    Micah has done work for us at two homes. We can’t say enough great things about Micah and the work he does. I am highly technical, and while I was probably annoying the heck out of him asking questions while he was working, he was always gracious and went to great lengths to not only make sure I understood what he was doing but why. He is truly a “partner” with us in making sure our heating and cooling systems are at their top performance and for very reasonable cost.I highly recommend Your Plumber and will certainly be using them for any and all of our HVAC needs!     Mike from Your Plumber is very easy to work with. He takes the time to explain to you the things that are needed for the services that you’re inquiring about. He’s reliable, punctual, and honest when you hire him. The first job I had was for him to fix the outdated water heater in my home. Mike provided all the quotes for the material and labor to do the job. It was reasonably priced, and Mike completed the job up to code. He did such a spectacular job that I had to hire his services again when I wanted a washer & dryer installed! Mike provided us with recommendations for the electrician, and for the drywall guys – very good work from them as well! All in all, the Your Plumber folks have been such a pleasure to work with, that I will not hesitate to call on them again should I need their services. Definitely recommended!

    Outstanding is what comes to mind when I think of Your Plumber, Heating & Air. Great communication, excellent customer service, and care for the property were all exemplified by this company. It wasnt a simple ask when my wife and I asked Matt and Micah if they could replace our old tank water heater with a tankless on the opposite side of the wall in a different room. But, they pulled through and made it happen. Now, we have more space in our laundry room and hot water for days! I appreciated my initial conversion with Kelly in addition to her follow-ups and reminders for appointments. I am a detail-oriented person and I appreciated all of the little things that Kelly, Matt and Micah did. I would absolutely recommend them.

    Mike and Vida put in a tankless heater for us and its a great experience a month in. The reviews are right; excellent quality work and responsiveness, at full retail prices. ... In my opinion, quality and responsiveness are what matters in a plumber, and youll get plenty of that. As for price, have you ever paid to clean up and rework failed plumbing?     We have had these fine folks over multiples times- most recently a last minute appointment because our heater stopped working during a snowstorm. They were able to come over ASAP and help make everything operational again. When there was a slight discrepancy in price, they quickly offered a solution and fixed it.     Extremely professional, from start to finish. We were very pleased with the service. I was at work when Matt came by to put in a new waterline shut-off valve, as well as replace the hardware in our upstairs tub and shower. My wife was really excited when it was done. She called me and said, “We found our plumber!”

    These days, service aint cheap; however, good service is worth its weight in gold! Your Plumber, Heating & Air was very responsive and professional. Theyre worth their weight in gold....Mike is the man!! He came out the same day that we identified a problem with our heating system, and he was quick to diagnose the causes - two worn out and broken parts. He explained to us what the parts did and their importance to the system. Mike patiently answered our questions and quickly performed the needed repairs and tested the system (success!). He also took care of the basic servicing of the system that we were behind on.Its always good when you find a service professional who clearly knows what he/she is doing, but when theyre as friendly and helpful as Mike (and Kelly in the office), the cost is secondary.Well be using Your Plumber, Heating & Air again.     Matt and Kelly were consistently responsive, clear, and honest and provided high quality service. We were switching from our gas water heater to an electric heat pump water heater and tried to have several other plumbers do the work over the last year or so, none of which were able to come through on the job. I realize that heat pump water heaters are relatively new and therefore very few plumbers in town have any experience with them, but Matt was willing to learn about the ins and outs and complexities and turn it into a straightforward and completed job. The water heater is working great, even in this exceptionally cold and snowy winter we are having! We couldnt be happier to be off gas with an incredibly efficient water heater that will improve our indoor air quality and save us money year after year. Plus, we can now apply for rebates from both the City of Flagstaff and on our taxes, reducing the cost that much more.

    Mike, Mike and Vida are all exceptional at what they do. We had to replace the water heater and furnace for our AirBNB. The job required a lot more than the standard replacement. Another estimate was lower in cost, but the communication was poor and we knew they wouldnt come close to what Your Plumber would do for us. Mike clearly explained this to us with the utmost patience over our decision. We only had one day to do both jobs. Mike and Mike worked tirelessly to do a terrific job.     This family-run business is phenomenal! From the first moments of scheduling an appointment through Vida through the end of the installation done by Mike, everything was efficient and performed at the utmost professional level. Communication was excellent and the bids were clear and comprehensive. Our old conventional tank water heater was at the end of life and our house water filtration system was completely ineffective. To complicate matters, we run off a well. Mike has extensive practical experience and was able to clearly explain the pros and cons of all alternatives. We switched to the largest capacity residential tankless water heater and a Halo filtration system, which is an amazing improvement! We could not be happier and will use Mike for everything plumbing-related!

