    Brandon was here promptly on time; he was extremely competent and knowledgeable. There were some issues with our old disposal which he remedied right away. He installed the new disposal quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after himself, was cordial and friendly. I recommend Brandon and Assurance Plumbing and Heating for all plumbing jobs. We were extremely satisfied with their service and will use them again for any of our plumbing needs.

    My hot water heater sprung a leak on a Saturday morning. Assurance Plumbing sent out a technician within two hours of my call. He made the repair quickly and efficiently, and was very polite and professional. I recommend Assurance.

    I have been using Assurance Plumbing and Heating since I bought my house in August of 2022. I have used them several time when I have had issues with the plumbing. They have provided great customer service and have done a great job with getting my issues fixed. The last issue I had was a noise coming from my sewer ejection pump. Preston came out and right away knew what the problem was. Luckily, it was an easy fix. However, the night before I noticed that there was a leak behind the washing machine. I asked Preston if he could look at it and he noticed that the previous owner had installed the wrong size pipes so water was backing up. Preston replaced the pipes and answered all of my questions. I have not been disappointed with the great customer service I have received from Assurance Plumbing and Heating. They are very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them to everyone!     After a home inspection found several plumbing issues, I called Assurance Plumbing for their help in correcting issues with drain pipes, water heater, and toilet replacement. Not only did they handle these issues with professionalism but they did a very thorough job and made sure I was informed as they completed each task. Their plumbing tech, Damien, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He even found an issue with a tub faucet that I had neglected to mention and fixed that for me as well. I am very happy with the service I received and plan to call them with any future needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Assurance Plumbing to friends or family for any plumbing needs.     Assurance Plumbing came to the rescue when my sump pump went out at my cabin. Some things that I really appreciated was someone answered the phone every time I called. They were also able to accommodate a same day appointment (on a weekend) being an emergency and their techs arrives on time.     My scheduled appointment time was between 10:00 and noon. Received a text at 9:07 saying that the technician, Damien was on his way. Showed up 10 mins later. He evaluated the issue and gave me a quote. He had everything he needed on the truck and was able to do the job right then. Reliable, efficient very professional. Highly recommend. I know who Ill be calling for any future plumbing issues.

    I was referred to this company by a friend who told me they were excellent. I have to say I feel the same. They promptly came on time and the technician was polite, patient and, answered all my questions.Communication was excellent as I was given a text to let me know the technician was on his way and after the visit I had a phone call from the office manager to let me know the next steps happening and we firmed up a date for a repair.

    Hands down the most amazing plumbing appointment. In addition to the tasks I needed him to take care of (installing two bidets, fixing leaks in the toilet), the Sean checked all of my drains, showed me how my plumbing works, all of my water shutoffs, the clean-outs, how to use my hot water heater, what issues to look for so Id know when to call for help to prevent a bigger problem, taught me how to prevent burst pipes in the winter, and taught me how to switch out toilet flappers so I can do them myself in the future. All this in one hour. I learned a lot and am much less intimidated by the plumbing in my house, and he probably saved me money in the long term by teaching me simple fixes. He made sure I got the most out of the 1-hour minimum job :)

    I was pleased that when I called the office I actually had a human being answer the phone rather than a voice message. They said they could get someone to me by 11 o’clock, but the tech actually arrived even earlier than that. The tech Damien was soft-spoken, but explained what needed to be done, worked hard and solved the problem of a significant water leak from one of our toilets which was likely the cause of our depleted well cistern.

    I couldnt be happier with my experience and the service that Assurance Plumbing and Heating provided me. Being a DIYer to a fault I spent 3 of the grossest hours of my life trying to get a kitchen sink unclogged. This went on into the late hours of the night and finally defeated I went to bed with a non-functioning sink. I called Assurance plumbing first thing in the morning at 8am and they were at my house by 9:05am and the sink was fixed by 9:45am! It was also for a very reasonable price. Im just kicking myself that I spent 3 hours doing something with gunk all over me, when it took the professionals less then an hour. Thank you so much and I will definitely be giving you guys a call the next time I need help!

