    I cannot thank Green Air enough for the repair they provided today for our broken A/C. Our A/C had been out for over two weeks after two different other repair companies could not find the right solution. Green Air showed up a short time after calling them, spotted the issue quickly and thoroughly resolved the issue. My house is finally back cool again. The technician Anthony was fantastic, clearly explaining what the issue was, how the problem occurred and what he had done to minimize the chance of it happening again. He was extremely professional, polite and left the work area as if no one had ever been here. I highly recommend Green Air if you want reliable service!

    Anthony and Ashley are both very friendly, conscientious employees, very professional and completely walked us through installing our thermostat setting up our app and answered so many questions above and beyond what they were scheduled for! We highly recommend this team of young professionals and we highly recommend Green Air as they have installed our air conditioner a mini split system and have done maintenance for us in the past

    There was an issue with our ac during a vacation rental. The rental company checked the unit and calked Green Air. Within 30 minutes a very nice and knowledgeable man was there, William Young. He figured out what was wrong, had the part in his truck, got it approved and installed within 45 minutes. Great service!!

    Our HVAC system needed to be replaced after 20 years so we called Green Air. Everything from setting up an appointment, to the assessment, to the installation was first class.     Danny came out to our business, Destin Chiropractic, and was amazing! We had a nasty leak we couldn’t figure out. He diagnosed the issue within an hour and came back the next day and had everything fixed and taken care of in just a few hours! Very fast and honest! Highly recommend!

    Update: 11/15/24My blower was acting up last week. Called and my diagnostic tech was Anthony. Once diagnosed they ordered the part and William came out to do the repair. Both were knowledgeable and super friendly! My AC was fixed fast and works great again!Also would like to add my dogs got some snugs from both guys so Buddy and Dobby give them 5 stars too!Update: 5/10/24Just had my yearly done on my AC. Called this morning because I received my reminder via email. They had tech available same day! Ashley did a awesome job! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned properly and functioning properly! Still Highly recommend green air. 5 Star service!I HIGHLY recommend Green Air. From the customer service and professionalism that I received on the phone, the timely appointment booking, the knowledgeable technicians, the product they offer to the follow up!     They were great! I was stressing because another company told me I needed a completely new unit and it was going to cost thousands of dollars. I called Green Air for a second opinion and Matt was so honest and up front and helped me out tremendously. Not going to cost even $1k when we are done and the whole unit doesn’t need to be replaced (it’s only 5 years old!!!). Signed up for the service plan I like them so much!!

    We truely loved our Trane AC - but after 32 years it was time to replace it.Of course we wanted a Trane unit again. Glen, Hayden, Todd and Joe were amazing. They made the whole process super easy - from financing to installation. They are very professional and actually a couple of thousands less then the other proposals we got. Highest quality for a fair price. Super happy with our new AC!

    We’re at the beach for Thanksgiving week. Our air conditioner was not working and we requested service through our management company. William with Green Air Freeport was at the house within 2 hours. It was at 7 PM of a holiday week. He was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and more importantly identified and resolved our problem in a matter of minutes. Needless to say we are grateful for the prompt expert service.

    Im not a big review writer but I thought might be a help to someone as you never know what youre going to get with service type companies. I had our units capacitor go out on us on a Friday night, called Green Air and they had a guy out to our house in about 30 mins. Mark was extremely professional, fixed and diagnosed our issue quickly. Our AC unit hardly had time to move away from a comfortable temp due to how quick everything was resolved.I signed up for their twice a year service and they came right ON TIME, calling beforehand. They were again professional and quick. I feel 100% confident using this vendor and plan to keep them moving forward. This is after some not so good experiences with others in the space.

    Mid July is no time to be without A/C in Florida. I called after hours when mine stopped cooloing, left a message and was called back in about 15 to 20 mins. And less than 15 mins after that, service tech Troy showed up at my home and had me running in about 10 mins. 2nd time Troy has repaired my system on the spot in a short amount of time. I highly recommend Green Air.

    These guys came after hours to fix our vacation rentals a/c. We came in after 6 hours of driving to a house with no working a/c and as much as the view was beautiful we couldnt stand being in the house. These guys called to set up a time where wed be home and that would be convenient for us, came at the agreed time, and had everything fixed quick. Highly recommend
