We are staying at a run down AirBnB cottage in Sunnyside and the kitchen faucet spout sprung a leak from corrosion. Water sprayed all over when the faucet was on. Today is Saturday.We told the AirBnB hosts about the issue and within 20 minutes a technician with Royal Plumbing was at the door. 30 minutes later a new kitchen faucet was installed, the area cleaned and tidy, and he was gone.Ive seen Royal Plumbing trucks around town for years, but I now see them in a very positive light. I never expected a plumbing company to show up so fast on a Saturday, and complete a job as fast and efficient as this guy did. He even had all new parts with him!Im sure due to the condition of this property they will return soon, but its good to know these AirBnB hosts knew a great compnany to call.I didnt get the guys name but he was super cool and friendly.

These guys are amazing! Weve had them come to our home and our business, and every time its great experience. Most of the time they even make it out to us the same day. Our last 2 experiences have been with Kenji, and hes awesome! Hes professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The last issue we had, we called, and within 45 minutes Kenji was at our door. While service that quick is going to be a rarity, the fact that I called at 10am, and by noon our problem was resolved is just unheard of in the world of plumbing issues. We also have to say that they are the most fairly priced plumber weve ever worked with, you expect to be pretty broke after any interaction with a plumber, but we usually feel like we should have paid more. Seeing other reviews that mention an estimate fee or issues with scheduling has not been our experience, I would give them 10 stars if Google let me.

Called on a Saturday with 2 toilets backing up and a house full of guests from out of town. Eric was polite and courteous on the phone call. He showed on time just as he indicated, and was very good at explaining what the issue was. Most importantly he fixed it within and with a reasonable price. Exceptional service and would definitely use them again.

This business was my 3rd call and Im so grateful they actually answered the phone. My kitchen sink had a bad clog. They came the same day and $140 later, it was good to go! Very happy with their customer service and quick turnaround time!

Fast and reasonable. We had a clogged main sewer line, and they responded and got it opened right away. Total time from when I contacted them to when it was complete was probably no more than 4 hours! Cost was reasonable also

I have hired Royal Plumbing for over 15 years for both personal and work place jobs. For this job I bought two new toilets on a Friday morning and called Gabe at Royal to install them. He told me they could get to it Monday for sure but they might be able to get to them that same afternoon. Sure enough they were able to come Friday afternoon and two men quickly and cleanly removed my old toilets, installed my new ones and hauled off the old ones with the boxes the new ones came in - they didnt leave a trace of being here. Did a great job and were extremely professional and courteous.

These guys are Awesome. They show up when they say they usually come same day. Quote their price and do their work .Commuicate well. We live in Munds Park and call them for our root issues. I also clean in the park and refer them often.

I like this company. They always respond and come on time. I like the workers. But I have a simple request: please have your plumbers put on coverings over their shoes when coming into homes. I am cleaning up some mud now and I worry about the health risks of dirt from shoes that are worn for sewer issues.

Both kitchen sinks blocked backing up black oily gunk. I called at 11:45 am, the service man arrived at noon. He ran a snake throughout the pipes and the job was finished at 12:15. Their service charge was very reasonable. I will call them again for any plumbing problems.

Fast and very reasonable! We bought a new fridge with an ice maker, but found out that the wall connection for our ice maker was stripped. We called Royal Plumbing and they came out within a few hours and replaced the old connector (which unfortunately had been previously sweat on). Excellent work and very clean. Thank you!
