Used them for years, not cheap, but as a business owner myself most times cheap comes with a “but”.Called their emergency line after hours yesterday when my upstairs ac’s drip line was overflowing into my garage due to a clog and after talking to Luis deemed I would call during reg hours, for cheaper bill, or fix myself. I consider myself handy so thought I “fixed” it with my shop vac. Came home the next day to my garage covered in water. Called emergency line after hours and once again got Luis, he was there in half an hour purged a TON of sludge from the drip line, installed a union so I could do it easier myself in the future, and treated with drop in chem tabs that would help prevent sludge from building which I will be looking into stocking and treating myself. He did all this in 30 minutes…..You get what you pay for and will never change companies.P.S. Luis deserves a raise and I need his direct line 🤣

Both Raymond and Calum(spelling?) did an outstanding job of repairing my kitchen faucet. It isDecember 30th, the end of the year, and Im surprised that anyone is actually working. They came out post haste and did such a great job. My new year will come in pleasantly, without having to shutoff the water valve underneath the sink, of which I am very happy about. Thx guys!

Outstanding, prompt, professional service. My Mother waited on a competitor company to come help for four days during this heat wave. They never showed nor called. When she finally told me this, I called Blaylock on her behalf. They arrived promptly, diagnosed, and fixed the issue within minutes.

He was personable, professional, knowledgeable & thorough. He recommended that I replace my system & explained why. This was my second opinion so I was very confident in his recommendation. After comparing prices I also found Blaylock to have the best prices. Stephen & Landon installed my new system & I couldnt be happier. Honest ppl & easy to do business with. We had a gas fireplace that needed service. I called Blaylock and from the first call they were ridiculously awesome. Then I got Jeff as my technician. Let me tell ya about Jeff. This man was the ultimate professional and his respectful behavior, knowledgeability, his professionalism is second to none. He was the best service technician I have ever had about anything.... And thats hard cause I have another guy I love too from another company... But this guy was just amazing. Guys/Gals .. if you EVER have an issue about plumbing.... Call Blaylock and if you have a choice in the matter...choose Jeff. Just dont book him too much cause I may need him again. Jeez what a company. Ten stars. Thank you Blaylock and thank you JEFF.

We had a toilet leak and install. Jeff was a very kind and professional man who installed a new toilet for us in a quick and tidy manner. He was also friendly and professional and left the ground around the toilet looking so much neater than it looked with our older model. He really provided an outstanding service and I cant recommend him enough. We will always call blaylock and ask for Jeff :)

Blaylock Heat & Air installed a new AC unit and furnace at my home recently and did a fantastic job. I was amazed at how immaculately the technicians left my garage where they installed the furnace. It was neater and cleaner than it was before they arrived. Both the heat and air work to perfection and the price was very reasonable. Blaylock’s has done my heat, air and plumbing work for 25 years and they have always done superior work.

Called Blaylock H&A late in the day yesterday to schedule an inspection and check-up of my heating and air unit. They told me it would be the next day, which was perfect for me. Got a call from Blaylock the next morning asking if now was a good time to send out a technician and I agreed. A few minutes later, Vin, the service technician arrived. He was extremely professional, friendly and proficient. He checked out our system and the only thing issue he found was the condenser coil on the outside unit was filthy. He happily sprayed it out and then checked the refrigerant level which he assured me were good.Having used another H&A company in the past, I was pleasantly surprised to have this level of service. I will only recommend Blaylock to my friends and family in the future.Thank you!

Middle of July our AC quit. I called 5 different companies to schedule service. 2 never called me back, 1 said it would be a week before they could get here. Blaylocks put me on their list for service even though they had a lot of calls that morning. Serviceman arrived at 2:30pm and could tell immediately what the issue was. Made the repair and had my AC running in less than 30 mins! Quick, knowledgeable and affordable...will use them again for sure!

Our A/C unit was not putting out cold air, and the outside temps were in the 80s. The person answering the phone was very pleasant said she would have someone out TODAY and thanked me for calling. The technician arrived in the afternoon, was polite, clean, and immediately went to work. Viola! Within one hour he corrected the problem; we now have cold air. I dont have a price comparison but did not feel the cost was unreasonable. Thank you . . . Blaylock HVAC!

My toilet suddenly was leaning to the left - Blaylock came out, said the floor would have to be redone. Advised me to buy the toilet and tile myself, which I was happy to do. They were supposed to be there on Monday, but got hung up on another job, so rescheduled for Wednesday (not a huge deal, except for letting work know I would have to be off again). The guys did a beautiful job on the tile work, were professional and personable, and got me up and running in a day (which was a must, as I only have one bathroom!). They came back to grout the next day, and it took them no time to finish. The only two things that I wish they had taken care of was hauling off the old toilet and putting the piece of trim back down in the entrance to the bathroom. Neither is a huge deal - just hard for me to get the toilet to the curb and Im dangerous with a hammer! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone.

One of the only companies that didnt claim to be booked out for weeks in advance. Came out promptly to do a camera inspection since Ive had reoccurring blockages. During the camera inspection they found the clog and managed to clear it with the camera. Didnt charge me for anything but the camera inspection. Courteous, timely, professional service. Would definitely recommend them to others in need of plumbing services.

I have lived in an older home for a little over 10 years, and from the first week I have lived here I have had issues with my plumbing and air conditioning unit. I pretty much always call Blaylock when I have a problem. They have come out in the middle of the night, on weekends, and on holidays. They are always professional and get the work done as fast as possible. I seriously cant say enough good things about them, although I pray for the day I never have to call them again.

My outside a/c unit is an old one and was existing when we purchased this home many years ago. The HVAC Technition was Brian and he was patient and thourough while working in the heat outside and inside.
