    Michael with Mammoth Plumbing did an amazing job. He came out and relocated the water shut off valve in our home. It was by the driveway. He fixed a drip in the bathroom next to my work office. I never heard him nor did my clients, and I work from home. His work was clean and he left no mess. He was professional and on time. Weve had no leak since then. We would recommend Michael with Mammoth Plumbing if you want the job done right.

    Mike was friendly, efficient, dependable and did great work for us at The Museum. He was very flexible when things would change in our scheduling. He was proactive and happily moved along with the changes. The office staff were friendly and helpful. Mammoth will be our first choice next time we need plumbing work done, and we’ll request Mike as a technician.

    We had Micheal out to fix a tub faucet leak and install a main line shut off valve inside the house behind the softener tank. Pretty tight quarters. He used metal flashing to protect the walls while soldering and cleaned up like he was never there. He even performed a pressure check to be sure. No more leaks or going out in the snow to turn the water off. Thanks, Micheal and Mammoth!

    Being in customer service I feel it very important when an individual or team makes an impression to take the time to acknowledge. So many times people are quick to talk about the bad instead of taking the time to call the company. I wish more would follow up instead of just being mean. That being said I wanted to acknowledge your employee Demarcus, (WOW) he was friendly courteous and willing to go above and beyond. Taking the time to speak with me and my wife about our concerns and making sure we would be happy with what he was suggesting instead of just doing the work and leaving. He took the time to call me at work to get input and feed back and even locate meters that were hidden by flood debris. I will definitely ask for him personally the next time. As for the office team I wish I could clone they young lady that answered the phone, (Sasha) very professional kind and courteous.     I was very pleased with Mammoth Plumbing’s work when they recently replaced our water heater. (I hadn’t realized Mammoth did plumbing? I thought it was just flood damage mitigation. Clearly, they do more than that.) Not only was the price competitive, the service was worth every penny. The representative I spoke with, Sascha, was VERY helpful. I was able to ask all sorts of questions & if she didn’t know the answer, she would find out. She was friendly, thorough and easy to work with.When the plumbers came out they were competent, friendly and efficient. They took time to answer our questions, kept us updated when the water would be off/back on and were respectful of our home.I will absolutely be using them again.

    The plumber that installed my water pump and bathroom installation of vanity and plumbing did a good job. My only complaint is the cost of the services. Guess I am not use to paying that much for plumbing. I’ll have to brush up on my plumbing skills.
