    This Team was Exceptional !! Above and beyond !! Provided a hot water Heater for my condo .. including plumbing and upgraded electrical work that needed to be done for this unit !!     This company is a Home Depot partner. I got an AC tuneup for $9.00. Yes, as in nine bucks. HD had a promo so I said OK. I was a little hesitant at first, but it was very legit. Vinny did a great job inspecting the unit, taking temperatures from the intake and the ceiling vents. He explained everything he did and didn’t seem to mind my following him around. I had told him that it seemed to be working well. We just bought the house in March and I know from the old owner’s records the unit was just over 2 years old. It felt great when Vinny’s said it was a fine unit in great shape, he didn’t have to fix or add or adjust anything. He is a true professional and very personable. I will use Unique for my AC needs going forward

    Recently had my bi-annual AC service with ARS. The service tech Mario D, who has served my AC several times arrived on time. He thoroughly clean and sanitized the AC system as required. He made sure the unit was working properly for the upcoming season. He did not rush and spent the necessary time to do the job properly and correctly.     I had scheduled an appointment 3p-7p. I arrived home early from an outing called ARS to come anytime. Wes arrived promptly at 3pm. he was very cordial and polite. He has been to my home on other occasions for service and always does a good job. He is very through and knowledgeable. He is able to answer all my questions. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

    It is June in Southwest Florida...so hot! And we woke up to the AC not working. At the recommendation of a friend we called ARS/Rescue Rooter and within 90 minutes a technician (Mario) was at our house. He was very friendly, explained what his process was with assessing the problem then spent a good length of time investigating the unit up in the garage attic. We felt confident that he took his time really figuring out the problem and thoroughly explained what issues he found. It ended up being a motor and fan issue...he took the parts with him to ensure that he returned with the correct parts. This is key in our mind because in past situations- AC companies have never went above and beyond to make sure that not only the service they provided was above par but that they want to make sure things are done right the first time.I have never had any technician show so much attention and care to helping get the issue solved in a quick and effective manner. So if you get the chance to as for a technician, you cant go wrong with Mario!We woke up hot and miserable and are now enjoying an evening in the cool air! I would recommend the company to anyone.

    I came out of Home Depot this morning and was asked by a young lady working for Unique if I would like to have my HVAC checked and serviced for $9.99. Since we had just bought the house and did not fully know the condition of our unit, I agreed. An appointment was made for the afternoon of the same day and Eddie from Unique arrived on-time, knowledgable, and very personable. There was no attempt to try to sell me something I did not need and by doing so Unique has just gained a new customer.

    Mario Diaz was outstanding! He represents ARS in the very best light. It began with him calling 1-hour ahead and confirming he was on his way...well within the 2-hour window that was scheduled. Mario has been to my house several times over the years and is simply an exceptionally polite and courteous individual. He takes the time to answer my questions. He investigates and allays any concerns I have. He tells me what is needed and when it is needed. And because of the way he conducts himself...I believe and trust in what he is telling me.     Mario Diaz is the best AC service professional with whom I have worked. He is very conscientious, explaining every last detail to me. Even though this was an every six months preventive maintenance, Mario spent over three hours explaining the issues with my system. I will need a new system, but Mario left no doubt about needing it or the general type required. While never an enjoyable task to pay for a new unit, it is reassuring to know Mario and ARS are standing behind it. Thank you Mario.

    I called ARS to do an annual service on my A/C system (they got me in that morning!). Our service tech (Mario Diaz) was absolutely the BEST. He was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable with his knowledge. After owning my own business for 22 years, I am quite possibly the hardest person there is on sales people to sell to. Mario sold me on $500 worth of upgrades to my system and Im positive that he steered me in the right direction. He is an asset to ARS, and just one reason I will be doing business with them in the future.

