I highly recommend Toni’s to anyone and everyone. I had an issue with my water softener and had to have them come out for a service call and were here within 45 minutes and the cost was reasonable and their service man Lonn was professional and very courteous. I moved to Freeport recently and was in need of help and they were very helpful. I called at 7:25 AM and had my system fixed before 8:30. I will only use Toni’s for any future work and repairs!

Lonn came over today to diagnose a plugged drain he had it fixed within 20 minutes, I highly recommend this company. They are very professional and very accommodating. Called about a plumbing issue and they were out within 45 minutes to look over the issue. They laid out my options and gave what they felt was the best first step. I appreciated the professionalism and honesty about how to proceed. Will definitely be a first call with any future plumbing needs!Update after recent service: Had a main pipe leak that we attempted to repair ourselves unsuccessfully on Sunday. Called Tonis early Monday morning and told them about our issue. Tonis squeezed us in that afternoon and had the problem fixed quickly. They also took the time to answer a few questions I had about other less urgent plumbing issues. Great service, still highly recommended!

Very responsive and quick to fix our emergency issue. Little Rich came out and fixed our sink, removed our old dishwasher and disposed of it, and installed our new one. He was very friendly, and explained everything he was doing. We have used Tonis before and they have always been dependable and professional. This time was no different. Will definitely use again!

Little Rich’ and Tanner could not have been more courteous and thorough on their recent visit to our home. Little Rich’ was here previously to fix a small pipe break in our basement - his service was impeccable then, too. It’s nice to have a ‘plumbing’ guy and if you need a speedy response, a fare price and quality work (our recent service guaranteed for a year), Toni’s IS your guy (or guys:). Thank you for reliable, same day service (every time). Would deducted 1/2 star for not wearing masks BUT social distancing was respected, so still gave a 5 star rating.

25 year old house with 25 year old plumbing...Colleen was most pleasant to speak with in the office and I was certainly surprised that a non- emergency call could be attended to within several hours on a Monday! Richard was wonderful! Very friendly, yet professional. Clean and thorough. Although 1 inconvenience was not fixed, he gave it a tremendous effort! I am so very thankful to have a quietly flushing toilet!! I would most definitely call Tonis again should the need arise.

Didnt do what I wanted the second time. Argued with me basically called me a liar. Wouldnt fix the pressure in my kitchen sink told me it was going to be thousands of dollars. And that it was my fault because I told them the water was running through it well I didnt know that it had to be full pressure. I thought they were supposed to check to see how the pressure was in the faucets not me. Very rude receptionist rude cant even understand her she sounds like shes drunk on the phone.

Came home to a leak in my ceiling and just knew the worst. After several call to find a plumber I was fortunate to reach “Toni’s Plumbing” here in Freeport. From the first phone call to the completion of the repair only took an hour and 45 min. Big shout out to Lil Rich who came in and worked his magic.
