    I bought my hot water tank from them summer of 21 which was recommend by someone. Since then I have followed them on Facebook and had seen how they also update plumbing. A year ago I had learned I had a leak/drip so I finally made it to the item on my to do list. I called Tuesday and had a estimate scheduled for Friday morning. Today had estimate, repair and update completed by Arnie A within 3 hours. I did watch for a little bit which I like to do when I have work done. I like to be a good home owner and be on top of things before things are a bigger problem.

    We were having considerable trouble with a back up in our basement drain. We kept trying to figure out the problem - it kept coming back. I called Waterwork plumbing on New Year’s Day and we had a great experience. They found the blockages gave us great advice and we can now safely use our laundry and shower. I was so grateful for the help and expertise at a difficult time.

    I was thrilled with my Water Works Experience, Collin did a wonderful job, and took the time to instruct me, on the annually timed appointments to eliminate additional issues.     I can’t say enough about how happy I am with this company. I had an issue with my main shut off that multiple plumbers were unable to fix. One guy even told me he just didn’t want to do it because it was so unusual and quoted me $1200 after telling me he was off his meds lol Finding a good and honest plumber is hard work, let me tell you! After having my water shut off for over 24 hours, and two failed attempts to fix the problem, there was no end in sight! WaterWork Plumbing was able to get someone to me within 2 hours. Guy was amazing and was able to think outside of the box to fix the issue (quickly at that), and we are so grateful. I will definitely be using this company again for future plumbing needs :) THANK YOU!

    We needed a plumber to install a new garage disposal and remover the old one. I called WaterWork plumbing and they got someone to come out less than 30 minutes. The plumber was very courteous and nice and installed my new garage disposal in 45 minutes. Great company. I will call them if I have any other plumbing problems.

The technician J was efficient in clearing the clog in my kitchen sink drain and left all of the work areas in spotless condition.     I had great service with WaterWork Plumbing two times within a month. The first time with water leaking into the basement from the washer hose and a problem with the water shut off.     WaterWork Plumbing is amazing. I bought a house with an old sump pump and had them come out for recommendations to replace and upgrade. Their plumber came to look at the setup and while onsite diagnosed an ongoing problem that two basement specialty companies had missed. It turns out my sump pump drain line was clogged which was causing pumped water to come out the overflow and saturate the ground near my house. The job was complicated slightly because a previous plumber had glued the overflow connection. However, Waterworks had everything they needed on the truck to do the job right. The plumber was exceptionally professional. He communicated clearly through the whole process. The pricing was transparent and fair. I cant say enough good about the experience.

I reached out to WaterWork on Saturday morning with an emergent issue - I imagined that I would have to wait a few days to get an appointment but, they were able to dispatch a plumber to my home within 30 minutes of my call!     I cannot say enough good about this company. When installing a new dryer, we saw the 50 year old line was all bent up. Called Waterwork and got set up within 3 days. The Plumber, Billy was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained every step in detail. He changed all the outdated stuff and replaced it with safe up to code gas lines and fixtures.We will definitely be calling back anytime we need a Plumber.

    We had the mishap of our drain getting clogged and had water over flowing some parts of our basement floor. We called waterworks that day and they were out at our house in next day by 1000. My guy Colin was a super cool professional as well as very knowledgeable individual in his areas of expertise. He snaked out to the sewer; and then came inside and snaked a few other spots in my basement. After all said in done, the water did finally reside and my clean up has begun.     On Memorial Day, Monday, my sewer line was leaking, and I called several plumbing companies, not expecting a response until the next day. To my surprise, WaterWork Plumbing called me. It was an actual employee, not an answering service. I was able to set up an appointment for the next day, Tuesday. Zach came to clean the line, and suggested I consider hydro-jet cleaning the line and also getting a video inspection, as the leak was coming through the wall. I was able to schedule an appointment for Friday of the same week. Greg and Tom cleaned the line, and found there was a break in the line when doing the video inspection. Based on the results, I have to figure out what to do, and was given a couple of options to consider. My experience with WaterWork plumbing was very professional and reasonable. If I need future plumbing help, I will be calling WaterWork plumbing. If you are in need of a plumber, I recommend WaterWork Plumbing.

