Service was awesome! I booked online and immediately got a call to confirm. My appointment was from 8-12 and I got a call right before 8 to let me know James was on his way. He arrived right on time, assessed the job and gave me the price. He then quickly fixed the issue and left the place cleaner than when he got here. The price was exactly what we agreed on and the fix was excellent. James was knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional. The level of customer service was fantastic. Thank you!!

James is a very knowledgeable and great person to have work on your pipes. I had a leaky outdoor faucet and he got it all fixed for me quickly and tried to make sure he got to it without damaging or cutting into the wall too much to access what he needed to access. His attention to trying to get it done without tearing up other stuff was very admirable and he’s a very good worker in my opinion

We had bb’s in our garbage disposal sounded terrible and it was new! So I called Rootor Rotor and they came promptly the next day right when they said they would and fixed it immediately! They are the only people to call they have been to my home four times for different things and I will always call them! Jordan was excellent in fact all of them have been!!!! Soo take my advice from one who has used them and call them when you have a problem!

I had the misfortune of needing to get a sewer line cleared out recently and from past experience I knew exactly who to call. Over the years I have never had a bad experience with these guys. This time I decided to have them replace an 18 year old hot water heater after they cleared our main sewer line. Always great always recommend

I called earlier this week about a leaking water faucet in my backyard and needing some sewer lines replaced under my house. They had someone out the very next day and got it fixed. Raymond, I believe was his name, fixed it and came back the next day to replace the sewer lines. He worked so hard for hours in the heat and humidity in my crawlspace and did a phenomenal job. He was super friendly and professional. He even treated my pipes and showed me how to do it myself. He went above and beyond and even fixed a water faucet that I didnt know had issues. Overall my experience was absolutely great! He was very spot on with the estimate for repairs and I just felt like he went above and beyond for me! Absolutely would recommend them and I will be coming back for any future work needed! Thank you! :)

All of the staff from the person who took the call, to the gentleman that came to do the repair, were very polite. The plumber had a very busy day but was able to come out and quickly get us back up and running. We had a power outage that delayed the plumbers ability to come out the night before however everyone was able to squeeze us in for the repair today. Thank you all for your polite kindness and doing your best to repair our problem. If ever I need help again I will be calling you all.

So I had another business come out and look at an issue I was having with my water heater. Every time the other business came out, the price went up and they couldn’t guarantee me the problem would be fixed. I then called Roto Rooter for a second opinion. They accurately diagnoses my problem the first time and was under the price of the other company by a substantial amount. I will not use anymore else for my plumbing issues.

Roto Rooter has been doing repairs at our school for 6 years now because they always come when we call. John is on speed dial and always answers my calls, even on weekends and holidays. Work is fast and high quality. They have fixed not only plumbing, but also several gas leaks. John works around school hours when possible, saving us on several occasions, such as graduation and the start of the school year. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Absolutely 5 stars for this interaction : I dealt with Jessica (dispatching) and James (technician) in getting my service completed. From the second Jessica picked up, all the way to James getting on site and completing the service was professional and precise. Zero confusion on the services I required, pricing, or timeframe for completion. The price was fair for a main sewer inspection/clean/video, and James went above and beyond helping me understand, and answering all questions I had. If/when I require plumbing services again, I absolutely want to deal with both Jessica and James again. I would highly recommend reaching out to Roto-Rooter Ft.