    When the Rescue Mission had a major water line break we had to close. Without water the health department could not let us provide emergency services to those experiencing homelessness. Joe with Assurance Plumbing came twice on a weekend just to see how the excavation was going. Monday morning he was on the phone, “Do you need us? Can we help?” Assurance Plumbing ran new pipe from an inside turn off, across a large room, down the wall, through the floor and concrete stem wall and to the city’s turnoff IN ONE DAY. They did a stellar job, even cleaning up all the dirt before leaving. It doesn’t get any better!

    When I saw that they had over 300 5-star ratings, I thought that nobody can be that good. Well, Ive used Assurance 3 times in the past 2 years, and I recommend them to anyone in Flag. I had a broken sewer line over the winter. They were able to come out within 24-hours, dug down to the sewer line, replaced the broken pipe, and were done within about 3-4 hours. Next, I started renovating a bathroom, and had them come out to move a toilet drain, and install a new shower valve (with new water lines). Was all done in under a day. Sean was my technician, and I would highly recommend him. Did a great job (that was about 1 year ago, and no leaks or issues to date). And I just used them again today for another remodel. Had Sean move a toilet drain and install a new tub drain with tub valve. Once again, great job, all done in a day, and reasonable pricing. Would strongly recommend.

    I’ve used almost every plumbing service in Flagstaff over the last few decades for both my commercial businesses as well as at our home. Most were completely disappointing, frustrating, and hugely expensive. Often I had to hire other terrible plumbers to try and fix other terrible plumbers mistakes. Through process of elimination it was easier to determine who never to use again, and the list is long! Fortunately a few years ago a trusted friend enthusiastically recommended Assurance Plumbing. I’ve used them several times now in the last four years and they are absolutely fantastic! And not just because the bar is low.     Living in a nearly 100 year old home, Ive been having my fair share of plumbing/sewer issues. I really wanted to go local so I checked reviews and found Asssurance. Hands down, the BEST plumbing service and BEST plumbers Ive had the pleasure of working with. Fast, on-time, and outstanding work. And the price was incredibly reasonable. My heart was thumping when I heard the knock on the door when they finished up, expecting the worst (which is always the case for me with the price with other plumbers). I could actually afford this fix! I was so impressed with them that I intend to throw them another, much bigger job. I cant recommend this local company enough.     This was an amazing experience from start to finish. We realized we had a leak to our house so our water was shut off. Joe came to the house at the scheduled time - assessed the situation and found the leak. In spite of the fact that they were short staffed today, within a few hours Damien was sent back to our house. He excavated the area, isolated the leak and repaired it explaining every thing and answering my questions along the way. He was courteous and is a very hard worker with great attention to detail. Shortly after he finished I received the invoice, at a VERY fair price, complete with photos. And now we have water in our home again!     We had a serious leak in the service line between our house and the street. At first, we chased the leak according to another company that identified where the leak was but was advised by Assurance Plumbing that this was a hit or miss game and we should probably reroute the line. This was the correct call as the place that was identified to dig was not even close to the leak. So instead of digging up our whole driveway, we rerouted. Chris from Assurance Plumbing came in to replumb the line and thoroughly explained what he thought was the best way to do this which ended up being cheaper than expected to replumb the line and saved us a bit of money. Assurance Plumbing was easy to work with and answered all my questions. They did a great job and we have running water in our house again! Thank you Assurance Plumbing!

    My water heater was leaking water from the bottom of the control box at a rate of 1 gallon an hour. I called them and they had an opening that day. They estimated service call between 2 and 4 PM and actually arrived a few minutes after 2! Draining the tank took a awhile as it is old and had sediment but once that was done it took very little time to put on the new part. Both men were courteous, professional, and answered all my questions. The price was very reasonable as well. I am completely satisfied with the service and will call them again for my next plumbing need.