    These guys are fantastic. We sunk a bunch of money into another plumber trying to find out why there was a leak happening in our kitchen ceiling. They kept coming and saying they fixed it, but never actually did. We called Water Works Plumbing and a gentleman came out today and identified and fixed the problem so quick for only a couple hundred bucks. He was super nice and professional.     Update 8/24/24: my long curly hair clogged the tub again and we were also worried our washer was leaking. We were so excited that they sent Larry! He unclogged the tub and helped us determine that our A/C needed attention. I am so grateful to WaterWorks Plumbing. 💙Our tub hasn’t been draining well and last night became completely clogged. Since we just moved in, we figured we’d call a plumber this time. I picked WaterWork Plumbing to call first based on NextDoor recommendations. I think I called at 2pm and Larry arrived at 4pm. Theyve done a few jobs for us since we moved to Royal Oak, and weve always been very pleased with their work.This week, the new water heater they installed was inspected by the city, and we needed to make some changes to the venting.     We had a really great experience with Waterwork! We’ve had multiple plumbing companies out over the course of a few months due to intermittent flooding in our basement, but each time the plumber was unable to do much beyond a small temporary fix.This time Kenny really took the time to investigate our issue instead of just sending us to a waterproofing company. He contacted his supervisor Egor and he came right over. Egor discovered that we had multiple issues —not only with our storm drain, but we had a burst water pipe in the front yard that we didn’t know about. It had been leaking for months!Egor went so far as to help us work with the city to get that pipe repaired (and ultimately replaced). He saved us tons of money and they even snaked our drain before leaving. Our basement is dry, and while we still do need to work on waterproofing, Egor really saved the day for us! I will always use Waterwork from now on, super satisfied! Thanks guys!

    The relief valve on my water heater was leaking. I called and they had a plumber here in less than two hours. He replaced the part and thoroughly answered my questions. I had let him in the front door, but he let himself out the back door to go to his truck because his feet had gotten wet while working. Ive had other good experiences with WaterWork. I would recommend them.

    Today (Saturday) I had another terrific service experience with Water Work Plumbing. On Friday evening my sump pump failed and I had a small amount of water on my basement floor. Saturday morning (on a holiday weekend) I called Water Work to see if I could get a service call to look at my pump. I was able to get same day service that afternoon. The plumber was on time, worked quickly, replaced the pump, cleaned up and was done in less than an hour. He explained how the new pump was different than my old pump and answered all my questions. I am extremely satisfied with Water Work’s service today, as I have been on several previous occasions.

    Upon calling Waterworks I was greeted with a pleasant person who helped me schedule my same day appointment. Additionally, she listened to my problem with compassion and patience. Cain came out to inspect and see what the problem was. He was patient, understanding, empathetic, and knowledgeable. After digesting my problem and everything he heard, he determined resnaking the line out to 130 feet would be best. It is possible the previous plumber (NOT WATERWORKS), didnt go far enough. With that said he was able to fix a very bad and frustrating problem. Also, he was very professional in cleaning and drying up my basement area that got wet from the process. I am extremely happy with the service, attention to detail, professionalism, and timeliness of Cain and the whole Waterworks team. I will use them again, especially my now routine snake cleaning, and I would recommend you do the same.

    We were in a real bind because our dishwasher was damaged by an electrical issue. The delivery service that brought out our new dishwasher was supposed to handle install and haul-off, but at the last second, they came up with a thousand reasons not to finish the job.We were already working with waterwork as part of an insurance repair for water damage. We called and asked if there was anything they could do to help out. They sent out a technician the next day. Don was incredibly helpful. He was great with her toddler and with our dog. We could feel comfortable knowing that the job was going to be done right, the first time.Very happy customers looking forward to doing business with them for our renovations this fall.

    Guy came through and did a great job. Dishwasher was not getting any water. He told me his plan and he was going to try 3 different things, but was going to start by replacing the valve to the water supply to the dishwasher. He noticed in the valve that the washers were clogging the hole where water accesses dishwasher. Therefore he decided to cut off the old valve and replace it with a new one. That solved the problem and the dishwasher is back running like it was brand new.

