I usually dont do this but the professionalism was outstanding. They kept in touch and kept me in the loop, which lead to a no hassle service. The guys that showed up were very respectful and timely in the manner of finishing the job. In and out with QUALITY workmanship. Will definitely highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I would! My morning started off pretty bad with a leak coming from my only functioning shower at the moment in my home. I called 4 plumbers, all of which said they could not come out today. Clements plumbing was the last one I called. I dont recall the womans name who answered the phone, but she was wonderful. At first she also said they didnt have availability today either, but after explaining the full situation she made a call to her crew and was able to get someone out. I wasnt expecting any work to be done, only an assessment to tell me where the leak was coming from so I had something to tell my insurance company and I was totally okay with that as this was a spur of the moment call. Joe, and Mike showed up to my home within 2 hours after finishing another call they were on and they were wonderful! The both assessed the situation and actually repaired the damage and explained everything to me so that I could understand what happened and what was wrong. I also feel that their prices were very fair when it came to the cost of the service call, labor, and parts. Clements plumbing really saved my day and I am so appreciative of their professionalism and responsiveness to the situation. If I ever need plumbing work in the future I will definitely keep them on my list of who to call. Joe even offered to look at our other shower that is having issues, but I declined since it is already been handled with insurance and is on the schedule to be repaired. If youre looking for a plumber who is responsible, empathetic to your situation, personable, and fair and honest with prices and work, I highly recommend this business. Thank you again for your help!
