He got our AC working again within minutes and offered detailed explanations about potential causes and options moving forward.The cost was very reasonable.I would highly recommend Atchley Air to anyone in the area.

WOW! Where do I start? I will never TRUST anyone else. I had been quoted $820 by a competitor to locate a leak and recharge my unit. I had a contract for $40 a month with the competitor and paid $49 for an annual ‘tune up’ last August. Two weeks ago, my disconnect caught fire. If I had not been home, my house would likely have burned down as I live in a rural area. Of course, I called the competitor and they wanted $665. I got a better price from Armstrong electric at $340. I went back to the competitor for a different HVAC issue and I was told $820 would be my cost, that I needed a leak check and a refill on refrigerant. At that point I was done with the competitor. I called Atchley. After they heard my story, they said it would cost $89 for a visit. I needed to wait until next week. That was on Friday. Shortly after I hung up, I received a call from the office manager at Atchley, she said she listened to my recorded phone call and offered a ‘second opinion’ for FREE. They sent Jonathan the following Monday—what a blessing! He needs a cape and Superman shirt. Jonathan went through my system, checked everything. I have a heat pump, he checked the cooling, the thermostat, the wiring, electric power panel, the heating coils, the electric motor, the refrigerant, etc… He announced that my refrigerant was NOT low — I did NOT need a refill, and there was NO leak. HE ACTUALLY SAVED ME $820! Jonathan could’ve told me I had a leak and collected a lot of money. THEY ARE HONEST. THESE GUYS HAVE REAL INTEGRITY. Stop right here. Don’t go anywhere else. You will be happy you did business with these people. I am grateful eternally grateful. These guys are REAL SUPER HEROES. I canceled my contract with the competitor and I’m only paying $15 a month and getting more benefits than I did with the competitor. ATCHLEY is the best.

Was hearing like heater was t working when I woke this morning. I called Atchley &They were super helpful. Told me when to expect tech out. Next thing you know Gage is calling saying be at my place in like 15 minutes. He arrived on time & asked what was happening. He might’ve been here like 45 minutes but figured out the problem. He answered all my questions about our unit. He had heat up & running by time he left. He was polite & did a darn good job of getting us heat on New Years Eve. Would recommend them to anyone having problems with their HVAC unit.

I had a major issue with my water heater. The expansion tank ruptured and soaked all of the electrical components of my water heater. Josh came and determined that the water heater was worn and needed to be replaced, he installed a brand new high quality water heater. It turned out that the circuit breaker for the water heater was shorted and also needed replacing. They sent Jeared to install a new circuit breaker at no additional cost. Josh and Jeared were both very polite and courteous. They did an amazing job not only installing the water heater, but fixing the electrical issues as well. They have went above and beyond to ensure I would have hot water again. I couldnt have asked for better plumbing and electrical services.

So I have had the issue of a clogged bathtub and shower for a few months. My husband and I have had our fair share of a workout draining them both to bathe us and our children.My dispatch person who called us was an old friend of my husband. Justin did an excellent job explaining how the process would work. We will definitely keep using Atchley while Justin Sundae is still there.Now on to our plumber.Our experience with Tanner was marvelous. He came in with a positive attitude and was very knowledgeable. My Corgis are usually very protective along with my other dogs but they were just infatuated with Tanner.I will gladly continue using Atchley for my plumbing needs.

We called Atchley on Sunday morning, they arrive just after noon and worked tirelessly through multiple struggles and complication, calling in backup (who was not on call) to restore flow. They then returned the following day to put in along term fix. They are professional, friendly and communicative. Josh and Bill were phenomenal and even worked as the cold front and rain moved in, never once complaining or giving up. These guys are top notch.

Eric came to fix an issue with our main A/C unit—it had a plugged up water line. He fixed it and recommended an upgrade to the filter which with our allergies and the 3 pets, I decided to do. We purchased both of our units from Atchley because of the customer service. It was the right decision! We enrolled in their monthly service plan too.In this area, A/C is not a luxury. It is a necessity. The old saying “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” is so true when it comes to major household appliances!! We paid a little more for our products from Atchley, but you get what you pay for!!!! I know if I need them, they will be there for us. Every one of their representatives are top notch! Eric was a joy to have in my home. Matt is a great person to do business with. He stands by what he promises. You wont be sorry if you choose to go with Atchley. They are still a family owned business, and it shows!

