Solair came out to my house and tested my water for me. After that they determined I only needed a carbon filter and an RO undersink drinking water system. After the install, we can already tell the RO water taste better and seems smoother going down. He said it will take a couple weeks for the water heater to get rid of all our original unfiltered water for us to feel a difference in the shower but hopefully with less chlorine, it wont feel like its burning us anymore. Both call in the office and the techs coming out was a great experience and knowledgeable.

I fortunately moved into my home with water treatment previously installed by Solair Water. Trey is passionate about water treatment and was patient and able to communicate what i had during his regular maintenance visit. Solair provides quality equipment and outstanding service at prices that almost seem charitable when comparing to the “big guys”. Although having a well is essentially running your own water department, Solair makes the experience easy. Catherine is amazing at keeping scheduled maintenance on track and works with your schedule and budget as necessary. The technicians are punctual and don’t have you wasting your whole day as is the case with most service providing businesses. Highly recommend. If you have any water quality issues or concerns make the call and trust Solair with the rest. They will prescribe you the best equipment for your situation with zero upselling. After installation they will be there for the long haul.

Highly recommend this locally owned company. Tested our spring fed water source, installed the needed water filtration system, and came back to do some additional work to make sure our water pressure was high enough. Quick to respond, always on time, quality work, friendly serve. This has not been our experience with other contractors in the past, Solair sets the bar high.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! All around great company. Customer service is outstanding, knowledgeable, friendly, honest and professional.Shame on kinetico for not allowing parts to be purchased privately. I may get a whole new system just to have Solair Water as my water company.

Update - Thank god for Trey and Solair. My well water was positive for Coliform bacteria. I disinfected my well a few times before Trey came to install a new chlorine system. Now I swear my water is bluer, cleaner and softer than any city water. No smell, no bacteria, just crystal clear beautiful water. They also serviced my RO tank system for drinking water.Honest, affordable, trustworthy family owned small business. One of the few companies that does what they say they are going to do.I will always support a company like this. You should too. Thank you Trey and Catherine. Our family is grateful for you guys.Original Post- Don’t call anyone else. Period. This place not only has fast appointments but knows their trade better than anyone else that I have met. Dealing with everyone from cradle to grave has just been an absolute pleasure and a lifesaver! After buying a house, I called Solair To help get my water back to up and running status since we are on a well. Not only did they show up early, but Trey, the owner happened to know our whole system since they serviced our water for over 10 years. Unfortunately the old owners never cared too much about maintenance and upgrades but That was a delight knowing how familiar they were with our home and system, since I was clueless. For an absolutely affordable price, they were able to service my water and get it up to normal where I could finally take a shower! I am so happy with his knowledge and sincerity of his trade. He went above and beyond to help me understand my whole system, and did not try to oversell me on anything. Just giving me solid options. I am so impressed with this company and I am very fortunate to have signed up for their maintenance plan. I don’t want anyone else ever touching my water system other than Trey and Solair.
