We contacted Dustin at US Tankless for an estimate on a whole house water system. We needed a new tankless heater and wanted a water softener and a rust removal system as well. He returned our call promptly and came to talk with us about our water needs and how we could most effectively treat our hard, country well water. He advised and happily showed us comparisons with different units and helped us to make logical decisions about what we needed to achieve the water quality we wanted. Dustin was very proffesional, as were his employees. They were considerate of our time. He always kept us informed of each step of the installation process, including any changes due to structural situations within our home. We are so pleased with our new, efficient water system. Any questions weve had since installation, are answered quickly and thoroughly by US Tankless. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top notch service and products.

I was in need a water heater as mine was leaking. I gave US Tankless a call and Dustin came through for me! I had a new tankless water heater installed in less than a week! We were interested in having a Navien Tankless Water heater installed in our home and found a certified Navien installer, Dustin Sickles, at the Home Show. He was in touch with us immediately. Within two weeks of the Home Show the Navien was installed. Dustin is a highly professional contractor who is meticulous with his work, and respectful of our home by covering all flooring and removing his shoes in the house. He kept us appraised of his progress during the conversion which took about eight hours.We no longer need to be concerned about a leaky water heater spewing gallons of water into the basement. We now have hot water on demand at all faucets including the second story bathrooms. Also, we are saving on water, gas and electric bills.For a top quality product, company and installer, we highly recommend Dustin Sicles, U.S. Tankless and Navien.

Dustin was fantastic with staying in touch while the financial company was being difficult with information from their side. He did a great job with letting us know the progress of the installation & cleaned up once done. (Better than it was to begin with!) Very happy with the product & follow up to make sure we were happy with the install. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of going tankless!!

I have used Dustin for plumbing and plumbing-related services for at least 5 years now. I do a lot of renovating so I find myself in need of a plumber fairly frequently. Dustin is the best there is. He’s always polite, presentable, and great at communicating what he’s doing/fixing. I can’t stress what a relief it is to know you have a plumber you can trust because problems with water in your home can cause catastrophic damage. I will recommend US Tankless to anyone ever looking into tankless water heaters!

I am a brand new homeowner and we were just effected by this massive flood. Our basement flooded and knocked over our pressure tank and fried out the pressure switch. I called every plumber from Freeport to Stockton and this is the only one that has called me back. He was at my house within 30 minutes of calling me back. I thought my son would miss his last band lesson but the plumber that came was so fast and efficient that he had water problem fixed within 30 minutes and we were still able to make it to band practice. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a plumber. Also got a quote to fix iron problem in water due to Eleroy area. Very professional, helpful, and all done in such a timely manner I was beyond impressed. Thank you again US tankless.
