Excellence Service!!! I cant say enough good things about Mountain High Plumbing, and I give them my highest recommendation. Ive utilized their services several times when drain line and plumbing issues arose at our familys old house. The whole staff from Jimmy the owner, to Juile and Crista in the office, who are very helpful and friendly - Most of all knowledgeable field technicians Bird and Mike. They are not interested in up-selling and they put themselves in your shoes to help you make the best decision for your situation. The best solution is not the same solution for everyone, and this is key to understand. Your house design will play a major part in figuring out the tradeoffs so you can get the best value.If youre having any issues with your plumbing or heating, I cant imagine anyone doing a better job getting you all fixed up quickly, confidently and affordably. I had an emergency leak in my upstairs bathroom that was way out of my league! I contacted mountain high plumbing and the response time even here in Bellemont was incredible! They sent out a technician right away! He had the leak under control in no time! Super friendly and informative even offered to help clean up some of the mess! Before he finished the job the owner Himself Jimmy showed up to ensure everything was going as planned and I was happy with the service! Thanks again Jimmy and crew I highly recommend these guys!

Mountain High Plumbing has been great to work with. We just had a full boiler system replaced. The previous unit had been in place for 14 years. The team did a great job replacing and retrofitting all of the plumbing portions. Very happy with the quality of work and great customer service. Definitely using this team for all future plumbing needs.

Long time local business. I called the office the morning of Christmas eve for possible repair. Jordan (the on call tech) reached out to me with in 10 minutes while he was on his way to another call. After chatting with him for a couple of minutes he advised me what I thought was a challenging repair turned out to be a simple repair. He actually give me enough tips for me to do the repair my self. Not many people in the repair business is willing to give out tips over the phone. Because of Jordan I will be calling Mountain High Plumbing for future repairs.Jordan, THANK YOU!

Mountain High has done a ton of work for me over the years and they have always proved reliable. Ive had emergencies, including a leak on Christmas Eve, when they rescued me when most would have stayed home. Its a family owned business and Jimmy takes care of his customers as though they were family. They arent my first call for a plumber - they are my only call.

We had a sewage line break under our house, called them up and they sent out a professional.Logan Stiver was my plumber through the whole process, he was honest and upfront about their fair pricing and the details of the repair itself. Logan answered all my many questions and even coordinated with the people doing the cleanup to get me back into my house as soon as was possible.Theyve got my recommendation.

Bird came out quickly yesterday morning and explained the game plan to get our pipe fixed so we could get our water back on fast. Bird was polite, patient and efficient. He made the calls needed to get our plumbing appropriately marked so wed avoid damage with digging. He was EARLIER than what he told me to plan for, which I appreciated. It is hard to find reliable people in Northern Arizona for most repair services, and the company we used for our last plumbing issue was a literal nightmare. Thank you for making this issue as painless as possible. This is the only company Ill call for my plumbing issues.

I had a fire in my trailer right before Thanksgiving. The owner, Jimmy, came with a truck full of supplies and stayed until all the water and sewer systems were verified to be working and even helped with some of the electrical. I called him late at night and he was at my door early the next morning. This is a great family owned business that has always treated me right. Would give 20 stars if I could.

I have been using Mountain High Plumbing since my first house I bought in Flagstaff in 2004. I have not had a problem with scheduling and theyve been quick to respond to emergencies. The service people they send are always friendly, and they work swiftly to fix the problem. I recently needed a new disposal with a tricky install and the guy Tony had it done in 15 minutes with minimal labor costs. While here, I asked him to check out a toilet that kept cycling and he gave it a quick repair without an additional charge. He offered me some money-saving advice for a future replacement on the toilet that would be needed soon, which I appreciated.

Tony Pye at Mountain High Plumbing really helped us out. Our hot water heater went out in our vacation rental, I called around looking for bids and his was by far the most fair. Preston is a great guy and took the time to diagnose our issue. The response to our call and to fix the issue was super prompt. We woke up to a a substantial leak from our bathroom to our garage. We were so freaked out, there is never a good time for plumbing issues. Preston and Mountain high care and resolved our issue.
