    Everyminute of my experience with Mr. ROOTER was phenomenal. The staff and company are absolutely wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend their services. The Technician that worked on my install Brian Rodgers was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had thru out the entire process.     I would like to leave a much deserved, glowing review for Nate and Tyler of Mr. Rooter. I called this morning to make an appointment. These two gentlemen arrived at my sisterā€™s house and began working their way through the myriad of plumbing issues that they were presented. They were eager to do a thorough job, double checked for leaks and trash before they left and kept me informed.This was such a positive experience that I will be calling Mr. Handyman to complete a list of tasks outside of the plumbing spectrum.

    Prompt, honest and friendly service. Joshua was very knowledgeable and helpful with multiple options to service our septic system. I had called another company first, but Mr. Rooter had a special $95 drain clean-out which was $70 cheaper than the other company. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter

    These guys came out and did a phenomenal job at my house today. They were very prompt and courteous. They did a great job explaining what needed to be done as well as going over the expenses prior to doing any work. There is no doubt in my mind that they will stand behind the work they did. They are licensed, insured, and more importantly, local. I love being able to support our local businesses!!

    What I thought was going to be a simple clean out of a drain line turned into a a bigger problem, but the crew at Mr Rooter just wouldnā€™t quit kept looking kept testing kept trying different things.     Cody, Colton & Tyler were very thorough when my water backed up. Cody came out first to assess the situation and gave me the facts, very efficient estimate and helped me navigate the on line paperwork and payment options.     They got here and was very kind. They did the job and found a root ball that they broke up. The tree has broke the line that they will be repairing in the next yr. They said my lines into the house are in great shape. Love my tree in front yard, but it has caused a few issues. So i will need to get roots cut and line from house fixed. Mr. Rooter did a fantastic job and i highly recommend them if you need service for your water/sewer lines.

    I am so thankful for Mr. Rooter, I had a really bad water leak and no one I called around my home town could get to it but Mr. Rooter came out the same day and gave us a quote , they had a busy schedule but worked us in two days later and got it fixed.     I had called late in the afternoon about our clog issue and the plumber arrived in less than an hour. Joshua Alford was great. He was very polite and professional when he came to our door and remained that way until the job was done. He explained everything he needed to do and explained it to where you could understand what was about to happen. If we ever need to use a plumber again I will certainly be calling Mr. Rooter.     The Mr. Rooter representative was prompt, courteous, and seemed very knowledgeable. He checked out our problem and found nothing. He did not want to charge us for additional services when they werenā€™t needed. But he offered some good advice and answered my questions. We also bought the service plan for three years. It seemed like a good deal. We will definitely use them again.

    I had some plumbing issues with my toilet and shower, to find out my main line was backed up. Tyler was excellent and figured out the problem quickly and got me fixed in no time! He was very professional and super nice guy. I would recommend the company to any friend in need and will use them again in the future (although hopefully its distant future because plumbing issues arent ideal) thanks Tyler!

    My regular plumber passed away so i thought i would try Mr Rooter of Greater Fort Smith. Colton got the drains cleaned and they were offering a special. Yeah! Polite, efficient- and he knocked instead of ringing the bell!!! ā¤ļø Means a lot when you have 4 dogs who think the bell is their personal invitation to forget all manners, or when you are watching one of your grandsons and donā€™t want to startle them. He said it was actually a company policy! May sound silly- but really made an impression. He handled my dilemma in a timely fashion and I will definitely call them again if/when I am need of a plumber.

    My experience with Mr. Rooter was top notch. Our family just moved into the area and had no prior experience with any of the local companies, so we were hoping that the guys from Mr. Rooter would be good. Honestly, they well exceeded my expectations.It started with how fast they were able to get someone to me. We moved into our home on a Sunday and on the following Tuesday we had pipe damage and water damage in our new home. I called and they were able to get someone to me within a couple of hours and the service call fee was very reasonable. Colton quickly diagnosed the problem and they had our plumbing repaired that day and connected us with the right folks for remediation and reconstruction that needed to take place after. Additionally, they gave some additional recommendations and help with other things around the house. My estimation of them based on the service we received is that they were credible, trustworthy, fair, and competent. Highly recommend them.