Used Atchley air in Fort Smith for a major plumbing need. Chris was knowledgeable and friendly. He took time to do the job well. He even did a section of the work by going through the roof and attic to avoid putting a hole in a section of wall. We feel confident in the integrity of his work. He cleaned up everything before he left. We are very pleased. We have always used Atchley for Air conditioning/ heating and now we will use Atchley for plumbing as well. I hear they will be doing electric soon too.

We have been using Atchley Air for years. Every technician has been polite and professional. The scheduling department is always kind. We are on their maintenance plan and they always call us to schedule when its time for a tune up with our central air and heating. We used them when we had to have our whole unit replaced and they were prompt and helped us work out a payment plan. They have even come out on the weekend before when we have had an issue. I could not recommend them enough!

I didnt know about this place until I found my water heater leaking everywhere at 8pm on a Sunday. Working the graveyard shift means 24/7 communication opportunities are a great selling point for me, and I definitely appreciated that this was possible with Atchley Air and Plumbing. I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning! I couldnt have been more thankful for that. Joshua Franklin did an *excellent* job replacing my water heater, not to mention he was notably kind and informative in the process! They could be a little steep depending on your circumstances, but theyre a very well advertised and accommodating company with great service. There are options for financing with a card after a quick credit check, which is a great perk. If I ever need plumbing or HVAC service, I will be reaching out to them going forward. We got the new Trane HVAC units installed in Feb 2024. (Heating unit was in the attic).I was promised by the Sales Tech that I would see a dramatic difference in the monthly electric bill. Also, promised me that the unit would be much quieter than the existing tornado! I waited to give this review because I wanted to go through the hot summer months to compare last years levels. We are happy & surprised with the much lower electric bills & the unit is very quiet, too.We qualified for the 5 year, 0% interest rate plan, which was the answer for our budget.The installers, Dallas & Raul, cleaned the area completely. Thank you for the prompt service and recommending the Trane.

The new system I purchased from Atchley had a problem - I called the office and they quickly sent a HVAC tech to my home. He quickly located the issue, and even though my attic must have been 125 degrees, he went up there and fixed it right away! Now the system works and feels fantastic. His name is Justin, and he couldnt have been more gracious and helpful. 100 percent like and recommended! EDIT - Dec. 2024 - I had Atchley come again to address a water heater issue. Chris Shook came and was definitely a master plumber. Not an easy fix, but it was fully resolved. Chris did excellent work. Again, repeat customer and absolutely recommend!

A few years ago we had two new A/C units installed. Unfortunately leaks developed in both of them. One in the line between the outside compressor and inside air handler and the other in the inside coil. The company that installed the units went out of business and it was not easy finding someone willing to come out for service. We are 15 miles from the closest city.I contacted Atchley Air and they sent out Logan. He has since been here multiple times to troubleshoot and repair the issues. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He has repaired what he could and worked with the manufacturer to obtain a new coil under warranty.As a result of their willingness to help us, we have signed an annual maintenance contract with them. Highly recommended!

He also noticed my water heater was extremely old when I was showing him the new heat and air unit we had installed about a year ago and explained how dangerous that could be. Justin was amazing. Had a full new HVAC system installed in October 2023. Noticed some condensation around some vents after returning from spring break. Ultimately my fault but again Justin was quick to come out, very thorough and solved my issue quickly.

Excellent service. Came out right away. The problem was 100% on me. I’m learning how to maintain and take care of everything at my parent’s old home I took over when they retired and moved away. He explained everything to me, in terms I could understand, which was much appreciated because people don’t always do that. He got everything fixed and running quickly.

Cait was sent out to service call at my house , she sent me an eta to let me know when she would be arriving and she called me. She was very thorough with me about everything she was doing and explained everything to me. She solved the issue and checked for other issues and explained it all to me. Very well mannered and polite. I would highly recommend her.
