Mario quoted us a fair price. His quote had a completion time of 7 to 10 days. The team arrived on day one and completely power washed the exterior. Day two began the painting phase. We have a fairly large house. The painting included a primer and one coat of SW Duration paint. Different colors for stucco, shutters and trim. The paint job was perfect. The great thing was they were done in five days! Great team and great service. All our contact with the office, especially Nicole, was professional and efficient. They are the best. -

I am the current President of the Clipper Cove Condominium Association.Our village is located in The Landings in Fort Myers. Our village consists of 2 two-story buildings (units each) and one 4-story building (24 units) with a parking garage underneath. The buildings, the trim, the soffits, the railings, and spindles were all painted by Moguel. We have a pool shelter building , 2 outdoor storage areas, 14 patios, a 2500 sq. ft. atrium, and steps, landings, and retaining walls which were also painted. Several of these surfaces had to be prepped prior to painting and we also had several areas requiring repairs and paint-stripping prior to painting. We had used the services of Mario Moguel and Moguel Contracting Group, Inc. on several previous occasions. This company came highly recommended and with our past experiences we gladly entered into a 6 figure contract last fall to have our village painted. The contract was completed recently and our BOD and past BOD members involved in the decision to contract their services are and continue to be impressed with the professionalism and quality of their work. It is without reservation that I recommend this company for large, medium, or small jobs. In spite of repeated supply interruptions and price increases no excuses were made nor contract revisions requested. You will be impressed. -

This was by far one of the best experiences we have had with a contractor since we moved to SWFL. Marios staff was courteous, professional and meticulous in their attention to detail. The final outcome was fantastic. We are extremely satisfied with the work done. Mario and his guys did an excellent job with my parents home in Fort Myers. There was much to be done, a lot of updating, remodeling, and a complete bathroom redo. The guys were on time, the job happened within the timeframe we had discussed, and the job was done well. Mario used the highest grade quality products and I was very pleased with the final product. He made it especially easy for me as I was contracting with him from out of town, so he kept in touch with me constantly. He also worked with my HOA to ensure we were meeting their guidelines as well. Thank you so much Mario for a job well done. I’m thrilled with the end product. -

We chose MCC to paint the outside of our home twice in the past 12 years and they did an excellent job. This spring they painted the inside of our home , which is fully furnished. They were very organized, very neat and the quality of their work was excellent. Their project manager made routine visits and inspected the work in progress marking areas where additional attention was needed. Great workmanship, professional and excellent value. Highly recommended. -

Moguel Contracting Group was used twice by me in the last 18 months.The first project was tear down and replacement of a dining room window sill where water intrusion at damaged the sill and surrounding drywall. Moguel responded quickly with a competitive quote. Tear down was done quickly, all debris removed, the repair done, painting done, and the area cleaned. Afterwards Moguel inspector came to the house to verify project done and to determine if I was satisfied.The second project was a complete painting of the interior of my two story home over a 5 day period. The Moguel painting crew arrived on time daily, were courteous, and cleaned up each day. The crew’s carefully covered all furniture and masked all trim areas. They applied two coats of paint to all ceilings and walls. Afterwards Moguel inspector came to the house to verify project done. Not only did the inspector make sure we were satisfied the inspector went through the house marking areas in her opinion did not meet Moquel quality level! To say the least we were impressed by Moguels’ commitment to quality workmanship and we were more than satisfied with the quality of their work.Have since recommended to friends who have used them with the same results!JOE -

From start to finish, this company was the best! Professional, prompt, and did a great job. Not a spot of paint on the floor or anywhere it shouldnt be. They used top quality paint. Everything was covered in plastic protection. Everything was cleaned upon completion. I would use them again in a heartbeat! -