    I called and they were able to come out same day and work with my schedule. The plumber arrived 10mins early and I was notified of the arrival ahead of time. The last company we called out did not fully fix the problem and said if what they did did not fix it they would have to reinstall the whole toilet system.     Excellent experience! They called before showing up, and came on time. I got a rundown of how my drain worked, where possible issues could occur, and why. I really appreciated the explanation. The camera view of the line was explained very well also. Having them come back out to do repairs next week as well. Definitely recommend WaterWork if you need any plumbing work done!*Editing to add an update: Bryan and Becker came back out a week later to do the repairs, and were phenomenal. It was a heavy, dirty job, and they stayed all day to make sure it got done. Throughout, they kept us informed of what was going on, and were extremely professional with the work. Communication and client service were top tier. When it was done, drying cement was all that indicated they were there. They cleaned up all their work and left it spotless. The repairs alleviated a problem that had been running for quite awhile, and since they finished, everything is perfect.     This was a preemptive bathtub faucet installation on a short term rental as the old faucet screw was stripped and it was only a matter of time before a malfunction would have happened. John had to deal with old galvanized pipes that were delicate and I was told there was a chance it could cause a leak in the system. The original faucet also did not have any markings for brand so there was also the possibility that the old and new fittings would not match up. Thankfully, everything worked out well so we did not need to cut into walls or floors.I read the reviews on Nextdoor and Waterworks constantly came up with rave reviews. I agree.     Highly recommend. They were to my house within 15 minutes, efficient, and great customer service. They were so good that my sister used them too when her basement flooded. They do charge by the hour but it was so worth it!

    Great experience. I called them up and within 30 minutes a plumber was at my door. Greg was able to quickly fix the drain clog and was out the door pretty quickly. It was a bad clog that I couldnt fix myself. He gave me some advice on how to do it myself next time. Nice workers, good work, would call them again.

    Got scheduled for the same day of the call to replace my laundry tub drain and faucet. Got the job done within an hour from when he started. Happy with the final product, no more leaks!Only reason I gave 4 stars is the way they charged per hour rate. Job was done in an hour but time considered is from when he pulled in my driveway to going out! Paid for his time sitting in the van till he showed up at door, go find his tools and parts, n speaking to me. Material cost charged was expensive too.Anyway overall the plumbing issue I had is fixed.

    Jerry was awesome! He was very detailed in the process of finding out what was my issue was and letting me know the process and cost of each situation if they occurred. He made that the water was flowing properly in my house and he even fixed the valve on my basement toilet. He also gave me an estimate on getting an outside clean out installed in my yard. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

    Had company install a shutoff valve and connection for ice maker in new refrigerator. After turning water off, water still seemed to be in pipes (so much water in system). Worker disconnected water at meter and water still trickled at new shutoff valve. Worker had to put in a second shutoff valve so he could solder connections. This added more time and parts cost to whole job (it happens).Worker did not seem prepared with materials needed. Had to borrow two buckets, a step stool, and a lighter to do the job. Worker did not clean the work area (left bucket with water where he reconnected at meter, bucket by where he completed the work, and lots of hardened solder all over the top of the water heater) before he left. I did not expect to have to provide materials for the job to be done.As the worker was writing the invoice, he said, I assume youre using a credit card, so you know there is a 5% charge to use a card. After I told him that no one said anything about a charge, he said, Well, you can call and complain later. I asked if I could go to the bank (two blocks away) and get cash. He allowed me to get cash from the bank.Overall, the job was completed, the worker was nice, the company responded to my initial inquiry quickly, and set up an appointment for the next day. I would use WaterWork Plumbing again.

    John came out to help us a couple hours ago and did a fantastic job! He not only did the work required for our shower. He also encouraged me to come and look over what he had done so he could teach me how to adjust something minor if needed, without having to call them and get charged. Plus the price was super fair for the work done with no attempts to gouge or inflate. Dispatch gave great customer service, were flexible when I needed to change my appt, and called to let me know when John had been dispatched and was on his way. Weve used them at least three times now and have been very happy each time.😊

    We noticed sewer backing up in our basement last night; called this morning and had someone out in less than 3 hours.Kenny was on time, super polite, and answered all my questions with a thorough explanations.He was able to clear the blockage on the line and look over a few other concerns I had in the bathrooms.I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again for any future plumbing needs.     I appreciated the serviceman asking questions so he could analyze and determine what was causing my basement backup issue. Other companies, in my experience, would just see water backup and immediately start snaking. But he knew where to go in the sewer system to tackle the issue I was experiencing. He also took into consideration the age of my home. He explained to me the cause of the issue and gave me suggestions to lessen any recurrence of the problem and what to watch out for in the future. I am always pleased with the repair work done by this company.

    They were on-site in less than 2 hours. The problem was identified quickly, and the repair was expertly addressed with great attention to detail when RE-installing the bathtub faucet and trim. I tried 5 or 6 other companies who were unable to respond in less than 3 or 4 days. I definitely recommend this company.
