Our recirculating pump had become quite noisy.I am a contractor but I’m new to the area and not familiar with a recirculating system because we don’t have them in my part of the country.Advantage was recommended to me by a friend so I gave them a call.Kaeden was my technician and he answered all my questions about how the system operated and we came up with a suitable repair plan to fix our problem.It turns out the system was not installed properly initially so that was why we didn’t have any hot water when the pump wasn’t operating.We ordered a new pump and check valve and Kaeden did a very neat professional job on the installation.I would highly recommend this company if you have any plumbing needs.John

We had to have a kitchen faucet replaced. I reached out to Advantage based on positive comments posted to a FB group I belong to. I was able to schedule my appt online … very easy. The plumber showed up on time. Turns out, he’d worked at our house once before (he worked for a different company then), but HE remembered US. My husband is so appreciative of this gentleman (apologies as his name escapes me) because when he was at the house the first time, there was an issue near the water meter. He was there from the water company and determined that the prob was not the responsibility of the water company BUT he stayed to help my husband get it fixed. At that point in the day, he was no longer on the clock. And he would not let my husband pay him. Advantage HEP is fortunate to have him as an employee. Thanks for sending him to help us!

I cannot say enough wonderful about the plumber that came to service our rental property today. I received a call when he was enroute, and was on time. Nick was extremely professional. He was well dressed in company uniform. He let me ask questions and was kind enough to teach me a little when I bugged him with questions. His work area was so clean while he was there and he cleaned up behind himself. He was very courteous. I am a property manager and I can promise you my first call from now on will be to this company. Our A/C went out on the hottest day of the year. I called Rhonda and she promised someone would be out today. Was surprised when Andrew, the very talented tech, showed up within an hour because there were many work orders in process. He quickly determined the capacitor shorted out (gecko fried) and replaced it. He also checked the system out for freon leaks and other stuff. He went above and beyond cleaning out the clogged condensation drain line. I highly recommend Advantage HPE / Air Conditioning Engineers.

Absolutely fantastic experience, our water main blew out in the middle of the day. Advantage had someone out in an instant and they did whatever was necessary to get us back in service within just a few hours. His work involved installation of a WiFi switch, LED under cabinet lighting, and an adapter interface between our generator and the circuit breaker cabinet. Jalen communicated effectively, reported on time, and completed the work efficiently and at a fair price! He was in constant motion from the moment he arrived, until he was “off the clock”.The generator interface presented challenges, but Jalen was up to the task. He assessed our needs, selected quality parts, and yielded an end product that will allow powering our entire home should we lose power. We now have peace of mind should power be lost.Based on my time spent with Jalen on this project, I honestly don’t think there is anything he could not handle within his area of expertise. I was equally impressed with his craftsmanship.Also, Karsyn and Tiffany were a pleasure and get back with you in a timely manner. I have owned property here for years and my other plumber retired from plumbing, these guys are great and reasonably priced.

Thank you to the Elevated850 Team! We were having continuing difficulties with our Rinnai Tankless Water Heater - Rinnai recommended Elevated850 as they are certified and local to us. We essentially had no hot water, its Dec 20th, and our kids were on their way home for the holidays. We all needed showers, wash the dishes, wash clothes, the dogs, you never realize how much HOT water means in daily life! As repairs happen - it was a multi-part problem that was uncovered after one of the team being here at 7pm at night, and with the holidays the individual on the E850 team who was the expert on a particular part was out of town to visit with family for the holiday - so their work around to support us getting hot water was to reach out to a competitor that they knew was certified on Rinnai that they knew could help us. They called them on our behalf and as a result the owner of the other company was here first thing this morning and we have hot water! Truly a great example of great customer service during a very stressful few days and cold showers. Highly recommend the Elevated850 team.