    This company, Unique, is not the least expensive nor the most expensive. I wish the price could have been less than it was. But, a special finance plan was offered to make the payments more affordable & a special discount promotion was applied to the price.We were very please with this company, from the first diagnostic technician to the completion of the installation. Unique’s technician, Warren, examined our HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable & totally explained why we were having issues with our 17 yr old system. He suggested that a customer service representative should come to our house to discuss the options that would solve our issue. About 90 minutes later, Chris C, the service representative came to our house. He was extremely personable & informative about all the different options we had & what system would be the best one for the size of our house. He never pushed us into purchasing something that we didn’t need or if he honestly felt certain devices weren’t necessary. Since our system was old, we decided to have a new unit installed. The installers Luis & Lester were wonderful. They were very careful not to damage any cabinets or walls. They did run into a problem with the heating element in the unit & immediately order a larger one that would heat our house adequately & work more efficiently. They came back the next day & installed the new heating unit. It worked great! They were very clean & swept all the debris that was left after the installation was completed. They hauled away our old unit & large boxes that the unit came in. They checked the system very carefully to make sure it was working very well before they left. The whole process worked very smoothly, efficiently & we are very happy with our quiet new Carrier HVAC system.     Wayne was our service tech for both a yearly maintenance as well as, a problem we were noticing with the AC itself. I found Wayne H to be both courteous as well as very professional.     Our AC unit had stopped cooling our house so it was time to bite the bullet and get someone in to repair it. We did not remember what company we used in the past so having seen my neighbor use Unique Air, I set up a time for the evening. Upon arrival, our service man Vinny set out to repair the problem. He found the problem right away showing he had expirence and knew his way around an AC unit. It turned out to be a burnt celluloid to which he replaced. I relayed the age of the unit which he was able to confirm but surprisingly did not try to sell us a new unit like so many other companies have done in the past. Vinny made suggestions on what Brands and power ratings we should be looking for plus he explained what the different ratings mean. He did not act like a car mechanic by throwing out terms that most people wont understand. I made an appointment to talk with a sales person about getting a new unit not because they were there but because Vinny was such a standup guy. I will deffenetly request they send out Vinny as well have have my friends request his presence for all their AC service needs.

    Had ARS drop by for a scheduled maintenance service. Mario D. was our service technician, whom we have had service our AC system previously. He is the best technician, cream of the crop. Intelligent, very knowledgeable about what he does, whether it be a general maintenance service, or an emergency situation. We have experienced both in the past. Mario also has a pleasant personality, explains what he is going to do, what he needs to do, what he feels we should do, etc, with respect to our AC/Heat system, air handler, condenser, and more. He would be my first choice as technician for any issue or non-issue I ever have with my system.One other note re Chuck Winters, the brains of the ARS crews. Has the most thorough knowledge and know-how of any technician I have ever dealt with. In my mind, there is only one service company I would consider turning to when it comes to the AC/Heat system, ...ARS and Chuck Winters. And personal service technician, Mario D., hands down. Thank you for all your help ARS

    John Kelly from Parish Florida, a supervisor for repairs, , he drove 2 hours down yesterday to fix my a/c, the motor died , after it being broke 3 days, he was very nice, professional, quick.     Mario got here late afternoon. We had a leak in our AC system that was difficult to find. Mario was clever in isolating the leak and repaired it very quickly once he found it. Checked it thoroughly to make sure it was fixed. Refilled our system and our AC was back in business. I thought did a fantastic job for us and we appreciated that he worked late to get us running again. High integrity, high skill,and high quality work.

    The Technician, Vinnie was on time, he was courtesy to my home and wore all of the protective gear that I would expect (Mask, Shoe Covers, Gloves, etc.). He quickly diagnosed some additional items of concern beyond my regular Maintenance Visit and unclogged a slow draining Condensate line which was causing the system to trip one of its safety switches rendering itself non-operable on an intermittent basis! He cleaned up and genuinely thanked me for my business!SALUTE VINNIE!!

    Paul called and arrived on time. We reviewed the jobs he was to perform and he immediately went to work. He replaced a toilet, replaced a shower control, andre-aligned a shower head. He cleaned up the work sites, completed the paperwork, and left in about two hours. He was neat in his appearance and was professional and friendly in his demeanor. As in past jobs for me Pauls work was excellent as was his attitude.

