My water heater was leaking from the pipes. I got assign Nussbaumer Plumbing by my home warranty and my experience was pleasant. I reached out after they got assigned to set the initial appointment and it was scheduled the same week. When the plumber got here explained what was needed and what to expect cost wise. After I accepted everything through my home warranty I reached out to schedule and they were there within a few days to complete the install of the new water tank and parts.

Rich and Joey were awesome.They were very professional and nice. One part that they needed was not in the truck, but they said they would come back to my home when they have it and of course they would telephone before they return. They did break the door under my kitchen sink while replacing my garbage disposal, but I have no doubt that they will repair that door.Thank you Rich and Joey, you guys are superb!

Just had the best experience with Nussbaumer. Dalton and Nate replaced my hot water tank and they were polite, professional and knew what they were doing. Nussbaumer plumbing was assigned to fix a plumbing issue for me through AHS. Jordan and Joe were super professional, knowledgeable and kind. Within minutes they were able to diagnose the issue and explain to me what needed to be done to fix the plumbing issue i was having. Once they completed they showed me the work that they had performed while re-explaining what they had done. They even went above and beyond to replace a part that was not covered under warranty. Extremely solid service and would be happy to work with them on any plumbing needs in the future.

I will admit when HSA Warranty assigned Nassbaumer to come do my work, I Googled them and saw all the reviews and was extremely nervous. They called me within 24 hours to setup my appointment, between the hours of 11-4 PM. Not ideal because I had to call off work, but also needed this repair done. The day of comes and it was almost 3:30pm before they came, but they did show up. Both technicians were polite, courteous, and professional. They assessed the work that needed completed, and it was not a minor job. They worked timely and were done with the whole job and cleaned up their area within a hour and a half. You cant always judge a book by its cover, and I would work with Nussbaumer again - would recommend.

I found them through my home warranty. Great company with great people. They take their time and make sure they do their job right and all questions/concerns are taken care of. It was just my luck that the leak wasnt happening when they came to check it out. My home does require some further plumbing and I will be using their services to do it.

We were referred to Nussbaumer Plumbing by our home warranty company due to needing toilet repair. All the sudden it was clogged and would not flush. Nussbaumer Plumbing were the only company covered by our home warranty willing to come out to fix it on Saturday.Nussbaumer Plumbing agreed to send a technician out to get the issue resolved. The guys were fast and friendly. They came within an hour, and explained what they were going to do before they did it. They made sure their fix worked before they left. We are really glad to have it fixed! THANK YOU!!NOTE: Repairs under home warranty are not considered emergencies, so there was an upcharge to get the service completed over the weekend. However, it was well worth it in order to have a fully-functioning bathroom on Saturday versus having to wait until Monday. Also, the owner of the company was one of the guys that came for the service and he worked with us on the total (price) which was greatly appreciated.

Had my hot water tank replaced under home warranty. They were quick to respond and get it replaced. All techs were professional and everything is working great. They cleaned up after themselves well.I saw some negative 1 star reviews regarding replacement of a hot water tank under home warranty against Nussbaumer due to adding a thermal expansion tank or flex line gas fitting. This should NOT be a negative against them. If you do not have a thermal expansion tank and gas flex line fitting (current plumbing code), the home warranty EXCLUDES items not currently existing to do the repair. They would be covered under a subsequent repair.. Read your contract and ensure the negative comments are accurately placed.

Called yesterday, and they were able to send a crew out today. The crew that came to help (Scott) was friendly, professional, and able to help. It turned out to be a pretty routine fix that was needed, but they did a very quick and clean job with it and left no trace that they had been there. Price was decent enough that we didnt feel it needed to be questioned.I hope all the crews are as good to work with, because we will be calling them again if we encounter more plumbing service needs.

They have been to our home 3 times the past 2 years through our home warranty. The first 2 were fixing leaking pipes. They showed up on time and fixed the problem. Today they were here to replace the hot water tank which blew. They arrived well within the time frame, fixed the problem, and were super professional and nice the entire time. I knew not all the expenses would be covered with bringing everything to code (our tank was installed 2006, so it’s been a while). The nice girl on the phone told me this is advance, and they went over it when here. Zero complaints. Got the job done, wouldn’t hesitate to use them outside the warranty.

Bob and Chris, the plumbing crew, were courteous, professional and efficient. The service call window was WAY to wide. 5 hours. The crew arrived as fast as they could, however, clearly, the customer loses a great amount of time waiting within a five-hour window, only to have the crew arrive just after 1P during an 8A to 1P service call window. I dont hold the techs responsible. Bob and Chris did a heck of a job once on site. Good guys. Lots of help to me. I think the warranty program is a bit flawed in that the entree call could have been avoided had I been informed of no coverage for the item I requested to be serviced. Overall, Nussbaumer- great crew. Great work.

We had a wonderful experience with Nussbaumer Plumbing! They responded quickly (within minutes) of placing a request for service via our AHS warranty. Nussbaumer was able to fit us in the schedule within days and fixed our hot water heater the day of our scheduled visit (job was finished within 2 hours!). Todd and Vinnie were both wonderful to work with and Todd took the tine to explain what was wrong and how he would be fixing the problem. We couldnt have been happier with the service. Thank you!!