They are really good at communication with text notifications and phone calls to move the appointment sooner. We had Amadeo Ruiz come out both times and Cody Nehus for the pipe repair and they were super professional and friendly! They answered all our questions and gave us great suggestions to fix possible bigger problems down the line. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter if you have any plumbing issues! (Photo, hole was cut myself, this pipe fix was to fix a sharkbyte that was installed that was leaking)

    Called today, had a technician here this afternoon. Super nice company. They tell you upfront what they charge, give you some possible options of what they may be looking at for your situation but will always go with what you want done or with the best decision. My case was a blocked sewer line. It could have had roots through the line which would have required additional work plus money. After the initial clean, the technician agreed it was just a clog and didnt try to tell me I needed that additional service to look for possible root damage. It was a quick easy service and didnt break the bank.

    I was in crisis mode, having the misfortune of owning a Whirlpool water heater that was only 4 years old but useless. I was so frustrated with Whirlpool and knew it was probably only the beginning of problems with the unit.I called Mr. Rooter after 5 and they still managed to have a plumber come out. We discussed my options, and after thought I decided to replace the unit. He arrived the next morning at 8:30, and by 11:00 I had a new water heater, made in America and with parts locally available.I am so glad I called them. Very professional and truly listened and cared.11/24/2024. I had Colton Green come out and install a new dishwasher and faucet. My dishwasher was a pain, but he went above and beyond. His service was fantastic. I gladly give him 5+ stars.

    Joshua came out in the middle of a snowstorm (literally) to unclog my homeā€™s main line. He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I was pretty worried since we were supposed to receive 2-3 inches of snow overnight. Joshua assured me he would have the lines open and flowing before he left, as well as gave me tips to manage the pipes during the storm.     Daniel was amazing from start to finish of the job we needed have fixed. Called Sunday evening about 6pm. Had an appointment set between 8-12. He came about 9:30am.     Called over a toilet fill valve issue, something I would normally take care of myself but back issues would not allow at this time. We had a hard time finding someone to come out and service the area we were in but they had no issue finding us at all. They also gave a round about quote for future services inquired about.     Called Mr Router after 6:00 pm. The young lady who answered was very polite and said a plumber could be here between 8:00 to 10:00 the next morning. Got a call the next morning before 9:30 and he was here within 30 minutes. 30 minutes later he had the problem fixed. The cost was very affordable even for me and Iā€™m a penny pincher. Would highly recommend them based on the performance of the plumber that did the work.

    Another company had quoted us a very high price for a service we didnt even need in the end, Mr. Rooter came out said we didnt even need the original service we had been quoted and pointed out the fact that one of our trees was growing directly on top of our pipe, as a matter of fact it had grown over the clean out. They then did the job the same day without saying we had to wait and inordinate amount of time or pay an exorbitant amount of money. Im very happy my cousin referred me to them, and we will be using them in the future for any plumbing repairs we need. They were very nice and respectful while they did their work.     I was a little nervous to use Mr. Rooter after reading the Google reviews, but I had a great experience. My phone call was returned quickly late at night on the weekend, and an appointment was made for first thing the next morning. Their payment policy was explained clearly to me at that time. Colton was punctual to our appointment and diagnosed the problem quickly. I was shown a cost estimate before the repair was started. After the repair, I asked if Colton could fix something else that I had not origionally scheduled for this appointment. He took a look, fixed up a new estimate for the additional repair, and after I agreed to that estimate, he got to work on it. He even adjusted a loose sink part and toilet mechanism in another bathroom for me real quick at no charge. Did I mention Colton also wore shoe covers when he came in the house to make sure he didnt track anything in, and didnt leave any sort of mess at all after the repairs??     The whole process of using Mr. Rooter Plumbing was fantastic! The corporate call center took all of my information and patched my call through to the local dispatch center. Within minutes, I received a call from the local dispatch center.The local dispatch lady was very nice and professional. She quoted an accurate and fair price for the job. She even suggested a fix that was much safer for our water heater than what was previously installed by our house contractor. They then scheduled my repair within a days time.The service technician was knowledgeable and professional as well. He showed up 30 minutes before his scheduled time (that usually NEVER happens with any subcontractor)! He installed a new expansion valve and completed the whole job within an hour. He made the installation look better than new!I could not be more impressed with this company! I would give them 10 stars if I could!     I called Mr. Rooter for a drain stoppage and when they got here, they pulled a toilet and didnā€™t look at the drain until after that. The plumber made me feel as though because I was a woman, I didnā€™t know what I was talking about. Then, he didnā€™t reset the toilet and didnā€™t tell me why. It wasnā€™t until I called and spoke to his supervisor that things were explained to me. The plumber didnā€™t explain to me that when he pulled the toilet, the flange broke because it was old, and couldnā€™t repair it, unless he charged me another $200. He just left the toilet sitting in the bathroom. That being said, I appreciated the time the supervisor took to explain everything to me. He explained what had been done, why it was done that way, and what I could expect from the next plumber that was going to visit. I felt John went above and beyond. It was just frustrating that the original plumber didnā€™t explain things so clear. I will be using them again though. Thank you.