    Your service technician, Mario, came yesterday afternoon to do the second PM call for our air conditioning unit under our maintenance agreement. Mario has been here previously and as usual did an outstanding job of checking out the a/c unit and air handler. When he gave us an A OK on the condition of the system, we now know that we are set to go for the remainder of our hot and humid summer. In addition to being a great technician, Mario is a very pleasant and courteous gentleman. 5 Stars for Mario.

    Wes came out to service the AC unit for a neighbor of mine whose condo I was watching. It was Christmas Eve about 1pm when it became apparent that the AC unit was not working properly. Wes diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and he had the necessary parts on his truck to get the AC running smoothly again. Wes took a great deal of time answering my questions and insured I was observing the gauges before and after service to insure freon levels and cooling were all in order. Wes is a real pro and a very service oriented person.

    Our condensing unit would keep shutting down and tripping a breaker there-fore no air conditioning in our home. This was frustrating and concerning. The first tech that was sent out replaced the contactor and that very same day the problem still existed which now was becoming increasingly frustrating as my wife suffers from respiratory issues. I requested a tech with more experience. They sent out John Jones there field supervisor. John quickly and professionally diagnosed the issue. We had a bad compressor. John replaced the breaker that had continually been tripping and installed a hard start kit to get us through. A new compressor was order and installed all within two days. John was outstanding. Extremely Professional, Excellent communication skills and obviously very talented. My wife and I are both very appreciative and greatful to John as he not only allievated what could have turned out to have been a very serious situation for us, He did so in such a caring and compassionate manner.Rick / Linda - Sarasota, Fl.

    Had my semi-annual visit from ARS today (4/27/2016) for my Hvac checkup. I had requested Mario D. as my service tech when I made my appointment, and Mario it was, ...for good reason. Mario is knowledgeable, thorough, and precise when it comes to these systems. He is also a very caring and personable individual. Mario is the best when it comes to working on my HVAC system. He knows what he is doing, and affords explanation that is easily understood. He also offers tips on how to care for the unit and maintain it between visits. This time, there was a capacitor that would soon need replacement, as I evidenced by the meter reading that Mario showed to me. Without replacement, the motor would be taxed to do its job efficiently and likely breakdown sooner than it should.I chose to have it replaced while Mario was present, especially with the heat that will arrive for a sustained period this summer.     ARS has been our go to air conditioning company for years. We noticed yesterday evening that the air conditioner was not working properly and called ARS this morning around 8:00 a.m. for service. Mario Diaz, the technician from ARS, was here by 10:00 a.m., had a couple of problems fixed and was back on the road by 11:30 a.m.Mr. Diaz is very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong in detail.     Mario did a thorough job of checking out the existing A/C system during his maintenance inspection. He identified and solved an electrical hazard that existed.Chuck recommended a suitable replacement system for Air-conditioning and heating. I was pleased with his solution and prices. Chuck provided all the information necessary.Wes removed the old AC system and installed the new system. Ray worked along with Wes. I was impressed with the professionalism of Wes. Later, he provided answers to my questions on the humidistat. A few days later, Chris flushed the Water Heater and checked its condition. Between him and Chuck, a suitable replacement unit was selected and priced out. I was very happy with the way he installed the new Water Heater and cleaned up the area. Jodi was prompt in getting the AC system inspected.Overall, ARS has an excellent team of professionals. They are knowledgeable and efficient. Their Customer Service is excellent. They work as a team. I recommend ARS. Already, they are installing another system for a neighbor on my street.

Wes the tech arrived at 3:00 PM & explained the charges for the call & offered us some choices then opened up the unit in the garage ceiling & found that the problem was a fuse. He replaced the fuse checked the thermostat response & explained the cost, $90.00 for a fuse replacement on top of a $69.00 service charge seemed a bit high! However Wes was very polite & professional . knew his stuff. so for his part of the service call we were satisfied.