    Your Plumber was excellent! We called after the piping under our sink started leaking. When Mike arrived and inspected the problem, he informed us of a couple other problems that went beyond the leaking pipes. He was detailed and knowledgeable about everything he was doing.     I had a problem with my hot water heater so I called in. Over the phone they were able to diagnose my problem so I was able to set up a date for it to be repaired. Mike is who assisted me and it was a pleasure. He was thorough, professional, and answered all questions I had. The cost was fair and I received a lot of knowledge from Mike. He gave me tips on how to take care of my hot water heater as well as other pieces of equipment to prevent a future call. They are straight to the point and very transparent when it comes to pricing. I was very satisfied with the service that was provided. They went above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction as I had called them today (Sunday night, 2 days after the first service call) for a follow up question. I left a voicemail not expecting to reach them today as they were closed. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call back within the hour from Mike. He answered my follow up question and made sure everything was set and that if I needed any other help to call and let them know. They are my new Go To plumber. I cant recommend their services enough.

    We are so happy with Mike and Vidas help with our water heater. Of course these plumbing emergencies always happen at worst time; for us it was 10 pm the night before I was to leave on a week long trip. Mike stayed on the phone with me late that night while I cleaned puddles and drained the water heater and we made arrangements for him to come replace our old unit. The new unit is worth every penny as the installation and quality surpass all expectations. Honestly , the best recommendation I can give is that I was not worried for my familys plumbing needs because I knew I left them in good hands with Mike.     The entire process of purchasing a new furnace was great. Vita was helpful with setting up appointments and in constant communication with where we were at in the process (great when dropping a few thousand bucks!) Mike and Mikes installation was thorough and exactly the price quoted. While they were here installing, we found some issues with the duct work that they were happy to fix without charge. Will absolutely use them again!

    While I had the unfortunate luck of having my water heater AND home furnace die together, I had the good fortune of finding Your Plumber to perform the repair and replacement work. The work estimate was clear and the final price matched the job bid. The final work summary included photos and a clear breakdown of work performed. I was even out of town when this expensive project occurred and Mike and Vida were available for questions and promptly notified me of completion. While this type of home appliance repair work can be sudden and stressful, Mike and Vida do everything to make the process as smooth as possible. Mike also went “above and beyond” with a few details to ensure the new appliance actually looked nice, too.     A very satisfied customer.I looked at all the other 5 star reviews and thought they were too good to be true. They were not.My furnace was 26 years old, so when it started making yet another noise I made an appointment to have Your Plumber do a tune-up, knowing full well the furnace would probably have to be replaced; it had to be replaced. However, when its the beginning of January and you need a new furnace, chances are youre going to get gouged. That did not happen. Your Plumber gave me a good price, and replaced the furnace the same day. Also, unlike many contractors, they were not at all stingy with information. Everyone I dealt with at Your Plumber, was friendly, courteous, helpful, and most importantly, competent.Mike, Mike, and Vida are professionals who know how to do their jobs, and they went way beyond the extra mile to make sure I was 100% satisfied.

    Mike and Vida at Your Plumber are the most responsive and professional plumbing company I have ever worked with. We have had them do repairs at several properties and I know I can count on them to be the best quality parts and installation. I just had a new tankless water heater installed and my garage was cleaner when they left than it has been in a long time. Mike swept the floor and wiped down surfaces. We have now worked with Your Plumber for about five years and recommend them highly! You might pay a little more for their services, but piece of mind is priceless.

    Ive never had to use a plumber before so I dont have anything to compare to but Your Plumber was nothing but a positive experience. I discovered a leak in my ceiling and called Your Plumber later in the morning and Mike was out at my house by that afternoon.     I hadn’t heard of Your Plumber co. Before, but after reading the reviews I thought I’d give them a try. We had a leak from our dishwasher which caused some water damage. When I called Your Plumber Vida was concerned that they wouldn’t be able to come out for a few days because we originally thought it was an under slab leak she told me I should call another plumber to get someone there quickly. Well, that’s what made my decision! I’d wait, because I’ve used numerous others and wasn’t happy! We stopped using the dishwasher and the leaking had stopped. When Mike came out he was awesome! He explained EVERYTHING ahead of time and after making a check of again EVERYTHING he found our water pressure was extremely high which not only effected the dishwasher but he was able to figure out why I was having problems with my water heater (I had a Plumber out 3 times to fix) it was still leaking! Not anymore! Was there more repairs then expected? Yes, but we knew something was wrong and the other Co. should have noticed it! All is perfect with my plumbing now and Mike connected us to a restoration Co.that’s helping us with the water damage. Can’t say enough good about Your Plumber!     Above and beyond, that is the way to describe Mike and Mike at Your Plumber. We had an issue with our furnace that stemmed from the original installation (not done by them). We ended up needing a whole new unit. They were up front with everything and were able to outline a plan that would work with the way the house had been constructed. Not only did they install the new unit at a price we seemed was fair, they also fixed and dialed in other things along the way to make the whole situation correct.

