Mark was fantastic in identifying our issues we were having at one of our rental properties that another big plumbing company and a pest control company were both unable to identify. Highly recommend him for any of your issues, very thorough and knowledgeable. Mark is now our first call!

Ive had Mark make several plumbing repairs over the past couple of years, and I must say that the consistency of his work is exemplary. He holds himself to a high standard in terms of the quality of his work and it shows: he considers it a form of artwork. Its extremely gratifying to have someone do some work for you that takes such pride in their work. Now, you may be able to get a lower price quote but the peace of mind you get from the quality of his work makes the cost well worth it.In addition, he is punctual, polite and respectful which is value added.Mark definitely deserves consideration!

Mark Downs plumbing is a honest ethical with a no nonsense approach, willing to do what it takes & takes the time to inform you exactly how & what should be done. Things he WONT do is waist your time but he does give you the time to understand every process. He will be my GO TO person, when in need of his craft.

Mark came out and was very prompt with his arrival, and assessment of the situation. Extremely nice, knowledgeable and informative when I asked what exactly the problem was. I would recommend him to anyone in the area looking for an extremely competent, cordial and prompt plumber who is looking to not get jerked around by large plumbing companies.Mark is an independent certified-plumber so the savings are passed on to you, and believe me his work is worth 3 times what youll pay.