Highly recommend Todd and his staff. Very professional. Had issues the week prior with a tech from their company, the work was done professionally, however I did not care for the tech due to communication issues. However, I ended up having a different problem later in the week and I called Nussbaumer again. I like the quality of the work, so I wanted to give them another chance. Everyone deserves a second chance especially when you do like the quality of work. Todd came out today and did everything that needed done. I am quite happy that I called them again. I would not hesitate to call Todd to work on my home.

He was upfront about all out of pocket costs that the warranty would not cover, so there were no surprises. Work was done quickly and efficiently. We were in a bind on Friday morning and needed a plumber. Called 3 other places randomly all of whom were booked. Nussbaumer got us on the calendar with no issues. Gage and his assistant were here by noon! (Window was 10am-1pm) Communication was Impeccable, Gage was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It wouldnt have been easier if it was scheduled aweek ahead. Thank you SO much!!

They didnt talk down to me but treated me respectfully which means a lot when you dont really know about Plumbing and you have to entrust these strangers to fix your problem. Came out the first time for an HSA service call and resolved all issues. Asked them for a quote on upgrading all my pipes and valves on the first and second floor of my house. They gave a reasonable bid and were able to come out quickly. Made as few cuts as possible, cleaned up after themselves and were informative about what they were doing and why the whole way through. Got everything done in 1 day and were totally prepared. Friendly and good guys. Would highly recommend!

Was randomly assigned nussbaumer plumbing through my home warranty, and Ive had bad experiences in the past with anyone sent from the warranty company. Nussbaumer renewed my hope.I was very impressed that they called me on a Sunday night to schedule and even answered the call back when I had missed the call. They communicated well on expected arrival time, were courteous from the moment they got here, and were very honest in explaining every step along the way. Will definitely use them again!

They came the same day, worked late to make that happen, fixed the problem. The repairman were professional, friendly and knew what they were doing. They worked on the water heater and cleaned up after themselves! I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We noticed water leaking from the bottom of our water heater the night before our appointment and they (Don + Cameroon) installed it in no time. They were professional, arrived during the appointment window and explained what was covered by the HSA. Even though we had to pay some out-of-pocket costs, we were very happy with the results - a new water heater, up to code plumbing, and explanation on how to start it when we need to!

We had two leaky valves for outdoor hoses, I went through our home warranty and they sent Nussbaumer Plumbing. I figured the packing nuts needed adjusted and when Chaz came by he confirmed it. They adjusted both valves and were on their way. They came in between their time window, both gentleman were polite and took care of business. Wasnt the biggest job in the world, but if we have any other issues it is nice to know they are reliable!

We recently needed to replace our sewer line and hired Nussbaumer Plumbing. The came to us with the lowest price and there were no surprises at the end when we received the bill. They were prompt, professional, and have been very helpful in answering our questions through the process. They also completed the job quickly. We did have a little hiccup with our lamp post that was disconnected during the process but they were quick to respond and send an electrician out to fix the issue. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future if we need a plumber!

Nussbaumer does good work quickly and doesnt stop till the job is finished. Also very reasonably priced for small to even big jobs. Dust from the job was a bit of an issue, but they worked to minimize it as best they could. Also they said there was electrolysis but the electrician disagreed and tested all the pipes for ground and found no charge. Electrolysis sound a lot like a scam to me - make the plumber test the charge in the line if he/she says there is a charge on a line.

I have had Nussbaumer plumbing to my home twice for different repair issues. I have a very old house so the hot water tank gave up the ghost and a dripping tub faucet. Both times they were able to easily explain repairs so that I could understand. They are prompt and communicate amazingly well. I am going to have more work done with them. Appreciate the crew getting here 1st thing on a second snaking on a soft clog 1st cleared Xmas Eve. While HSA is a nightmare and a joke...Nussbaumer cleared it again....but took 2 times and over $1000 and camera tested all in a hour AND from a basement floor drain. I am very confused as to why a $600 clean out installed on Xmas Eve on a stack was required 1st time now however...when it clearly was not even used this time to clear the drain.A camera test also didnt use it or show any issues but a small belly...but Ill be looking into that and love a rationale but appreciate having working drains again. TX. Kevin and Nick...HSA Home Warranty YOU ALL SUCK as your promise the snaking be covered again as didnt do it...was not as the plumbers still had you cancelling WHAT IS CLEARLY COVERED and I had to pay that also today!!

Nussbaumer has been amazing with us. Super awesome!! Our hot water tank went with a few week old newborn and locally no one seemed to want to help us out last minute but my husband located Nussbaumer and called them up (we are in Leechburg so we were not just a few minutes away either) and they fit us in same day and did an excellent job. Now, 10 months later, we had them run our gas line up to our stove since we will be remodeling our kitchen, and they also have us scheduled to do work for our laundry room. They’ve been nothing but professional and great to work with and they do an awesome job. Thanks!!