    I’ve had a couple great experiences with Your Plumber. I initially had them by to do a check on a super old furnace last fall. They looked at it, and instead of giving me the run around that we needed a new furnace, told me some things to look for said it would give me another couple years.Flash forward to this spring, with fire season eternally on our radar, we decided to get a new AC unit, and figured we’d take care of the furnace and another super old water heater at the same time.Mike did a fantastic job with walking me through the process, and the folks who helped him revamp our HVAC lives were all so professional.     I needed to update and replace the plumbing in my new house in Flagstaff. I had had several unpleasant and strange experiences while looking for a plumber, which I wont go into here, but suffice it to say that after these experiences I was quite discouraged. While once again researching plumbers on line I came across Your Plumber and read some of the reviews. They offered a complete plumbing consultation for $99, refundable if you went ahead with the work they recommended. I decided to set up an appointment.Mike came to my house at the agreed-upon time and spent two hours going over every plumbing item in the house, in great detail, giving a rough estimate of the cost as he went. It was a very educational experience, well worth the $99 even if I hadnt gone ahead with his recommendations because Mike is not only driven to excellence, he is a virtuoso of the plumbing profession. His recommendations were not inexpensive, but I needed to get the work done. I knew that if I took a piecemeal approach I would be facing continued plumbing problems for as long as I lived in the house, and as an old retired guy, I did not want to spend the rest of my life dealing with bad plumbing.He did all the work in three intensive days, plus a few hours to touch-up details. He installed three new toilets, three new bathroom faucet sets, a new kitchen sink and faucet set, a tankless water heater and whole-house water filter, a new deep soaking tub, and replaced the valves for the second floor washing machine and dryer. He was punctual, did what he said he was going to do, kept me fully informed as the job progressed, and showed me many aspects of my plumbing system that I would never have otherwise known about. For example, he showed me that the whole-house water pressure regulator valve had failed, something that the home inspector had missed when I bought the house. The water pressure throughout the system was therefore too high - 133 psi - putting a strain on all the fixtures and no doubt accounting for several of the leaks that were occurring. He also replaced the kitchen faucet set he first installed, after it showed a minor defect.Mikes work was of the highest quality, and worth every penny. More important is the peace of mind I now have about living in my house without having to worry about my next plumbing crisis and having to find a good plumber in Flagstaff to fix it. I know I can call Mike Spear at Your Plumber and the problem will be fixed the right way, and promptly. Many thanks, Mike!

    Our experience with Your Plumber was excellent. They are by far the most professional and best HVAC and plumbing company in Flagstaff. Our furnace stopped working when it was just five years old. Another HVAC professional in Flagstaff tried to diagnose the issue and after three visits he gave up and never came back. Mike from Your Plumber figured out what the issues were in just a few minutes, and we learned that a different HVAC company in Flagstaff had installed the furnace improperly in about six different ways. Their faulty installation caused the furnace to fail. It turns out they had installed our water heater improperly too. Both Mikes from Your Plumber came in and replaced our furnace and water heater. They were extremely clean and careful in their work. They made sure to get the necessary permits and City inspection. And they carefully documented everything they did to show the faults in the original installations. I highly recommend. Vida is very nice and helpful on the phone and the Mikes are great at explaining everything in person.

    I called Mike and Vida to schedule an appointment to come out and see why my water heater wasn’t heating correctly. They both called me back and explained how the hot water heater and house heater are a combo unit, and offered advice as to what I could try to do myself before having them come out. Mike went into detail with me, explaining what I should do and why I needed to do it. I came away from the call not only understanding a lot more about my system, but also knowing without a doubt who I’ll call next time I have any heating issues.

