I was referred to Jose by my neighbor, Greg. I could not be more thankful for Joses work and professionalism. My wife likes to use 10-ply toilet paper which caused issues throughout the house. Jose and his team fixed the problem same day and expeditiously. If youre on the Island and have sewer issues, do yourself a favor and call Jose. His prices are very fair and honest. I had an issue with my sewage ejector pump that was installed in August. I took a chance and called this company late Friday night and spoke with John. He patiently listened to the issue I was having and he scheduled a time to come to the house and look at it. With all of the heavy rain, he still came out and within minutes, he was able to identify the issue and fix it. John and his associate were prompt, professional, and courteous. He patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns. I dont want to have additional plumbing issues, however, if I do, I will definitely contact this company. Excellent service!

What do I like about Sewer Drain & More? Everything. I initially spoke to John regarding a sewer clog. He told me he was sending Jose & Nelson. They both arrived at my home in a 1/2 hour. They conducted themselves professionally and immediately went to work unclogging the sewer. The end result was tree roots. Jose was able to mitigate the problem in about a 30 - 40 minutes. The situation was handled without any additional fanfare. They both performed in way that made you feel at ease knowing that the sewer issue would be resolved. I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing problems. I appreciate the work they performed.

This morning, the drain in our backyard stairway that leads to our basement was clogged and began to back up. It started to spill into the basement and was a disaster.I called at 2 PM, spoke with someone, and they came out when they said they would (between 4 - 5). The team was soo professional and did such an amazing job.When you have a plumbing or drain or overflow issue in your home, it is a nightmare. It is also worse when it is New Years weekend. I called a few folks and no one picked up or said to wait until Tuesday.Sewer Drains came within a few hours, did a great job, and were absolutely professional.

We live in an old house with an old drain pipe that gets clogged periodically. Since the first time we had these guys come over they are our go to guys.Firstly they respond quickly and usually come within an hour or two. They do not cut corners fixing the problem and make sure to explain the issue and make sure they did not miss anything. They are very respectful of me and my property and very reasonably priced.Lets put it this way- they are the first company that has their magnet on our fridge

Our sewer line was terribly backed up and needed the high pressure hose to clear it properly. We called after 8 pm on Friday night and in under an hour, Jose was at our house. He was very professional and spent almost two hours taking care of everything and checking to make sure that the line was properly cleared afterwards. Also had a camera inspection done of the line. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work needed and the basement was left clean and tidy. This is an excellent company. We would definitely recommend them to everyone and will be using them going forward for sewer line maintenance. Thank you John for sending Jose out to us that late on a Friday night

These guys are great. My sump pump stopped working on Friday evening heading into 4th of July weekend. I called at 6am on Saturday(July 3rd) and John showed up an hour later. He deepened the pit and seated the pump properly so that it would activate and stop on its own. I was very happy with the very reasonable price offered for the work. John guarantees his work and told me to call him with any questions or concerns and I have taken advantage of this and asked him for advice numerous times since he came over to do the work. He is always quick to respond if he misses my phone call and I am happy to know I can call him if something comes up in the future. I will be using Sewer, Drain, and More for my future plumbing needs.

Called Sewers Drains and more because water wasn’t draining properly in shower and sinks. The plumber was on time as he promised. He was very careful with moving things to access the drain. He clearly identified and patiently explained the problem and how he’d fix it. The main house sewer line was cleared. He tested the sinks, showers and flushed toilets and all was left working great just as he explained. He left everything clean as he found it. Charged exactly what he said he would. No last minute add on charges. Jose was very professional and I’d definitely recommend him.

The boys came out on time identified the issue and replaced the pump with a very efficient and professional manner.when the were complete they told me about my warranty and guarantee and assured me that if anything goes wrong with pump while under warranty they will return to resolve it.

My parents toilet clogged and it caused water to come up from the drains in the basement. I called sewer, drain & more and John picked up. Communication was seamless and I was able to book an appointment for early next morning at 7:30am. On the next day around 6:40am, I received a text message from him that he was on the way. He arrived early at 7:15am. Once he arrived, he used a camera to see inside the main drain. It was so dirty inside, that he couldn’t see anything. Therefore, he hydro-jetted the drain. After the hydro-jet, the drain was clean. He used the camera again to check if there was any other issues. No other issues found, except heavy grease build-up. Thank you John for fixing my parents drain issue. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

My toilet backed up at midnight on a Sunday. John was at my house in less than an hour. He was so professional and courteous. Having only one bathroom, we needed to find out what was wrong with our toilet! John tried snaking it but discovered the ejection pump was broken. He had the part on the truck and climbed into the wall at 1 am to take apart the old unit and install the new one! I couldn’t believe this man was fixing this in the middle of the night. When he was finished, he CLEANED up and was just so nice about the entire job.Use Sewers, Drains, and More for your plumbing needs!!!! Wonderful to find help on a Saturday night , after 11:30 PM called for clogged toilet & was happy to hear a plumber would be out to see me in 40 minutes ! & hed text me when he arrived . He was Right on time , highly professional & discreet . Went about an analysis of the clog & then had the right tool out to do the job in minutes . When you have one bathroom and you have a clog , you know you need real help fast . I highly recommend them .