    This was my first time using Roto Rooter to pump out my septic system. They were great. Said they would be to my house between 11:00-1:00. Charles arrived at little before 12:00 noon. Very professional, he even dodged all my wifeā€™s plants with his truck (a major undertaking)ā€¼ļø The process took about 45 minutes. I was so impressed that I bought a 3 year service program and some septic system additive he recommended. Obviously I plan to use all of their services in the future!

    I had a clogged up drain. This is my second time using Mr. Rooter and I will continue to used them in the future. I highly recommend this company. Giovanni was great technician. He showed up on time, was professional and knowledgeable about my plumbing issues. It was fixed very quickly and efficiently.

    I have to say that Mr. Rooterā€™s response time was impressive. They came out same day. The guys were very nice and professional. I am reserving a 5 star review until I am convinced the repair will hold up. Had leaking from under the toilet and discovered the flange was broken. Initially quoted $1100-$1200 which included jack hammering some of the floor to repair. Guys came out next day and were able to drill into the concrete floor instead. Iā€™m thrilled the total came to much less. ($460-ish) However, Iā€™m wondering if this repair will hold up. Short term, Iā€™m thrilled. Long term, we will see.

Both technicians presented themselves not only giving us a professional advise and meeting what we need within budget, but also showing themselves as a good listener, and treating us with respect and kindness. It is a A+ - no hidden cost, everything is upfront and straight forward. Both Technicians did an extraordinary job on the installation.     I thought I had a leak in my water heater so I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Fort Smith. They were able to come out that same day! They sent me a text message confirming that they would be there between 10 AM and Noon and the technician would send me a text when he was on his way here with a picture of himself. Very friendly and helpful. Turned out I needed a new water heater. They installed it and cleaned up and were even able to finance it. I highly recommend them.

    I have had to use this company 3 times within the last 2 weeks. The plumber, Giovany Del-Rio, was very helpful and polite each visit and worked hard to make sure our issues were resolved. I appreciate the service and would recommend the services to my friends and family.

    These folks are great! Wayne & Matt arrived on time, put shoe covers on before entering my home and weā€™re very polite.     After my son and I couldnā€™t figure out what was wrong with our water tank, John and Wayne came to our rescue, (Yes John Wayne lol).Originally when I replaced my old tank a couple years ago for the one we currently have, I thought it was a good brand and I would be able to easily get parts for it, considering thereā€™s a factory 20 minutes from hereā€¦.I was dead wrong!! ALSO, said ā€œbrandā€ only answers their phone 8-5, M-F!!Long story short, John and Wayne located the power board I needed in North Carolina.They had it overnighted, installed, and a full tank of hot water by the time my son got home from school.John and Wayne was professional, knowledgeable, upfront, and honest with me.I will definitely remember them and will be calling for them the next time I have plumbing issues.Josh
