We have had an excellent experience with Bob Miles and Sons. Everyone is really nice, knowledgeable and helpful. We have had an great experience with plumbing and carpentry during the renovation of our house. Tori and Kat are great to work with in the office. Rick is an amazing and talented carpenter. Not to mention a great guy. He built us a beautiful hood, installed all of our cabinets, added crown molding and wainscoting. (See photos) I wish I could remember everyone’s name there who worked on our plumbing. But Caleb and Buck are great! Everyone on their staff is fantastic. We highly recommend them based on our experience.

Truly- Bob, Bobby, Caleb and Tori came to our rescue today! Our water expansion tank broke (flooded the basement)- - the tank supports our furnace (no heat on a 28° day)We called at 7 am… at 4:30 PM. We have a new expansion tank - heat - running water! We can brush our teeth & shower …Life is the best. Thank you.!

I had Bob Miles replace my old oil fired boiler with a new high efficiency propane boiler. The whole process was excellent from the quote to the installation. They showed up promptly to give me a quote and they listened to my needs and clearly explained all my options. They were also able to make a couple adjustments to the plan I had in mind that ended up saving me some money. I got several quotes from other local heating companies and Bob Miles was the best. They were flexible when scheduling the installation and the installers that showed up were very professional. They did top notch work, installed the new system quickly and when they left the place was spotless. I had a couple follow-up questions a few weeks after installation and they responded quickly and sent a tech out to make sure everything was working as it should be. I couldnt be happier with their service and new boiler they installed. I highly recommend them as a very skilled and honest plumbing company.

We had them plumb our dish washer, install a new kitchen faucet, and new bathroom tub fixtures. They were on time, professional and did a great job. Love our new fixtures; they work so much better than the old.

Bob Miles has had his guys out here doing some fairly challenging plumbing projects and they’ve done just top notch work. Their service guy Caleb has really saved our butts too! Quality work, professional, and really friendly. Highly recommend!

Tori and Buck saved the day, fixing our plumbing problem on a Friday afternoon. I called 8 places and no one was available, and then Tori called back and Buck was at the house in 15 minutes. When you only have one bathroom, waiting until next week just isnt an option. I know this was a small cost job for you but it was huge for me - Thank you!

10/10!! I would absolutely recommend this company for any plumbing project needed, and we will certainly be using them again in the future. When our broken tub dial turned into a bigger problem than we all had anticipated, Caleb stayed way past regular working hours to finish the job in one day for us. Not only was he professional, he was extremely nice too! He was kind to my dogs ( who followed him around 😂), and he cleaned up so well after the work was done. Our tub is now working great and we plan on calling this company again for our future bathroom renovation. Thank you Caleb and the team at Bob Miles and Son!!!

We’ve used them on several plumbing and a conversion to natural gas. Always professional, on time and very thorough! And Tori has routinely been courteous and professional. Well run company from to to bottom!!!!
