These are the best A/C people ive ever worked with, they fixed an HVAC issue we had with our apartment that was a 2 Month long issue of mold growing off the drip-pan inside the panel with the motor and electric wiring that our slumlord A/C guy we wouldnt of had to pay... would not fix and did not have the same D7 treatment chemicals airco had. 11/10 would hire again.

Got me scheduled for a service plan and full device cleaning. Felt like they took good care of me and were thorough. And they even were a bit early for their appointment. Didn’t have to wait around hours for them to show! Definitely recommend.Updated. Came home from vacation to find a dead ac. Called on a Sunday. Cecil was here in an hour and got me fixed. Can’t beat the service from Martin’sDemondrick came for my tuneup today. He’s an awesome tech. Always takes great care.

We found out by talking that we were both from Memphis and we thought about how small of a world it is that we live in! With the heat index well over 100, my AC went out at 4:30 on Sunday afternoon. Martins on-call representative was terrific but honest that they were many emergencies and might not be here until the next day. Not surprising.Less than an hour later Mr. Martin was at my door. Because his team was so covered and a tech wouldnt be able to respond, he came by to see what he could do. He checked the system, had to go to his shop to get repair material and then was able to get us back in service soon after returning!We are no more than an average customer. I believe their response to us is how they respond to all of their customers. Mr. and Mrs. Martin have a fine company and a polite, professional team. I am extremely grateful to Mr. Martin for caring about my situation and personally getting involved; I appreciate and respect all of them very much!

We had AirCo come to our house for a prepaid maintenance visit on the furnace. While the technician was here we asked him about an issue we had with our AC the last time we used it in the fall. The technician was able to tell us the most likely cause of our problem and what we will need to do before warm weather arrives. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were very pleased and definitely recommend AirCo!

The Airco tech with all his gear weighed more than my attic pull-down stairs would support so they broke. The tech used a ladder to finish tuning up my unit and told me Airco would replace the stairs. Much to my surprise they just now left and I have new attic steps! They were careful not to make a mess, use inappropriate language, speak at a volume that matched the environment, and completely clean up after themselves. Great experience. We had the new units installed about 6 weeks ago and they seem to be working very well as intended. I first called and had set up an appointment on a Friday morning with the sales representative. By the following Monday afternoon, the installation was complete and the old units removed. We purchased a new Lennox heat pump and an indoor air handler. I havent had the opportunity of having them called out for maintenance yet, but I am sure that would not let me down either. Everyone I spoke with -- the sales representative, the installation team, the owner, and the ladies on the phone -- were all very friendly and knowledgeable. They also handled the warranty registration on their end and sent it to the manufacturer for me so that I didnt have to go through the trouble of doing it myself. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

They had a significantly lower price than other quotes and were transparent+detailed with how the replacement would go. The technicians were very helpful, including inspecting each vent to balance flow and even vacuuming the work areas after finishing. I hope to never have to replace HVAC again, but if we do, we will definitely call Martins.