    We have had lots of plumbing issues in our house and have used several different plumbers here in town and have been dissatisfied with most of them. (some even left projects incomplete!). Mike with Your Plumber was an amazing find! He is very knowledgeable and personable. He knows his stuff, is meticulous in doing a job right and is honest. He even fixed a pipe that a previous plumber left incomplete for no extra charge (I didnt ask him to do this, he just did it and it was unrelated to the job we were paying him for). He is not the cheapest plumber in town compared to some of the larger companies, but you truly get what you pay for in parts and expertise. His wife Vida works in the office is also lovely to talk to and kept us updated and informed. I cant recommend them enough!

    What a great team! I work in Minnesota, but my retirement home is in Flagstaff. I needed a secondary gas line run for future appliances.     Time for another review after the installation of a whole-house water filtration system—again I am simply thrilled. While my primary purpose for this expense was for the sake of my tankless water heater and oil-rubbed bronze fixtures that were showing signs of deposits after only a couple months, I have been amazed at how great the water feels. My very dry skin is only mildly dry. As stated below, the professionalism and pleasantry of Your Plumber is outstanding. They showed up on time for the install, talked to me about options, kept me informed of their progress (I have an older home and they had to make things to make the new furnace work with my old ducting), and cleaned up afterward.They also gave me instructions about the new thermostat and how to register the furnace and left clear instructions on how to get it inspected by the city.     Amazing company! Our furnace stopped working mid-Feb, and Vida was able to get Mike out to fix it asap.     As a first time homeowner, with parents who live out of town, I was really nervous calling someone to come and help me and trusting that I would not be taken advantage of. Mike came and assisted me with a leaky faucet. In addition to explaining the issue, he also taught me some things (where my main water shut off is, how tight is tight when it comes to plumbing, and recommendations for what to expect if another issue were to arise).     The work was excellent. I rate them 4 stars because when I first contacted them they suggested an appointment one week out. This seemed too long to wait on a plumbing problem so I wasn’t comfortable. At that point, they all of a sudden got me worked into their schedule the next morning. They quote by the job vs parts and labor, which would be okay if reasonable. After the repair, I priced out the two parts they used and even if I doubled the cost of these parts for mark up purposes, it would make their labor over $238/hr which I feel is extremely high. Great work but plan on paying a premium for it!

    My wife and I contacted You Plumber here in Flagstaff to have a Halo 5 in-home water filtration system installed. Our goal was to 1.     Recently, we moved from Phoenix to a house in Flagstaff AZ that was built in 2002 and had central air conditioning (A/C) installed later on in 2005. During the heat wave of this summer, we noticed that the air conditioning was highly inefficient and indeed, was freezing-up and shutting off after seemingly working endlessly without ever cooling the house down.We called “Your Plumber” and they came out and quickly identified the problem. The added on A/C unit installed in 2005 was horribly mismatched with the furnace and additionally, some ducting had been dry-walled over also. A new furnace with the ability to work efficiently with the A/C unit corrected the problem.“Your Plumber” also installed a HALO 5 water treatment system different that the old add-on salt water softener system we tolerated in Phoenix. The HALO 5 system is a much better option that what we previously had in Phoenix.But, perhaps the best part of our experience with “Your Plumber” was in the manner and time they spent explaining the options and fixes that we could choose from to correct our A/C system and treat our water to our total understanding, allowing us to make informed choices on what we needed and wanted in our home.We highly recommend that for any plumbing, heating, air conditioning, or water treatment decisions for your home, be assured that you need not look for any other; just pick up the phone and call “Your Plumber!”

    My very old furnace broke, I called them and they came out that day and replaced it with a new one. They also fixed some poorly done, definitely not code things on my water tank that the previous owners had jerry-rigged for free. When the inspector came out for the furnace he pointed out a few other things the previous owner had jerry-rigged that he didnt like so the two Mikes came back out and fixed those for free even though it wasnt even what they had installed or done.     Mike and Michael installed a new tankless water heater when our 16 year old one died overnight (well, we helped kill it that day before by descaling it). We also had a whole house water filter installed as we understood the benefits of having one with a tankless water heater. The explanations for the products and the work to be be done were detailed and thorough - it helps when when the folks installing things actually have the products in their own homes. Your Plumber was very responsive and their work was meticulous - one of the best contractors we have worked with in the city. They even went above and beyond with some extra work and parts that came up while doing the job without impact to the quote, though we would have gladly paid for it. They really made the difference. And we are very happy with our new heater (which puts our old one to shame) and the whole water filtration - there are so many ways were it is obviously making a difference. We will most definitely work with them on any future plumbing projects.
