    Had to have the water connection from the wall to our fridge looked at. Called Wednesday and was able to schedule for the same Friday for our home schedule. Marc, our technician, called before to confirm and was right on time. He took a look and was able to explain in plain words what was needed. He gave us a quote. Very nicely priced for our budget considering other places wanted 3 times that price just to come out. He had everything taken care of in 3 hours, which was fast considering what we had to have done. He made sure all was good and gave us instructions for how to proceed with our new fridge. 100% will use again if / when needed.

    We hired Paschal to diagnose a leak under our sink. Caleb Arrington could not have been more knowledgeable, capable, and pressure-free as he carefully figured out what was going on. I so appreciated his open response to our situation, graciously giving us all the options we could consider for this repair job. His professionalism made our decision moving forward easy: we trusted him to purchase and install a new disposal. And he did it all efficiently. We will go to Caleb at Paschal for any future plumbing issues we encounter!

    Isaac was professional, thorough, and he was personable. He explained membership well, but the estimated were ridiculously too high and not needed for a furnace/AC unit that is just under 3 years old. I was pleased with him, but not pleased with Paschalsales push. I had an annual membership paid in full, but now with the takeover of Patriot, they charge monthly, and wont accept an annual payment. Kudos to Isaac, but not Paschal!

    Great employees. I received a text with a photo of my repairman / with his name. Thought that was nice. Westin gave me estimates for best/worst scenarios. He repaired my leaking backyard faucet with best case scenario. Definitely recommend them. Good job for a fair price šŸ‘

    We had a wonderful experience with Wiley, the electrician, out of Springfield Missouri. He was helpful, went above and beyond to make sure all our outlets were working properly and fixed our heated floor which no one else could figure out! He also put in surge protectors in our breaker box, showed us how they worked and cleaned up after he was finished. He was respectful to us and to our house! Would use Paschal again just because of him! FANTASTIC!

    Had our system installed by Patriot (Now Pascal) and have always been impressed by their service. Just had our scheduled maintenance done by Colton and told him that we had a problem with the cool air not reaching one room. He did his regular maintenance and fixed the airflow problem.     Brea for scheduling was very nice and accommodating when trying to find the soonest a tech could service my water heater that also worked for my schedule.     We worked with Dillan B. who arrived at our home early and ready to give us a fair quote on a new HVAC system through Paschal. He remained professional, kind, and courteous the entire appointment. He explained everything as he walked through our home and when we sat down to discuss our options. We had many concerns regarding the current unit in our home and he addressed them all. We have been burned in the past by many HVAC companies and we were weary what this process would look like. The appointment went better than expected and we want to thank Dillan for his exceptional service and being patient with us all while tending to our son in between.

    *Excellent Company*We have had experiences with several Pachal employees over the last year! We got a new Water Heater installed, new AC Unit, P(inside/out) plumbing repair on tub faucet, new electrical panel and heater hooked up, the list to goes on and on. Today, 7/26/23, AUSTIN was at our house in Lavaca, in the heat, replacing our our electrical panel and hooking up the heater. He was here from 8am to close to 7 or 730pm. The whole time, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuine. I would have been so irritated, he was never!! I even got a call from his boss, David, to apologize about the long wait that was NOT Paschals fault by the way, but David felt the need to explain what the issue was. If OGE was not going to turn our electricity back on, Paschal was going to pay for a hotel room that accepted our 3 fur-babies. Austin didnt complain one bit! His boss, David, was also very nice and said he would help in any way. Austin is a bada$$ and did an excellent job!!! Dillion Black went over all options. He was very nice. Seth and Yael installed our new AC unit like pros. Corbin, and Dustin helped with some plumbing issues! We upgraded so many things and have had several employees for each service. Wonderful company, professional, and reputable. We decided to get a new unit through Paschal. Its so amazing. Our house is so cool and stays cool even when the air is off!! Love this company!!!

    Had a new system installed 5 years ago and they have been very responsive to my needs. Unfortunately my labor was not covered for the repair I needed and it was 259$ for a 10 minute diag and repair to replace the fan motor capacitor so I was curious about what the labor rate was and if there was a minimum charge as to be expected but still seemed pretty steep. The sales man told me when I bought the unit that I wouldnā€™t have to pay for anything other than a biannual maintenance check for 10 years. Other than that the tech was very professional, knowledgeable and had the part on hand that I needed to get me taken care of quickly.

Checked out our two units plus changed any filters that needed changing. Before he left he told us to be cognizant of the fact that the blades on both of our units could use a cleaning. He showed me the pictures he took, gave us an estimate in case we wanted to have that maintenance done. No pressure. Because we had changed the siding on our house in July, our home had exposure to the outside elements for almost two months.It explained the reason for exposure to outside elements on our units that are over and above normal usage.Very pleased with our service.

    To start, Westin (the technician that came to my house) knocked on my door with a $20 bill that he found in my yard. So that definitely started things off on a good note. After some time he gave me a probable diagnosis. My roommate said, slightly rudely, that she disagreed with him. He was not intimidated or offended at all and handled it all so professionally and knowledgeably, and he politely explained again his reasoning. And she realized he was correct and she was wrong, and she did apologize profusely. But my point here is that Westin was amazing in every way, and we will never use another company again.
