calling another service provider. When the other guy’s came out they were charging almost 2.5x what I recalled paying the previous time for a similar service (outside faucet repair- broke durning the freeze). I went through my emails to find the old invoice and found Earl’s number. Called them up and they hey came out within a couple hours. Completed the job quickly and i could not be happier with the service. number has been saved this time.

Earl’s plumbing is the place where I need a plumbing issue. I know Brent personally and he alway responsive even when we had a winter-storm 2 years ago. This time my kid put the lens cases 15 to 20 of them into the toilet and I could not take out of them. Cooper came and fix it with tremendous amount of effort and charges reasonable amount price. I highly recommend Earl’s plumbing anytime. Good company to have a business with.

My builders garbage disposal went out after 6.5 years. I decided to contact Earls Plumbing and have them replace it. Scott was my technetium and contact person. Scott arrived on time, and within 20 minutes he removed the old disposal, installed the new one, and ran a few tests to ensure it was working properly. The price was under $400 which is a great price. I would def give these people a call if you have disposal needs or other plumbing needs.

The guys where very honest and looked out for my best interest. I had a leak in my pipe to my outside hose faucet. Another company quoted me over $5000 to fix the leak through some complicated unnecessary process digging under my foundation. Earls crew found a solution for me to cap the line which was not even offered by the other company. Needless to say it cost $315. This is the 4th time I have used Earls plumbing and they never disappoint. The only reason I called the other company was because Earls was closed and I was desperate. I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing Earls Plumbing exceptional service. Today we had our two 13 year old tank water heaters replaced with a tankless system. Of the 3 contractors we received estimates from Brant from Earls by far gave us the best value quote and most thorough explanation. Additionally, on install day...Justin and his Partner Techincian/installers were just amazingly knowledgeable and so very friendly! Not only did they install our new system in record time, they detected that our pressure regulating valve between the city water and our house was significantly reducing our water pressure. They also completed this work at the same time. Such wonderful/professional people. Earls Plumbing is exceptional. My new permanent solution for any future plumbing needs.

The woman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful and was able to schedule me for same-day service. My 15yr old niece managed to break off our front yard water faucet leading to a series of unfortunate events. We couldnt get the water shut off valve to work. A neighbor trying to help busted a pipe to what he thought was our shut off valve but it was for our irrigation. We had water spewing from two locations. I checked next-door and called a handful of places people recommended. I got a hold of Brant who was able to squeeze us into their schedule. They guys were great about keeping on trying to problem-solve while brainstorming to-code alternate solutions that could help me reach my desired outcome. Service performed: Reworked all supply piping above both 50 gallon gas water heaters, to replace prior poor installation by builders contractor and also due to heavy corrosion on one cold water supply line at the dielectric union. Replaced and relocated expansion tank due to improper sizing (a single 2.1 gallon tank for two 50 gallon heaters, replaced with a 4.5 gallon tank) and poor prior installation (tank strapped to wall). Brant at Earls Plumbing was very responsive and communicative. He had scheduled for both Jason and Justin to come out for this repair. We had discussed on the best approach to resolve this issue and glad that the heavily corroded dielectric union was able to be extracted and replaced. Very happy with Jason and Justins services today. They are both very approachable, professional and gained my trust for the repair. Would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs! Kudos to Earls Plumbing for being a responsive and honest local plumbing company.

Not only did the guy take the time to explain what was happening to my confused liberal arts major self, but he did the same to the A/C guy. And when the A/C guy got defensive and combative, he endured the abuse and calmly explained how the A/C guy was incorrect and what I should do about it.Even though I didnt hire him, the tech from Earls still treated me better than the people I paid thousands to give me a mold problem. Theyve earned my service should I ever have plumbing issues.
